Do not go here. They are in it for the money. Never got a single call back. I had to call them back every time they said they would call me. I want repeatedly lied too. They failed to safety my car properly. I have 3 kids. I had to bring my car back after 1 day of driving due to loud screeching on the front end. They told me they couldnt hear anything and that I was a lier. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESSES, I've heard service is better at St. Catherine's Hyundai. Will hopefully have a better experience over there.

I just bought my first car here. Definitely wasn't what I was preparing for but you never are for your first time. Everyone was fantastic and went above and beyond. But what made me without a second thought give this place 5 stars flat, was the service I received after I signed. Long story short, I didn't notice the deals I wanted on the final sale. Being pretty much my fault for not reading it properly before signing the dotted line, I was still shown the utmost care. They could of easily told me off, and said I signed so it doesn't matter. No, they took it to the next level and accepted (in my opinion) a better deal then before! I highly recommend this place! I'd also like to personally thank Steve Edwards for making all this happen.

Last week I called and book two appointments for oil changes for my vehicles. One for today at 2PM. I arrived at the dealership at 1:55 PM and was waiting in line inside the store. There was a gentlemen in front of me speaking with service adviser Tina. I was listening to their conversation. He was telling Tina that his vehicle was not starting properly and he mentioned something about the battery. He said if you don't have time, I can come back tomorrow. Tina told "John" that she had time. Tina along with John then went outside and did a walk around the vehicle. John and Tina then came back inside. Tina processed John's paperwork and John went and sat down with his wife in the waiting area. At this point, it is after 2:00 pm. As I am next in line, I am then seen by Tina who takes my keys and up sells me from a Service 1 to the spring special. I then go and sit in the sales area of the dealership. While sitting and waiting for my vehicle to be brought in, I watch as "John's" black Hyundai Sante Fe is driven into the service bay. I continue to wait and watch as my vehicle has not moved from the parking lot. At 2:33 PM, my vehicle has still not moved from the parking lot and my appointment was at 2:00PM. I approach Service Adviser Tina and ask for my keys back. Tina retrieves my keys and brings them to me and asks if I need something from my vehicle. I say no and tell her I am canceling my appointment and leaving. I also told her that I am canceling my appointment for tomorrow for my other vehicle. Tina repeatedly apologizes and says they are behind and her hands are tied while motioning in the air with two hands with wrists together. As she continues to say sorry and say they are busy, I begin to say that is why I booked an appointment last week for today. However, Tina talks over me by continuously saying she is sorry. I reply by saying that's okay, I understand that I am just a small cog in the wheel and left the dealership.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I lost a portion of the afternoon with my children. I would not recommend this dealership.

I needed a reliable, affordable car that I could trust and that is exactly what I got. Even though I live in Muskoka, I managed to arrange everything in advance. Every staff member I dealt with was professional, kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and understood everything. The ensured that every single step was covered so that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I only had to sign a few papers and the keys were in my hand and I was on my way. The next day I decided to add auto start to my vehicle and the vehicle went into service. The service team was just as efficient and friendly as the sales staff was. They handled the job with precision and care and kept me informed every step of the way. I left feeling like I had made new friends and was very impressed with the way I'd been treated. As I headed home, back to the snow, I looked down to see a strange box in the cars console. It was a box of smarties, with a clever little saying on it. Very very classy Autovalue Hyundai. BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! This ones for all the younger people like 18-25 if you think you can’t get a car make sure you check this place out first!! They gave me an amazing interest rate. The costumer service is the BEST I’ve ever seen in my life I felt like I was a QUEEN. I have no negative feedback whatsoever. They didn’t just push me to buy any car they actually got to know me and helped me pick out a car that would best suit me!! Even after I signed all the papers and got my new car they showed me everything about the car are the features etc! Even once I left they still checked up on me to see if I was still happy with the car! Not to mention they helped me stay within my spending limit and my bi weekly limit for financing. On top of the cute box of Smarties I find in my car after an oil change, the service department staff are fantastic and a lot of fun. I've dealt with Tina, Jane and Kayla primarily and they treat me like gold. They provide recommendations on what my car needs but never pressure and help me out however they can. Love this team!

case and point - I was lied to by the sales representative that dealt with me. I was initially told that the used vehicle i was looking at "had just come in and that they didn't know anything about the vehicle and that it hadn't been looked at". but, when i made my reasonable offer and attempted to negotiate the sticker pricing the salesman's story changed completely to "oh its already been on our website for over 30 days already and because there was no interest in it that we have just marked it down as far as it can go so we cannot lower the price anymore".
....interesting lie.
ultimately I left feeling not valued as a customer and yes "lied" to and please note: no save attempt made by the salesman or sales manager therefore I would not recommend this sales outlet to anyone in the future.

I am very happy with the service that I received at AutoValue Hyundai. This is the same dealership that I purchased my Elantra from 5 years ago. Within a couple seconds that I walked into the service department, I was greeted and then spoken to by Tina K. Tina is very professional and explained everything to me. I left my vehicle with the dealership for 2 days and felt at ease that they were taking good care of my vehicle. Tina stated that she will call me in a day to update me and she did. I inquired about a courtesy vehicle and did receive a brand new Elantra to use. I work in a similar field and believe that you should treat other peoples' vehicles as if they were your own. I do see that here at AutoValue Hyundai. When I picked up my car, Tina, with the same professional manner, did what ever she could to have things right. She went and got my vehicle, drove it over to me and spent time explaining what was done. I drove home ; a satisfied customer. I was searching on line for a used car. AutoValue Hyndai was one of the many places I searched. I found a few vehicles on their website that interested me and entered my information for financing. Within minutes I received a call from David. I made arrangements to meet with David the following morning. I changed my mind and popped in that very day. David was on lunch. The office called him and he was back within 5 minutes to sit with me. He went over all the options available to me. Never did he try to persuade me one way or the other or hurry me. Unbeknownst to me, the office had closed a good half hour ago. I meet with David the next morning. He went over all the functions in the car with me and I was on my way by noon. 75 year old aunt charged $2000 in repairs for a check engine light. Unnecessary repairs (new fuel pump replacing a working one.) Go elsewhere for repairs. Happy she has a big family and church (50+ people mad at this ripoff). UPDATE: Charged $200 to assess issues and $400 the following month to re-diagnose same problem. You then charged around $900 in parts and $700 in labor. I have never seen diagnosis charge when the repair is paid for - let alone twice. You are only happy to help now that you were called out on this. And you want to talk about "unfair". You were just as happy to run up the bill. I prefer to leave this here to pay it forward to others to be cautious. This is not a fake review. Her car was there. I update this review every time our family talks about it like this afternoon. Imagine - my relatives are warning others to avoid you till this day.

They lied to my boyfriend and I about car information saying the car is in "demo mode". After proceeding through things they made grandiose promises, we hear back from the finance team ( AFTER) they hit my boyfriend's credit that they didn't have tbe features he was looking for. When we called in the one manager said he'd look into things. We didnt hear for hours. Only to go back and have the manager standing there with my boyfriends papers and saying "nothing we can do for you. Heres your deposit". Thats horrid customer service, and a huge reason we cant wait to ditch hyundai. Auto Value needs to learn what they sell or learn how to make it up to people.

Salesman is a great guy and knows his stuff, but I had the worst experience ever with the service department and for that reason I will never recommended this dealership. Got a brand new Santa Fe and after 3 months the sunshade for the moonroof broke. I ended up in 5 different rental cars over the period of 1 summer because they were never able to fix it or the parts were unavailable.

Lee and John went above and beyond to help me when another service center installed my winter tires incorrectly and stripped the lug nuts on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Even though it wasn't the dealers fault they gave me a loaner car and went to the other service center to pick up my car once they "corrected" their mistake. Once they had the car back they also inspected everything to make sure it was done right and that it was safe to drive. I am extremely impressed and will be telling everyone about the awesome service. It's not very often anymore that a dealer would go above and beyond like AutoValue Hyundai has done for me.
