Great dealership! Great service! i called ahead for a test drive, when i showed up i had the manager cleaning my car while it was warming up for me. they had all the answers to all my questions and very friendly staff. i recently bought a used car from them with a few dents, by the time i went to pick it up the car looked brand new. they really care about their customers. id recommend anyone to check out this dealership for used or new cars. ill definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Called for a recall, they said they would call me back. They called back right away. Booked an appointment that worked with my schedule. Went in during Covid-19 times, they were very organized and sanitary. They made it super easy and fast for me to bring my car in and pick it up. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and courteous. I had such a better experience here than I did VS Kitchener or Waterloo. Will return for sure.

I wasn't kicking tires. I needed a car. My Dad took me to Cliff. I told him my driving route what I need at this point in my life and how much i could spend. I was shown a 2019 Accent. Took it for a test drive and it was perfect. A very comfortable drive. Nice pick up when entering hwy. Good turns and curves. It stopped when i needed it to.👍
I good to go for 5 yrs now. I'll be back.

I went in to Brantford Hyundai to get my vehicle checked with a check engine light on. I went in with my toddler and the appointment took about an hour, which was reasonable. They replaced a part, no charge under warranty, gave my son a backpack and did a courtesy vacuum. I wonder how many goldfish crackers they vacuumed up... It was much appreciated ☺️

If we could give it a zero would be zero. After EXPENSIVE engine repairs on my wife’s car that they claimed weren’t covered under warranty, even tho there is a known issue for these engines right from the horses mouth, the engine is now completely gone and they have washed their hands of it. We paid them thousands of dollars not even 8 months ago and they will do nothing for us. Stay away from this dealership. Service manager is useless and should not even have a job there. No clue how to deal with customer issues and not an ounce of empathy in his body

I just moved to the area and my gently used Veloster Turbo decided to "die" in the driveway of my new home, after being serviced in Toronto only 10 days prior (for a routine 3 synthetic service-so much for the 30 point inspection Queensway Hyundai)
I called the Brantford Hyundai service department and they squeezed me in last minute to have a look.
I had the pleasure of speaking to Mike Flux, service advisor. Very knowledgeable and professional gent who KNEW his stuff. Had my car diagnosed, and in and out within an hour as promised. How another dealership missed a dying battery I don't know, but I appreciate the quick diagnosis by Mike and the team and had me going again.

After purchasing a 2014 Tucson from another dealer, I discovered that I had a serious problem with my vehicle. (I won't get into the issue as every case is different) The dealer I purchased from advised I go Brantford Hyundai where the specialists there could assist me. Although this location is not convenient for me, I was advised that I could go to a Hyundai dealer closer to me. Well that was my first mistake. I should have just gone where I was told to to save me the trouble. After feeling like a number and treated like I know nothing about cars, diagnosing the issue and telling me it's not covered and brushing me off not willing to really assist me in any way at the Burlington location, I called Brantford back on my original dealers recommendation. I took my reports to Mike and he processed and submitted the necessary claim for my vehicle. Hyundai and Mike came through for me and what wasn't covered through Hyundai, I was able to claim through my extended purchased warranty with Mike's assistance again. I never had the opportunity to meet Mike, however he went above and beyond in my books and answered all my questions with respect and understanding. I wasn't just a number. Within a week parts were in and we arranged for me to drop off my car and get a courtesy car so I could get to and from work. Drop off Monday and the next day my car was done! Outstanding turnaround and customer service from everyone there. Thank you Mike and Brantford Hyundai. You may be out of my way, but I'll be back to continue to service my vehicle with you.

Great customer service but they overcharge you for the littlest things. I got my cabin filter changed and it cost me 74.50. I could’ve bought the part for 20 max. Also overcharged for the engine air filter. Very disappointed as it is nice there. Not worth the extra money

Just bought my 4th car at Shoots and , what can I say , cannot lie , had few problem but Jeff Shoots handled them very well to the extend of giving me a top of the line Santa Fe as a loaner so we could go to South River , New Jersey for our bicycle ride fundraiser to conquer cancer . I believe communication could be better but , hey , we all have growing pains just like the dealership is going thru right now .I hope all the construction going on right now will give us customers a better service ( time slots for service ) . 5 stars on problem solving but only 3 on problems easily avoided like sales man making fun on the "buy 6 get 1 free scratch card " .
