I've had several experiences with Fenwick Hyundai and have always had a pleasant experience. Starting with service/parts with my previous car, prices seem fair, the staff are friendly and helpful, and parts always arrive quickly.
I recently traded in my previous Hyundai for a new Santa Fe and couldn't be happier. I had several encounters with various sales and financing staff and not only do I feel I was given a fair trade-in on my previous car, at no point did I feel pressured to buy a new car or pay for additional options with financing. I even had the owner, Glen, come check in to share information about the dealership and cars I was interested in

Glenn Fenwick personally contacted me when I previously left a one star review. Glenn gave my car a free service due to the inconvenience, and after the service they had the swirls removed from my paint which were put inform the re-used cloths from their free car washes on Saturdays. I was very pleased that Glenn went out of his way to contact me and make this right. They even replaced one of my windshield wipers and tint on my window that was starting to bubble. Thank you again Glenn for your help.

Experienced very poor customer service from one of the guys at Hyundai Service. I called in to book an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation way ahead of schedule. The guys in this department are very rude and this isn't my first bad experience from this dept.
When I called I initially requested for 10 am and asked if they still had the shuttle service, he said due to Covid-19 the shuttle service is temporarily suspended. I clearly told him to book 1:30pm instead, but he decided to book 10am. Getting there Hyundai said I made up 1:30pm and that I was booked for 10am. This is absolutely ridiculous and there was no sort of apology . I wish they record these calls are recorded................
Bought a car as a surprise for our daughter as an early birthday gift and for being on Dean's list at fanshawe for e.c.e program, Mike and the whole team were fantastic! Dave from service changed out my rear break light bulb in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for service. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

We have never ever had a brand new vehicle before. This was a very scary process for us. We first spoke to Glen Fenwick...what a super calming man! I knew immediately I wanted to do business with this man! Covid 19 made our initial meeting somewhat strange,with just us there and masks,etc. Then,we met George. George was absolutely amazing! Answered every single question we had, walked us through everything. Piece of cake! It was the easiest thing ! George even communicates with us to make sure everything is good! Pretty incredible! To do a period oil change, the service department is asking to drop and leave the car one day before the service without anyone's attention. I was not comfortable to do so. And I ask them to give me an appointment with proper schedule so that I can leave the car and I will fetch it when ever its done and I don't wanna wait there since my home is just few walks away. And the reply was ridiculous as they are not working like that, and I have to leave the car with them just to do an oil change. Customer is paying for the service and he owns the car and it's not fair that a service center force to leave the car with them for a day.
I just purchased my first Subaru a few weeks ago. I had heard good things about the staff and service department, which was important to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great sales staff they let us take the car for a driver then show us the sedan model which we liked and buy, not pushy explained the process we went though had a meeting with the finance dept, and arranged a pickup date everyone was great the car was parked indoors clean and ready to go after they drove it out the sales person show us the feature and various feature that was very well done would recommend to a friend and certainly buy my next car here an enjoyable experience
Staff are super courteous, friendly and try to be helpful. Customer service is exceptional and itself is five stars. I was asked in response to my four star review what could be done to achieve five stars, and to that I would answer this. Find a way, in today's technological world, to repair a single tracer in a rear window defroster without having to replace the whole window. Pretty disappointed to hear that that was the only solution. Hopefully somewhere else, which I was suggested I try, has a more sensible, affordable fix. Perhaps something to consider when I choose my next vehicle...

This dealership has been great to me. They found my dream car well within my budget and in a timely fashion. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at an affordable price. The pre-owned manager I believe his name was Tim was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make the transaction a memorable one. On a side note I have seen Matt Romanolis silly reviews all over the internet, id bet his mom wouldnt leave him the house unsupervised let alone to harass a dealership in Sarnia.
This has been an ongoing problem every time I've been trying to speak with the General Sales Manager about as is cars. I'm not sure if it's some discriminatory issue or if he's just that irresponsible and unprofessional about his job. Numerous times I have left messages on the answering service, in person, or spoke with him direct to which he was supposed to call me back, yet I never have my messages returned. Then just recently I spoke with him directly on the phone and he had put me on hold only to forget about me which ended up in me hanging up. And the worst part is I can't speak to anyone else about as is vehicles, it goes directly through him.
