Purchased a new car from this dealership and if I knew the experience I was going to have prior to I would of gone to a different dealer. The salesman as well as the sales manager were extremely rude to me, arguing with the customer telling the customer that we know nothing. Very bad experience. There are many other dealerships that will give you the same price and will at least treat you with respect and give you a more pleasant experience.

Ultimately, I did not end up purchasing via Bolton but they were very polite and helpful with questions and were ready to come to my house with the car if the need be. Good on them!

Great deals and great service! Kyle, Bobby and Alex covered all I needed to know as a first time Hyundai owner, they were fair, patient and reasonable. Kyle is very detailed and great at showing me all the features of the vehicle and tips and tricks. They greeted me at my car when I parked and welcomed me into the dealership, very friendly family oriented atmosphere.
Overall 5 out of 5 couldn't ask for anything more.

We were looking to buy a preowned car, put down a deposit but later had a change of heart. Bobby was willing to talk is through with the assurance that money would be returned if we didn't like any other options. We eventually opted out and he graciously returned the money.
That's a good thing to know. That's customer first attitude. That's compelling for us to return when there's new inventory.

I got a 2020 Santa Fe and definitely felt like I could really trust him through the process (cant say that about any of my previous sales people) Would recommend to anyone! Not that good experience as it reflect from other reviews. Got a chance to visit today, but did not get exact quotation. They gave me same rate from their website for lease. What is the use of visiting a showroom? All I understand you need to be some one who has good skills to negotiate, otherwise you have no clue how much pockets you are going to fill of salesperson.

I have purchased two cars from Bolton Hyundai this year. One in April, and due to an unfortunate run-in with a deer, another one this month. Both times, I have been super happy with the sales department, specifically sales rep Anthony who helped me both times. He is not at all pushy, I don't feel rushed to make a decision, and he seems to have by best interests in mind rather than his own commission.
That being said, I was very disappointed with the management team this time around. There was an issue with my car when I came to pick it up, and I had to leave it there and come back again the next day. It was frustrating, but mistakes happen. What I was more disappointed and frustrated with was that the management team seemed to be more interested in pointing fingers and covering their own a**es than in solving the problem.
A little bit of service recovery goes a very long way, and something as simple as a sincere apology from a manager would go a long way in making me want to come back for my next car. Nobody on the management team took any ownership for the issue. Nobody on the management team came to speak to me to apologize, or to tell me that this situation wouldn't happen again. I don't really care about whose fault it is, I care about what happens next, and what you are going to do to fix it. The management team seemed content to let the front-line guys fight their battles for them.
TLDR: If there are no issues with your vehicle or your purchase, Bolton Hyundai is fabulous. If there are any problems at all, you might not be happy with how it is resolved.

I had a great experience with Colleen at Bolton Hyndai, financing a 2014 Accent Hatchback GL. Car buying is a tough thing to navigate and she guided me very well throughout the entire process. Very patient and thoughtful of my needs as a buyer/driver.
I wasn't the biggest fan of Hyundai a few years back, but after renting several different recent models I have become a supporter. Their value for feature and drive handling have gone up markedly. In my opinion one of the best value cars on the market.
