We own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport . Pleased with it but decided to get a new one.
We like the Pallisade . We spoke with several sales personnel at World Cars , none available but took our name & # to call when one comes in .
Did this on 3 separate occasions over a 3 month period .
No one ever calls.
Drove by today - guess what .There is a Pallisade in the lot .
Sorry we can’t let you test drive it , sold it this morning .
Worst customer service ever .
Obviously they don’t need our business .
Now we will not buy Hyundai .

I helped my elderly father buyout the lease of his Hyundai Elantra.
The paperwork is not as simple as you would think between the Hyundai Finance, the Dealership, insurance and the government licensing...
Anyway, the business manager (Mark) made it easy for us!
He was super nice, got everything done for us in a few days and the best thing was he took the time to update us how things were going.

Promised me I would be able to get their shuttle right away when I dropped off my car. They had done this before so I should not have been surprised by their lack on honesty. Dropped off my vehicle only to be told the shuttle was out on a run. The woman working called the driver. I asked how long the driver would be. Without ever glancing at me she said "10 or 15 minutes probably 15. I told them that this one of the reasons I had stopped coming here. So now I have gone from the shuttle will be here when you get here to 15 mins before the shuttle is here.

I went to wait outside, tired of their BS and was getting worried I would be late for work.
Here is the straw that broke the camel's back... The couple that pulled in AFTER me came outside from service. The lady told me that someone from the garage was driving them so they didn't have to wait. I watched as a World Cars vehicle and driver stopped in in front of the building, they got in and rode away as I stood there waiting for mine.
The signs could not have been any clearer. Some customers matter some don't. 😔
I managed to get a friend come pick me up and drive me to work.

Totally disappointed with service from Hyundai SSM. Was driving on Highway and engine was sputtering, felt as if it was going to stall. Didn't feel safe driving it, so I requested a loaner. Dealer said, "It has to be off the road for at least 8 days". The car is less than 2 years old, under warranty, and carefully driven. They had no interest in helping me, and suggested "I was starting an argument". I felt totally disrespected. Friends have made similar requests with no problems to their dealers. They were more interested in finding an excuse than finding me a loaner for tonight which I really needed. Totally unfair service. It's stressful enough having a car acting up like this with less than 20000 km, they could have at least tried to alleviate my stress by getting me a loaner. Nothing but terrible customer service from this dealership.

Nice staff, but if you are getting a new vehicle and depending on the warranty, look into another dealership.

I brought my Sante Fe in 2 times for the same issue, and was told the first time it was because i changed one tire and not all of them (okay, makes sense). The second time i was told there was nothing wrong even though it was the same issue. I brought it in a third time (with the warranty up) and suddenly there was $1400 dollars worth of problems, and some pretty major problems (not what I wanted to hear driving with a newborn).
Even when i stated my past visits for the same reasons (and i have the documentation in my vehicle), it was dismissed and seemed to be passively ignored. I am not a confrontational person but I said twice to associate i brought my car in for the same issue before already.

All my family deals with Hyandai, but i most like;y won't be dealing with them anymore.

It is unfortunate because I was actually in the marked to get a bigger vehicle/SUV, will obviously not be going to World Cars Hyundai in SSM.

If one is in need of a used or brand new vehicle ,there is only 1 place to go,,and that is to World Cars on Trunk Rd..I give it a 5/5 .I would give it a 6 but there only 5 stars. I would give Mark and Brad a 5 as well..You do not leave there with questions,,they show or tell you every thing you need to know before you leave.When a customer is looking at a certain vehicle,,they do not try to sell you something more expensive..It is a win /win deal for all...A special thanks goes out to Mark and B rad,,,good work fellas....

Thanks to Lea from Kia we were in the dealership saw what we wanted got a good trade for our older Kia to another Kia same year but more upgrades and snow tires the deal took about half an hour we have never had a problem with our Kia and expect the same with the new one the staff will work with you to fit your budget if you need a great dependable SUV or car go get a Kia!!😄
