* 0 TRANSPARENCY. GOT ME COSIGNED ON A 40 K LOAN with TD BANK AND SPOILED MY FINANCIAL STATUS*
I am a 23 years old and have immigrated to this city 6 months ago for education at Fanshawe College. 5 months ago a close friend happened to purchase a brand new 2019 VELOSTER at this dealership. I accompanied him to the showroom during the purchase to look around as I was new here. A person named LAMA was the person who assisted us that day.I only had my passport to that date but she said he needed a COSIGNER with local Canadian ID like a driving license for my friends loan. I was under the impression I was co signing as a witness because in INDIA where I come from CO-BORROWER is the person who shares the loan and the other is witness. When I mentioned TRANSPARENCY, Lama had explained us everything about how we could benefit by paying extra for stuff like extended warranty and nitrogen in the tires. She said I could give my G1 test right that day which i did and I am guessing she has lied on the application that I am a local citizen . I did not know what I was getting my self into and I am not able to get a loan for my self now. This is not right what happened and the employers here should be responsible for explaining the details of something as significant as a 40 thousand dollar loan. I did not read the agreement as I trusted the dealership blindly & it is the mistake I am paying for.

I had a great experience with these guys. I had been looking for vehicles at another dealership and then came here to super accommodating service. Genti was our salesman and Chris in finance were both excellent! I had some big requests and they were able to get everything I wanted in good time.

Waited on lot looking at vehicles for over 15 minutes. Finally disheveled salesman comes out and dismisses my daughters existence and comes to me. Provides a quote that was absurd and tells me to give him a price. Hey dummy, my daughter is the one who was planning to buy the car. But you lost out cause she went elsewhere.
I would never go back to airport Hyundai! I got a phone call from Al. He told me that they were looking for 2017 tuscons and asked if I wanted to trade my Tuscon . I told him I don't want to if it's going to make my payment go up. He told me they have a great deal and that he will work something out with me. I drove from 3 hours away and he did the complete opposite. He acted like it was crazy that I thought my payment was going to stay the same when he specifically told me that he understood and that he will work something out for me, especially if I was driving from such a long distance. Al did not try to see what he could do instead asked me why I it matters if my payment was longer and if it went up a bit . I thought that was a disrespectful to ask. I said if you can't do anything for me I'm going to leave. I went to my car and he told me he was going to speak to the manager. Instead he came back and said do you have a minute .. come check out the new Tuscon and the kona and we will go threw the prices. I said no I'm not interested. Long story short. He lied to me and I drove all the way up there. He completely wasted my time and energy. Won't see me again!

Bought a Kona from them. Love the car. Tommy is a very charming and kind sales associate. I highly recommend him.
Do watth out for the financing people. We had Llama. And was a bit sketchy. We would have paid several thousand more on the car if we didnt read over everything. But over all very good shopping experience.
We only have one service experience. When we picked up a trunk tray. Tyler was very nice and extremely kind.
We have been keeping our eye out on getting a new vehicle and we have been dealing with Tommy Yoon at airport Hyundai. Hes been great not pushy, very informative and thorough with finding out the details of what we want. Even though we're considering other brand vehicles he seems supportive in us making sure we get into the vehicle that suits our needs. If your in the market I recommend this dealership and Tommy specifically

Great Location. In the last five or more years they have built up the place. It looks good, the grounds are not littered, and the showroom floors do shine. This place does sell both new and used cars. They Buy, Sell, and Trade ... all vehicles. Trade-ins must be of utmost quality - which is great! Staff are also pleasant and ready and easy to deal with. The lot, both inside and out is wheelchair and accessible for all persons of all abilities, so their is no problem there. Give this nice lot s shot, I am sure you will be pleased just as I was. Sustained significant damage to my rear tire causing leak that could not be patched. The service team went above and beyond to assist in the procurement and replacement of the damaged tire. They are to be commended for their effort and expertise in managing which yielded a quick turnaround due to a family emergency.

Called in to order a Tucson. Requested delivery by the end of the day.. which is asking way too much from any dealership. I literally wanted it same day so I could take my mom for cancer treatment. They went far beyond to make it happen. Even the Dealer Principal was kind enough to personally offer best wishes. Lama and Genti clearly have super powers.
This is the second vehicle I have bought from Airport Hyundai.
I had a good experience with them. The staff was helpful and gave me a very reasonable price. I got few other dealerships as well, however the gave me the best deal. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a car, however I would consider doing business with them in future and also I would recommend them to my friends.
Walked in to dealership and was greeted kindly. Dean, Riccardo and Chris were excellent to work with. Treated like a valued customer, and did their best to meet my needs with what they had available. Was in my new car the next day. I would recommend to everyone to chat or meet with one of these individuals if they are looking for a new car.
