Although we did not use this dealership as we live in Collingwood they were very prompt in responding to queries and following up.
I was hesitant using Unhaggle, but I completed the form and was contacted by Ryan of Orangeville Hyundai. Ryan was not pushy, offered to assist in vehicle purchase and was at a much better purchase point than 2 other dealerships I had quoted with. The final transaction was smooth and to the point with no further “surprises”. I will recommend Orangeville Hyundai in the future and have already directed two work colleagues there already.

The sales team is perfect. However, the finance lady there is a nightmare. She tries to up sell and even set me up for a higher than agreed payment. I am still facing issue. She is also egoistic and not customer friendly at all.

I dealt with Cameron and Dave by email and at the dealership.This is the only dealer out of 11 that I contacted that understands the situation that we are all in.The other dealers quoted numbers as if there was no worries in the world and all was normal.These two were professional, quick with the only all in actual figure for the car{ that no other dealer was willing to do} by email and gave me a price that was reflective of the current situation and one that I thought was very fair for me and them, after all they have families to feed as well .After two weeks on line and several visits to other Dealers, I bought my car with them after the test drive. No hassle , and I got the package I wanted at a good price with no added in high pressure up selling.
Try them and see for your self, if you don,t feel good about the deal you can always say no and go home
Send them an email ,try it out, it will cost you nothing, and maybe save you a hassle and even better, some money
Send emails to other dealers and compare the treatment you get
Next week i will pick up my car and feel good about it.

I dropped my car off with a serious electrical issue that involved the Electronic Control Unit. The replacement would have cost me north of $2000 to fix. The manager negotiated with Hyundai Canada to replace the part for free!! I have never experienced such honesty and integrity from anyone. We didn't even buy the car from this dealer!! 10/10 across the board. I'm still in shock!

Rude sales manager. Wasted our time for hours , the salesman helping us was newer but extremely kind ! Once we had to get the sales manager involved he was so unpleasant to deal with. Left and found a better deal at another dealership and enjoyed giving them my business. Id never return to the orangeville location due to his attitude. Also almost every single “deal/sale” they advertised was false advertising stating No where that it was cash purchase only in order to get the sales.... seriously a horrible experience

I went to Orangeville Hyundai with the exact vehicle I wanted and the price point. Upon arrival, I was greeted right away by Jack and treated with respect. He listened to my requests and was very polite and friendly ensuring I could get everything I wanted on my list at a great/reasonable price in great turnaround time. He was informative in providing me with options in terms of colour, financing and when I would be able to receive my vehicle upon purchasing. When my husband and I returned to purchase, Jack was friendly and respectful to both of us, and made us feel valued and appreciated. He was also flexible with our pick up times and made the process seamless. We did not feel pressured or rushed at all to make a decision or purchase, which made us feel very comfortable asking all the questions we needed and getting all the paperwork sorted.

Picked up 2019 Tuscon from here and 2 hours later with 36 kms on it it died and left me stranded . I called Orangeville Hyundai and got told to call Roadside assistance. -18 Degrees Celsius and not so much as a call back to see how I made out or anything. Worst service ever cant believe how badly I have been treated

Very bad customer service and doesn't provide WOW service to the customer. Companies should go and watch other companies that do provide great service - what that does to that customer. It seems that instead of having an increase of companies striving to provide WOW service the opposite is true. What will start happening now is that before a sale is made people will start ensuring everything is placed into writing and that if customer service doesn't seem awesome prior to a sale it won't be after a sale so why even let them make a sale from you.
