Under no circumstances would I ever recommend Finch Hyundai. I bought a car two months ago, and realize that I had a recall on my vehicle related to my oil pan and oil sensor. I called and spoke with the receptionist and explained there was a recall showing up on my vehicle. I provided her with my VIN number, and the woman was adamant that there was no recall on my vehicle. She claimed she also searched my VIN number. She said that she would have somebody from the service department call me back. The following day, I still had not received a call back. I called back into the dealership, and spoke with the same receptionist who explained again, that she was not seeing a recall on my vehicle. I explained that I have run the Vin number on the Hyundai Canada website, and it is coming back that I do in fact have a recall. She stated that I could bring the vehicle in However, if the recall is not coming up, they would charge me $100.00 for someone to look at it.
I asked her to have somebody from the service department call me back. Shortly after this another unpleasant woman called back, and explained that there is no recall on my vehicle, that multiple people have searched the VIN, and if I brought my vehicle in they would charge me $100 for the service department to look at it. I explained it would be taking my vehicle elsewhere and the woman hung up on me.
I called over and spoke with airport hyundai, and the service department immediately ran the VIN and explained that there was in fact a recall on my vehicle. I took my vehicle in a couple of days later and had my vehicle serviced. I would never recommend Finch. Their staff are arrogant and have no interest in assisting customers.

Never Buy the “platinum Protection” as it is completely useless

Purchased a new 2018 Santa Fe, paid extra for the white paint and the “paint protection”

Paint has been peeling and only getting worse but
Finch/Hyundai refuses to take any responsibility for a factory paint job that clearly has fundamental issues as the paint continues to peel for no reason, I also purchased the “Platinum Protection Warranty” But have been told that since the paint is only peeling and there’s no rust this does not qualify.

If you going to buy from them (which I wouldn’t recommend) definitely DON’T BUY what they call Platinum Protection as it is just a money grab

The way car shopping should be! I just took possession of a used Mazda 6 from this dealership and the experience was 1st class. After months of searching for a first car for my son, we actually were ready to pack it in. So many misleading ads, pushy salespeople, bad cars, and all the wasted time became an exercise in frustration. I saw an ad for the Mazda 6 and sent an email inquiry to Finch. Being from Toronto, the last thing I wanted to do was drive 2 hours for more used car buying punishment. The salesperson, Moe Chams, responded to my inquiry promptly and was very candid and honest. He took the time to send me some pics as the car just came in and gave me a description of the car along with a recent carfax. We agreed on the price and left a deposit that was conditional upon viewing the car next day. The car was just beautiful and actually surpassed my expectations. Moe was upfront and honest and valued my time. The interactions with all employees of this dealership was very pleasant and I would feel comfortable recommending this dealership to any family or friend. I have been buyer cars for 40 years and this experience was exceptional. Thank you Moe...thank you Finch Hyundai.

Finch Hyundai provided me amazingly top quality service. My sales rep was Moe - I highly recommend working with him. This is my first car in Canada and I am very new to this. He never pushed me or made me feel pressure to go higher trim level. He made me familiar to everything I actually will need to drive. I did a factory order for Hyundai Tuscon. Moe kept me in a loop about the status of the purchase the whole waiting period. I’m not into cars, I am not familiar with all the technical advancements and was very intimidated. I also wasn’t sure if I would be leasing or financing. Brandon made the entire process pleasant and easy; we found three cars that work for me car & some payment options.
It wasn’t a hard-line sales pitch on multiple cars, he didn’t push multiple features I don't understand or need; he asked me what I need from a car, and what type of payments & commitment fit my lifestyle. I wasn’t pushed to decide or pressured to take it up to the next trim. All the information was clearly presented, and it was easy for me to decide, no second guesses. I cancelled the rest of my test drives w/ other dealers and worked through the numbers. Test drive on a Saturday, signed a deal on Tuesday!
The Finch Hyundai showroom and offices have a chill vibe, they looked like a team working together to serve many customers together. It felt like a friendly team-oriented atmosphere as I watched several people hurrying around, asking for support and advice. I look forward to my service appointments at Finch Hyundai as they seem like they know what they are doing, it’s not just cars, they are focused on customer care.

Very friendly and courteous service advisors at Finch Hyundai. Went in and waited about 5-10 minutes before I was able to speak to a service advisor, but when I got there I can tell they were pretty busy. So, I was completely fine with the wait. Once I got to speak to one of them, they were eager to listen to me about why I am there and how they can help me. They answered all of my questions I had in regards to the problem I have with my car and my extended warranty that I have available to me at any Hyundai dealership. I booked my appointment and that was very quick to do. They had told me when I was booking my appointment that they were starting to book people in two weeks from now. So, they were pretty busy based on that I wasn't able to have my car looked at for two weeks. I'm a bit upset about not being able to have my car fixed in timely fashion, but hey, it happens, I'm still able to drive my car until then, it's not like my car isn't drivable and I have to be without my car for two weeks. I haven't had my car fixed yet, I just made my appointment today. So, in two weeks I'll update my review. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the way I was treated today. By far the best. I was referred to Sean Fitzpatrick by my driving instructor and because my work has a corporate discount through them and I couldn’t be happier. Right from the start Sean was approachable, friendly and unlike some sales representative they sometimes can be pushy , however Sean was the complete opposite. He stayed way past his shift to ensure I was taken of. Clint was also great and showed true dedication to making the customer was happy. Hassle Free Experience

First time purchasing a brand new car! I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jameel, who over the course of a couple of weeks while I had decisions to make, provided terrific, no pressure/hassle free customer service. Even though this was a new experience for me and at times overwhelming with the numbers and the paperwork, I did not feel intimidated. I had always heard the stories of pushy salesmen at dealerships looking to make a sale at all costs, but that was not the case here. I am happy and satisfied with my new Santa Fe Sport, and am happy the whole sales process went as smoothly as it did, thanks in big part to Jameel, very recommended!

I was at the dealership checking out their leaking roof (as I am a roofing contractor), and while my staff was working on the roof, I rolled in their service bay, asking if they would check if I need an oil change, even though my car is not a Hyundai -- I thought it really doesn't matter what the car is, after all the oil is probably the same. The service advisor explained to me very professionally that they would prefer if my car was serviced at the Mercedes dealership, and although they would love to service my vehicle, they feel it's best if the respective dealership will look after it. I would bring my car to them at any time, I trust them with their expert opinions. In fact I think my next vehicle will be a Hyundai, probably a Santa Fe for my wife. I love Finch Hyundai!

Awesome Dealership!

This is my third Hyundai vehicle since 2005 but the first bought from Finch Hyundai. Baldo and Hass made my purchase of my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited so easy I couldn't believe it. From the no-pressure negotiations on price (I go a great deal!)to the delivery I felt so comfortable with both Baldo and Hass I would recommend these two to any of my friends (and I have!) The subsequent service visits were just as easy and all the departments I've dealt with (Sales, Service) have been pleasant and professional. What a terrific dealership! Please keep it up as there aren't too many dealerships that offer such 'White-Glove' service!
