I always get great service when I bring my car for service. They are always on time and I do not get any unexpected surprise won my bill.
I have to say my experience at harmony hyundai was amazing. Kirk was very helpful and attentive, he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I felt no pressure it was an awesome experience purchasing my first brand new vehicle. I definitely would recommend harmony to everyone. Xuan was incredibly helpful, kind, and energetic throughout the whole process. She had lots of great information on the vehicle, and wasn't too overbearing with any sales pitches compared to past dealerships. They went above and beyond to make it worth the trip out of Ottawa to get much better service and a better deal in the end.
Because of Covid-19 and the distance between our residence and Harmony Hyundai, most of the dealing was done online. When we did go in for a test drive ,we were greeted by our salesperson Kurt. He was very easy going and not pushy at all, as some other salespeople we have dealt with in the past. We went for our test-drive and were immediately impressed with the vehicle. This is our third Hyundai vehicle , having first owned a 2010 Tucson,a 2017 Santa Fe Sport and now a 2021 Tucson. Thank you Hyundai for building such fantastic,reliable vehicles,and thank you Harmony Hyundai for being such a good sales organization. We will definitely speak very highly of you if we have the chance to refer any customers to your showroom. We will see you again for our next "set of wheels".

Just recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe I had to write a review here to let you know how great the salesman was for all the help he gave me his name is Kurt Nullas kudos to him he’s going to be an excellent salesman it will be a good career for him everything went perfect for me with my purchase can’t say enough about the place excellent.
The sales person I was dealing with was wonderful. The manager tried to tell me that my trade in was worth very little "because it might cost him $5,000 to fix the air conditioning". Is the AC made of gold?!?! This is the shady sales tactics that the auto industry is trying to move away from. I wanted an honest, frank discussion about values. I got pressure tactics instead. I did not end up buying even though I liked the car. Largely because of the manager's attempt at pressuring me. Again, the sales person I was dealing with was fantastic though. I would have given one star, but the sales person deserved the extra - so two stars it is.
Edit: The below response from Harmony is pandering and an attempt to save face. There was no misunderstanding. I quote:
Keith: "My service manager might bill me $5,000 to repair the AC".
My reply "No they wouldn't, I just had the AC fixed on my other car and it was $120".
Keith's reply: "No, you don't understand, $5,000 is what they might quote me".
Again, Keith made a mistake. There was no apology. I know what honest sales look like, as I've been shopping around for a while now (and I'm also in sales, in a different sector) - and Keith is the reason that sales people get a bad reputation.
Purchased a 2020 slightly used Kona from this dealership. 2 months after the purchase I ran into some mechanical issues. Keith the general manager was more than helpful and professional and ensured the client's satisfaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicule. The sales staff is great and this dealership backs their clients to ensure their satisfaction. Thank you very much for everything.
Harmony Hyundai renewed my faith in car dealerships. Even though I was less than pleasant, they treated me well and made me feel valued. I absolutely love my used 2017 Hyundai Tuscon! Will definitely recommend them and bring my car there for servicing plus winter tires. Shout out to Kurt 🙂

Kurt was a very nice and helpful sales person. Harmony management and I had some pricing differences at the beginning but they fixed it all in the end. I was very please with the deal and the service. Really like the Tucson. Really good deal, good service and good people.
I can drive almost anyone but my wife crazy with questions ... and led by Alain, their Sales Manager, they survived that. As a septegenarian I might correctly be identified as a curmudgeon, but I'm pleased to recommend Harmony to anyone. I've bought a lot of cars in my time, but the best came last. When it came time to pick up our used 2016 Sante Fe Sport Limited it looked like it had just come off the factory floor: It was spotless! Once our taillight assembly arrives and is installed we'll be good to go. And, when it comes time for you to buy ... well, you know where you can go. : ))

Picked up my new Venue today. Took 2 weeks for them to get me the color I wanted. This is our 4th Hyundai but 1st of many more with Harmony. Alain and Gerry were transparent and helpful from day 1. I spoke to both when I had questions and they responded promptly. Sales person did not run around looking for answers. Unlike our previous experience of 3 Hyundai's at our nearby dealer.

We were initially annoyed with the onset of the experience, but Alain corrected it and made us whole. He listened, he was engaged, did his due diligence and in the end, went that extra bit, to make us feel like he cares.

Car Buyers of Ontario and Quebec, if You are looking for knowledgeable and courteous service regarding Cars, SUVs and pick-up trucks Go See Andy Duhaime and his associates at Harmony Hyundai. I have been to many car dealers in the Toronto area and Andy and his Associates were the only ones that were willing to offer Me a Great Deal on a car that I could not accept that I traveled from Toronto to Rockland twice over 2,000 kms over two weekends for My New Pet Car. She has found a very Nice Home ! Very honest and willing to go the extra mile at this Dealer! They delivered on everything they said they would.
Went to this dealership over the summer to look at a used truck they had, when outside looking at it, I got interested. The next day I called few times with no call back, decided then to email via website then got a call back so I asked a few questions question. Finally I decide to forget about it.
I noticed over the winter that the same truck was still there, same problem with getting anybody interested in selling you a used vehicle, not even sure why they have used cars when they seem to have no interest in selling these. Finally got one sale person on the and mentioned I wanted to come test drive it, he said no problem come on down. When I made arrangements to come test drive another sales person Kurt called me back told me the same to come down, then he emails me back and tells me that the dealership does not allow for vehicle to be driven off the lot cause there as is vehicle so I can only look at it and drive it around the dealership. That kinda took me by surprise first that nobody there seems to know there policies so maybe the management should communicate better with there staff, and second that they think someone will buy a used vehicle with out getting it inspected. Anyways so I went anyways and called ahead to tell Kurt to get it ready as it snowed and I was sure sitting that battery would be dead. Once I there the battery is dead we have to boost it and tires where flat so obviously could not test drive and never was I offered to maybe fill up tires so I could try and drive around.
Anyways at this point still interested, asked if I could get it towed to a garage since I could not drive it in the street, Kurt said yes. When I called back the following day to arrange tow time Kurt now tells me that Alain the manager said that someone as to be there with the truck, so again miscommunication among the staff and management. At this point I was getting frustrated since im clearly showing that im interested so I emailed Alain twice and left message with someone to never get a call back or email. Not even Kurt called me back to follow up and figure out something. Just makes me wonder if I was in there to buy a $40000 car if the service would be as bad or is it just cause im trying to buy a used pick up that they clearly want to sale since they've had it since July 2019. Or do they wanna even bother lol... Anyways all this to say poor service and poor follow and poor communication skills over there and salesmanship.
Rockland is a small town and in my opinion don't go to Harmany Hyundai if you looking for used vehicle cause they (Alain, Kurt) don't care to sale these.

I must say that Diane and the Service Team came through with what they promised and treated me more than fairly throughout the time I was without my vehicle. We received exceptional treatment at Harmony Hyundai both in our vehicle purchase and in servicing our vehicles over the past 7 years. The Hyundai warranty is terrific. When we have had a question or a problem the employees have always been helpful and informative. We have owned several vehicles over the years, but this is the best dealership by far that we have experienced.

Great sales experience! I am particularly appreciative of the fact that they didn't employ sleezy sales tactics like knocking down the competitions' products. Also, they were really good at empowering me, the customer, in the sense that I bought a car rather than being pushed into a car if that makes sense. I recommend this dealership to anyone and Hyundai has come a long way from what I knew 15 years ago.
I am so happy with the customer service I received from this dealership. Was hearing odd knocking sounds coming from my car and having just had my brakes serviced and replaced from a different dealership just a couple days prior, I was concerned. I dropped by Harmony Hyundai today around 1pm and Eric, a mechanic from this location, took my car for a quick spin around the building. He knew right away from the sounds that my brake job wasn't done properly. After quick inspection he saw that my front left caliper had no bolts!! This is very dangerous. he had some bolts on hand and replaced them for me. Now I feel so relieved that my car is safe to drive but also so thankful that the dealership was so efficient in finding a mechanic to investigate the situation. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Very disappointed with the service. Went in to get a new set of tires and alignment. Specifically asked for summer tires, do not want all seasons, and got a quote. Get there, receipt says "summer all season". They confirmed that we were getting summer tires. When complete, they gave us all season tires. Turns out they never intended to give us what we asked for, the quote given was for all seasons. Also, the alignment came out worse than it was when we brought it in. They installed one of the tires backwards! Will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
