Excellent service as always! Took my 2015 Tucson into 401 Dixie Hyundai to be serviced as the check engine light was on. I was given a loaner vehicle which was a brand new 2020 Elantra that Jody, the service manager put winter tires on as he know that I lived in the snow-belt and commute 45 minutes to work. Picked up my car today and it felt brand new, not only because the problem was resolve but also because it had been washed, which is an awesome perk in the dead of winter. That is exceptional service!! I've been a customer for over 20 years but I get the "new" customer treatment every time. I completely trust Jody's judgment and recommendations, he is like having a big brother looking out for me and I will not have my car serviced anywhere else.

Called twice to confirm pricing for a very basic service. When arrived for my appointment was told completely different price. They told me that client calls are handled by a call center, which is not true. Refused to honour the price and were OK with me just leaving.

I was traveling in Toronto (I am from the US) and my vehicle broke down. I took my car to 401 Dixie Hyundai. Diagnostics confirmed that my vehicle was one of the ones that had an engine recall and it was confirmed that I would need the engine replaced. I worked very closely with 401 Dixie Hyundai and Hyundai America to get this resolved. Richard Barnes, the service manager, made this very stressful situation much easier for us. He kept in constant communication with us to provide updates and made sure everything was being done as quickly as possible. Given that we were in the States and our car was so far away, we are so grateful for Richard and really appreciate that he went above and beyond to rectify this situation. I had a couple flat tires and bent rims and they changed them out. Super expensive, took a day and a half to get parts and do but I had no choice I was out of town so stayed an extra night. That part I'd give them 3 stars. It was just ok. The reason I give them 1 star is because they keep calling me and emailing me about sales and events and I keep telling them to stop and they don't. I told the girl on the phone last time to stop calling. I did unsubscribe to the emails and they've stopped, so far. So there you go, you guys earned yourself a 1 star! Leave your customers alone, people don't want to be hounded. They will come to you when they need you. So annoying.

Great new facility.... but service is quite slow. I shouldn’t have to wait well over an hour for just an oil change given I had a set appointment. Update: Darryl is the only reason why I’m updating this review to 5 stars. I’ve had another unfortunate experience with service, and although he is the sales manager he handle the situation beyond expectation (again) as he did last time. Truly wish the service department was managed by someone like Darryl.

In 2002, we bought our first car from Dixie Hyundai. Since that 2002 Sonata we have leased a 2003 Elantra, 2005 Santa Fe, 2008 Sonata, and a 2009 Santa Fe. While that seems great, we live in London, a mere 165 km from the dealership. The reason that I have maintained a relationship with this particular dealership is solely based on the trust and honesty that comes from the Service Manager, Jody Clarke. Mr Clarke has been tremendously helpful on numerous occasions and has offered helpful advice and made sure that our vehicles were returned in fantastic shape. The round trip to Dixie Hyundai is often closer to four hours, but due to the impeccable service and trust that has been developed, I wouldn't take my car elsewhere.

I found that after leasing a car the service level dropped off rather abruptly, requiring me to drive all the way there to speak with my salesman who wouldn't return my multiple calls for 2 weeks. Everyone there is very friendly and they take the time to make sure you understand everything and that everything is to your liking. Clean, bright, modern, easy to access and very friendly service advisors. The price point at the service department is on par with other dealership prices as is the waiting room. They wash the car and vacuum the front seat for free as a perk.
It did take a while and the shuttle service had already left so next time I'd arrive much earlier than my app and make arrangements for my own lift to work. Other than that, pretty standard fare.

I had a great experience when bringing my car for an 80,000 km service at the 401 Dixie Hyundai's new location on Toyo Circle. I was greeted cordially and my car was inspected top to bottom. It turned out that I needed new front brakes and I was initially reluctant to proceed with he replacement. However, the service manager Jody Clarke took his time to take me through the process and the importance of keeping the car in good shape. I agreed to the replacement and was happy to report that the work was done quickly without a long wait period and Jody even followed up the next day to see if he car was operating well. Will definitely recommend this dealer and especially the service staff.

I have been dealing with Hyundais dealerships for the past 27 years and this dealership 401 Dixie Hyundai has been my favorite for the past few years.
Jodi Clarke the service manager has always been more than advisor to me and my friends and family I have referred to him , he is more like a friend and feels like family .
The service department personnel is always ready to answer my questions with a smile and have been very helpful is trouble shooting my car needs.
I can find service appointments promptly and the job is done right the first time.
The waiting area is nice and clean there is also a more private waiting area upstairs where you can use their working stations for any homework or work assignment.
There is always beverages available and the washrooms are 5 stars.

Update: Changed my 2 stars to 4 simply because of the sales manager. He was a pleasure to deal with, understood the matter and took issues into his own hands and did what needed to be done. Unlike most of the other staff standing around waiting for work to be over.

New location is pretty big. You can directly drive your car into the service bay instead of parking it outside. They also have additional sitting space upstairs which is usually pretty empty.

The only downside is that you now need to wait for 1hour 45 min to get simple oil change done.

Went on two seperate occasions during the week around 6pm. The location is quite big with an assortment of cars in the lot. They are still working on the interior so you might see some unfinished areas.

Ending up trading my old car for a Hyundai. Staff was friendly especially our sales rep Aman who was a great help in the purchasing process. Very happy with the car I chose. There were many options to choose from with regards to car trims, finance options and warranty.

I guess the only real downfall was the wait time. On first meeting we there for over three hours discussing more about payment then the actual car. When picking up the new car, we there for 1.5 hours.

There is no Point to schedule the Appointment there

I have booked the Appointment to Engine Oil change only on 18th April at 5:30 pm, I was there on time and give my car key to the service advisor and I was waiting and can see my car parked outside, Mechanic came and pick up my car at 6:55 pm and return the car at 7:25 pm.
It took almost 2 hours to just oil change and that is with a scheduled appointment
Also, Car was not washed so I asked the service advisor and she gives me very rude answer that "they don't wash the car now and not give wash coupons anymore If you want then come back again at new location and they will wash the car and if they don't at that time then I will wash your car"
They used to be very nice, I guess have to look new dealer for service now

Bought my 2013 Sonata an year ago.... and I had an amazing experience with the way I was taken care and explained about everything. The dealer person I dealt with was Greg Klepacz. I was explained everything in detail and he got me the best deal. I shopped around in another 3 or 4 other dealerships, but he was able to get me the better deal of all. The after sales experience with the service team was also very good. They made sure I am aware of everything being done on my vehicle and the break-down of the charges.

I would recommend this to everyone.... ask for Greg... he deals with both new and used vehicles.
