Had the delight of speaking with the salesman Matthew. I had called on a whim and he was incredibly knowledgeable and ready to assist with any inquiry I had. Not only that but he exceeded my expectations by getting me an order that I hadn’t even thought was possible myself. A very educated salesman.

Impressed... And Im not easily impressed. We came here on January 15th 2022. Looking for a replacement for an aging ten year old vehicle. I've bought many cars and always had to fight it out with hidden fees, bogus advertising, hidden charges etc. This wasn't the case tonight. The vehicle was built online first and we came in expecting it to be some inflated price, but we spoke to Jordan and asked if he could "match the price". He said "no problem" and at the end he was about .36 off what had been made online. I wasn't about to argue over 36 cents. There were no hidden fees anywhere, not one. It was exactly as asked for. No games, no gimmicks, no haggling over minor details. This is the way a car buying experience SHOULD be. We left feeling good, and are looking forward to the delivery of the vehicle in the next few months. So kudos to Hyundai Hawkesbury for the positive buying experience. Id buy a vehicle here again based on my personal experience.

The whole process of purchasing my second new vehicle at this dealership went very smoothly, with courteous service, very friendly sales person ( Mathieu ) and the finance manager ( Line ). I would strongly recommend to see both these experts if you are interested in purchasing a Hyundai.
Great customer service
They wouldnt repair parts that claimed not to be broken even thought they were and under Warranty. They just didnt want to investigate far enough to find the problem. Had to pay out of pocket. Ridiculous

The most unprofessional team I have ever spoken and dealt with. I thought that buying a brand new vehicle would be exciting, fun and rewarding. It has been nothing but a nightmare. The worst experience I could have asked for.
The absolute lack of communication, professionalism and customer appreciation is appalling. My husband and I are both launching complaints with the Better Buisness Bureau and I suggest you all do the same if you feel as I do.

Thank you to the service advisor, Mark Butler, for his help in repairing the key fob to my smart key. What started as a simple battery replacement also became a part replacement to the key fob plastic housing. He found a spare in the office and replaced it free of charge. After 8 months of paying to get my oil leak repaired unsuccessfully, I BELIEVE Hawkesbury Hyundai has a competent mechanic named Jocelyn who found the leak was actually the Oil Pressure Sensor Switch "housing" and NOT the switch itself. Previous repairs included over tightening the Oil Pressure Sensor switch to cause a "hair-line" crack near the switch, then replacing the Cover Gasket and numerous 0-rings. I am trying to recover $1042.00 USD from the previous Hyundai dealer in West Palm Beach for a complete misdiagnosis and 4 "time-consuming" visits for a "NON-repair" that I paid for no reason at all. This will determine if I remain a loyal Hyundai customer. Hawkesbury Hyundai was the kind of service I expected and finally received. Thank you Claude, Pierre, Mark Butler but especially Jocelyn for doing what many previous dealers and mechanics could not do. I plan to return feeling confident in Hyundai service again.

Mark Butler has the friendliest and knowledgeable helpful advice, he gave us a great deal for the recall and other things we needed for a safe car. Definitely coming back.
Purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from this dealer. Was very happy until it came to sign the paper work. The deal/financing that I had worked out with the sales manager suddenly wasn’t available, after I had signed the sales agreement. The 0% somehow became 3.85% because I had already money taken off because of a "promo". Which was never mentioned until after I noticed the change in percentage. Then magically the promo appeared on a new bill which I had to sign if I wanted to keep the car. Also they had done the change of ownership before I had even signed so there was no way of backing out.
All these changes added $7,000 to the price of my car!. I am disgusted, and I called and emailed them and never got a reply. Will never purchase a car there again!

After haggling with over 10 dealerships in the NCR, I purchased my new vehicle from Hawkesbury Hyundai. I'm very happy with the sales service I received at Hawkesbury Hyundai. I was very specific about I wanted and while they had to trade with another dealer, Yanik found an exact match when other dealers were either unable or unwilling to do so (Unlike Ottawa dealers, Hawkesbury Hyundai is well situated to search for cars from Ottawa to Montreal). I also got an amazing deal, so good that I had no issues driving in 90 minutes from Cantley QC. I strongly recommend this dealership. No pressure sales from Yanik and Paolo (Business Manager) and delivery on all their promises.Only point to improve would be communication once the deal was made - calls and texts were slow to be answered. Great service. How refreshing to go to a garage and not be treated like a "female"...no talking down to customers, just honest, reliable service. And the added bonus? It was really hot the day I was there & Pierre was handing out popsicles to everyone. That, ladies & gentlemen, is what customer service is all about.
This was a few years ago and my only visit there but worth mentioning. After the rear brakes of my 2013 Elantra started smoking, I went there for repairs. After explaining the issue, I was immediately lectured on why this was my fault because I didn't get the brakes serviced. After getting an estimate, I accepted to get the job done and I got lectured a second time. As I was waiting, I heard at least three others getting lectured for the same thing. Once the job completed, I got lectured a third time about it(not joking). I was seriously considering buying a Sonata. But after this, I never want to deal with Hyundai service again. I NEVER been lectured by anyone like this before. And even less when I'm the one paying. Will never return and never recommend.
