Claimed unhaggle price was lower than they normally were willing to negotiate and would not move from that price or throw in anything extra. Ended up buying elsewhere, did not mention u haggle, got a better price plus snow tires thrown in. My suggestion. Is use jnhaggle price as a starting point. Don’t mention unhaggle to dealer.

But it has been 7 weeks and there is no update on the vehicle. Please don’t buy any car from this showroom. Also no follow up from their side too. It is a very horrible experience we have had .

I had my first service done there and Nicholas smith took care of everything for me.A car wash was offered and I took the offer which I didn’t need but great to have if the car needs a wash. Coffee machine couches and tv are great for waiting . Overall experience was good and service was reasonably quick. Five stars all around for my experience. Will be coming back for next service!

Out of the 4 Hyundai dealerships i visited recently, Cooksville Hyundai stands out in terms of transparency, honesty and prompt service to customers.
Had a very bad experience in one of the Hyundai dealership in Brampton, in which i cancelled the deal on the day of the car delivery, due to the fact that they have back dated my date of delivery which caused early biweekly payment without having the car in hand.
After cancelling the deal there, i came directly to Cooksville Hyundai, where Mr. Amit Khurana quickly understood the situation and made sure i get exactly what i need, without any hidden agenda.
As a matter of fact, i got a better deal than the rest of the dealerships i visited.
I personally recommend this place, if you are a serious Hyundai fan.

This is my first service at this Hyundai dealership, and I'm really satisfied with everything.

They were on time on everything.
They used Uber to drop me off back to my place and again when I wanted to pick the car up.

The service reception explained what they will be doing today.

And they also briefed me on the completed work when I pick the car up.

What I liked the most was booking the appointment itself, it was seamless and easy.

An estimate of how much it's going to cost me was available at the time of booking, so no surprises at all.

The staff were extremely friendly.

The worst experience, I was lucky I paid only extra $ 500.00 for my last service. The people working there not taking any responsibility for they actions, they don't know what parts order for their own cars. They want customers to be responsible for their rentals but they don't care about customers cars. I hope that this was my last visit in this locations.

Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. These people put my life on the line letting me drive a defective Sonata knowing it had an engine probe to leaking oil and seizures. After all recalls were completed earlier this year, my car seized on the 401 a few mths ago. The GM Mike and service mgr Wayne are devoid of ethics and I will never buy a Hyundai again. I never received an engine recall notice and that’s absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable when they admitted that 2011-2016 Sonatas have defective Theta 2 engines with issues concerning connection rod bearings and machine filings. Google needs to allow for zero stars in cases where a business lets you knowingly drive a “death trap” waiting to happen. What is wrong with these people that they can sleep at night knowing there are thousands of people driving defective vehicles. Shame on you!

Update:
If you’re a victim of one of these defective engines, DO NOT SIGN THEIR WAIVER RELEASE FORM to get expenses back. It will prevent you from joining the nationwide class action against Hyundai for not issuing an engine recall and letting people drive their cars hoping nothing happens. They refuse to replace engines as it’s too expensive so they’d rather risk a death than spend money. What a bunch of unethical goofballs. No shame. No dignity. No soul.

Best service I have ever received at a dealership.

I walked into service on my way home from work - without an appointment. Within 10 minutes my car was in the bay & being assessed. A half hour later I knew what the issue was. Roy was very polite, he answered all my questions putting my mind at ease. The issue with my car required parts to be ordered; as promised Roy contacted me when the parts were in & booked me in for the repair. I was treated very well, the car was fixed. & came back clean. As a Customer Service Manager I always rate the treatment & service I receive. I am more than happy to give Roy & crew 2 thumbs up. I purchased the vehicle at 401/Dixie - however I will continue to have my car serviced at Cooksville Hyyndai.

I love my 2018 Tucson. Because of the trearment I received - I am a customer for life!

I had my car towed to Cooksville Hyundai, after being told elsewhere that I needed a new transmission. The other location took 2 days to provide an assessment that was going to come with a massive cost ($5000). Not having much confidence in that location and the mechanics, I had my car towed from downtown Toronto to Cooksville Hyundai because I had purchased the car there and the service department had always been great in the past-they had earned my confidence in their mechanics. The team at Cooksville Hyundai correctly assessed the issue (a simple part replacement) and had my car fixed all within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Cooksville Hyundai, and will be making the drive back for any service needs I may have in the future.

It took SIX WEEKS to fix my car because parts had to be ordered four times - the parts kept coming in mislabelled. I sent an email to Hyundai Canada and received no response - not even an acknowledgement.

I want to give a big shout out to a service representative named Rory he was great.
He made sure all my needs were met, he was very understanding when I told him I couldn't live without my vehicle and he was able to arrange a loaner vehicle for me while my vehicle is getting repaired due to a recall notice.

Cooksville Hyundai has always had excellent service. My mom has bought two cars from there and they were always professional and gave us a good deal on a Hyundai. My mother recently went in for a maintenance review and had an error on the bill so I emailed the manager and he was kind enough to fix it asap. Great service and they listen to the customer. My mom's old Hyundai was on its last legs and they let my mom know to stop spending money on fixing it and get a new car. They were right and my mom regretted not listening to their wise advice. Overall I recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a new or gently used car. 5 out of 5.

This was my first car buying experience, and it did not disappoint. My husband and I were brought here through our used car search via Auto Trader, as the used car we originally wanted was linked to this location. We were immediately answered by David Moore, who specializes both in used and new vehicles. Our experience with Dave has been nothing short of excellent! He's a really fun, light-hearted guy who works incredibly hard to make sure all our needs were met. I am 8 months pregnant and the idea of car shopping really intimidated and exhausted me, but working with Dave made it so incredibly enjoyable. He really looked out for us as a growing family and never pushed for anything that wasn't in our budget or wasn't really what we were looking for, which was very unlike some other pushy salesmen at different locations that we encountered. We bombarded him with so many questions through email, text and phone, and each time he was so quick to answer us without fail. He never pushed his opinion unless we asked for it, and everything that was presented to us made it feel like it was 100% our decision, and not him trying to persuade us. When we found something we liked, he worked nonstop to get us the very best deal possible, and even went above and beyond in terms of finding more than what we were looking for for less in terms of expense. There's nothing like driving off that lot knowing you have EXACTLY you were looking for and not having any regrets. We found a gem of a vehicle under David's care. The whole Hyundai family at this particular location were so pleasant, and made us feel so taken care of in every part of the process. I have never felt so confident or happy with a purchase than I did here. I am going start by saying that they do a very good job and servicing and maintaining the car, no complaints there. But honestly the customer service is horrible. They sound like you are bothering them dealing with them. One example; I left my water bottle at the dealership and someone told me they found it, I just called to ask for it and they don’t have it, I am assuming it’s because someone threw my bottle away and I loved that bottle. To be honest I am searching around for another car service company because I am not paying hundreds of dollars to deal with unbothered people. I am no longer a satisfied customer !

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience. Buying ours from Cooksville Hyundai was NOT. This was due mostly to our salesman, Amit Khurana, who made the process smooth and pleasurable from start to finish. He made himself available to answer questions, by phone or email during the entire time, putting us at ease along the way, taking our specific concerns as a personal mission for our success.

The car itself - a 2018 Elantra GT GL - is as beautiful to drive as it is to look at, with an abundance of great standard features. The quality of the workmanship and engineering is more than evident and provides great value for the price.

If you're shopping for a new car, my wife and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cooksville Hyundai. The staff we met all seemed friendly and approachable (special mention to Jade Smith for a relatively painless financial consultation) but we are lucky to have had Amit as our salesman!
