Can't believe the horrible customer service from this location. This company has left me and my husband without any compensation after our 2015 Hyundai Sonata motor blew on the highway. We both haven't been able to go into work because of this. The car only has 143 000km and we were given a 10yrs or 200 000km warranty cause they knew our motor had major issues. My husband had to stress for months about how many kms he could drive as he completed there oil consumption test 6 times which requires us to show up every 1000km to have our oil topped off to be eligible for a motor replacement. The total of 7.5 litres was put into our motor within 6000kms of driving. We never had any major issues with the vehicle but this experience we are going thru is not acceptable and we will never buy another Hyundai again due to the stress this location has caused us

I made an appointment for today to have an Automatic Transmission Fluid Flush done on my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Paul Kwong looked after me immediately. He is very courteous and extremely helpful. Paul is the type of person that you feel you can trust immediately as he is so down to earth. I had a previous experience with another Hyundai Dealer Service Manager and it was very stressful....needless to say I will never go back to the OTHER Hyundai Dealer ! I will definitely recommend Streetsville Hyundai in Mississauga to my family and friends... Thank you Paul for all you help !!!

When you spend your money with the dealership you wanna make sure you get good service if not the best service. I’ve been to a few different locations but after getting my car serviced with Mark I know my car is in good hands. My car is running like new again thank you. Also they have a great waiting area with music playing and good coffee, yep free wifi so I got a lot of personal work done on the computer while waiting. I recommend this location only because they have the best mechanic on the planet MARKUS.

Came in with a friend while he got some warranty service on his suv. While I don’t currently own a Hyundai, I have had a Sante Fe a few years ago. Loved it but ended up moving in the direction of minivan after. My friend seems quite happy with his new Sante Fe. The only issue I’ve seen, is the limited knowledge of certain problems he’s been having for a few months. They haven’t been able to solve it yet, but according to him, they’ve continued to take control of the situation, every time he returns. Hopefully, they can solve the issue soon and I’ll be able to change the 4⭐️ to a 5!

I purchased my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe here and though it has given me some troubles since purchase, the service team has always been quick to look into it and fix any issues I may have, at no charge.

In addition, a few months ago my windshield got chipped while highway driving, and though they weren't able to repair it or get a new glass for me under warranty, Paul was extremely helpful in getting me connected to someone who could help me out at a very fair price. Nothing was in it for Paul. He even explained to me details that I needed to know so I wouldn't get ripped off. He was in contact with me for the entire stressful process! I was very appreciative of his help, time, and advice.

- I asked originally asked for a shuttle but changed my mind since I was told it was only going to take a hour, it didn’t took two hours. Would’ve rather taken a shuttle if it took this long.

- it’s great that you put covers on the seats and floor mats but please take them when you’re done :)

Overall service was good, it’s the little things that would’ve made it better.

I discovered the stone shield behind the right rear tire on my Santa Fe had dropped and was missing some screws. I dropped into Streetsville Hyundai today around 11:30 and 'Steve' (the Parts guy) came outside, slid under my car and made 2 separate trips back into the shop for parts. Finished up with "You're good to go!" I asked, "How much?" Steve said, "Nothing... it's okay... it was just a few small parts..." I love this dealership and will continue to buy our cars there!!!

Dealership does not even deserve one star. FIRST and LAST time I purchase a vehicle from Streetsville Hyundai. Don't even no where to start, brand new car had a defect. Funny how once people have your money nobody cares. Issues have been addressed multiple times to both sales and service, feel as though you are getting kicked out of the door because in the end nothing gets resolved correctly. As an automotive service garage the expectation and standard is for the vehicle to be repaired or fixed, not to leave there with even more damage than when it came in. No trust or confidence in this dealership working on my vehicle. Cannot even perform the simplest maintenance and repair without damaging a vehicle. As a customer who has spent a significant amount of money at this dealership it would be expected that you are treated with honesty and left satisfied with not only work done on the vehicle, but also the customer service. The customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional through my experience. A lot of false hope and lies from the service dept, which is nothing but insulting my intelligence. You would expect when you receive a call to pick up your vehicle you would be informed on what was done to repair the vehicle, unfortunately not here. Absolutely zero communication in the dept to the point where advisors are not able to inform the customer what was done to their vehicle, because they do not know...unbelievable. Waited to hear back from service manager as I was promised, never heard back, very frustrating to deal with. Do not waste your hard earned money or valuable time at Streetsville Hyundai. Don't know how they have any customer retention with experiences like mine. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased a brand new car from this dealership last year. There was a promotion for a free vacation during this time and it was not honoured. Called and emailed several times; spoke to a manager who was supposed to look into it but never received a response, just gave me the runaround to the point where I gave up following up. Beware of any so-called incentives.

The accommodation, the care and the frequent updates I received over the course of 3 days from Paul K. (Service Manager) was unparalleled. Thank you for understanding my safety concern from which I felt my car was unsafe to drive and accommodating the service in. Despite the unknown cause of the issue, I received regular updates and detailed explanations of the diagnostics that was performed on my car. In hindsight, my car was in great hands as it is running smoothly again and I will definitely come back for servicing and recommend this dealership to my peers.

I popped into Streetsville Hyundai to see if I could get a new tire as I would not be able to drive home on the donut that was now installed on my car. Paul was very courteous and helpful. Eventhough I did not have an appointment he fit me in and got me a new tire. He kept me up dated on the progress and was extremely friendly. I had a scary situation where another automotive service company installed my large rear tires on the front of my Genesis, which broke the spring and almost exploded my tire. Crawled into my usual Hyundai service dealer in Streetsville. Paul drove it half way around their parking lot and said, You cannot drive this car! They were fully booked but took my car in, while cautioning me that they would do their best to fit me in. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and explained the repairs during the whole process. Fantastic and responsive service!

Fall 2018 - In the past, I have never had an issue until today. Came in for a 11am scheduled appointment for a tire change and oil/ filter check. The basics. I left at 2:05pm... 3 hours??There was only 1 advisor at the desk and he - Dennis was his name I believe...was overloaded as they took too many cars and couldn’t handle the load clearly as the guys ahead of me - one had an 8:30am appointment and left just before me!! I got the shuttle and Buddy the driver was great, but they reamed the poor guy out in front of everybody about taking too long... it wasn’t his fault. Terrible service overall. My previous review is below... clearly times have changed and the service level has downgraded :/.

Service is always awesome at Streetsville Hyundai! Thank you to Service Advisor Paul Kwong. He was by himself at the desk and did an excellent job handling my vehicle requests and balancing other customers at the same time! Only downside is it’s a little pricey but it’s worth it and I trust the work they do :)

My review applies to their Parts Department (it's the only experience I had with Streetsville Hyundai, as of this point). I was really impressed with them. Really professional staff who know their Hyundai parts. You can tell that their Parts Staff are people who've actually worked on cars before, unlike the other Hyundai dealerships (I find that Mississauga's other dealerships are staffed by not very helpful people who don't know anything about the parts they're selling).

Streetsville Hyundai is a little further out for me, but if their great service keeps up I'll be more than happy to take the trip.

I came in to the dealership late one evening looking to upgrade from my first car to a used Honda civic I saw online to find out that it had already been sold. Kenny was very friendly and welcoming and he could tell how much I was looking forward to see this civic and didn't want me to leave without seeing one, so he offered a 2009 civic fully loaded. I instantly fell in love with this car. He was more than generous and helped me find the best method to purchasing this car. We decided on dealer financing which was best suited to my budget.
