Everything from the first phone call to set up an appointment to come in was very mature and business like. I was set up with somwone from the sales department. When i got there i wasn't fprced to buying a car i did not want. However i was more encouraged to buy whatever car i wanted to. They also helped me with knowing things i didnt know about my car. Which was a bonus. Since everything i wanted was all equipped in my car.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SISLEY HYUNDAI TO ANYONE!
After having my car in for repair (it would not start randomly, leaving me stranded with my children in various locations) I was assured that the problem was fixed, and voila, $700 my car was ready for pickup. Sure enough, a few weeks later, the Santa Fe is having the same issue, Won't start, leaves me stranded. I contacted service and spoke with a lady who advised me to wait until the check engine light came on, because they cannot determine the problem without it (however, it never came on before the first repair). So I waited. Sure enough, the car won't start and finally the check engine light came one. I phone Sisley and spoke with Brian in service. He was friendly and understanding, advised me to make an appointment and bring my Santa Fe in immediately. This would be handled free of charge, because I had already paid for the repair. I made the appointment, and arrived to Sisley (late for work, I may add) and when I arrived Joanna told me I would have to pay the diagnostic fee once again. I explained my ordeal, and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Can you imagine? I must be so lucky, I get to pay the same fee TWICE! Lucky me. When I mentioned that I wanted to speak to a manager regarding this, Joanna simply chuckled and said it would be a few hours. I took my keys, and left. So not only, was I late for work again, for a repair I was assured was fixed, I was laughed at for their error. I never did get to speak to a manager, and I highly doubt anyone will return my several phone calls. Worst customer service. So I am still in the hole $700, and my car still doesnt work. WHAT A JOKE. I will NEVER use SIsley Hyundai ever again, and I will make sure to let people know about my experience. If Hyundai prides themselves on customer service, they should really take a look at who is sitting on their front desk representing them, and should actually stand behind their guarantees.

Very aggressive and dare I say, desperate. I went in and without even having test driven the car, the sales advisor was pestering me to sign. I kept telling him I was not signing today and he kept asking why not. We sat at his desk as he kept trying and trying, even resorting to calling someone on an extension and having what sounded like a very fake conversation. He was so smug, writing down numbers, tossing the pen, leaning back and crossing legs then quipping "What do you think of that for a monthly payment?". Very unprofessional and Sisley does its self no service by hiring sales advisors such as this. The worst part is that when I tried to take a photo of an offer he made me, he took the paper away and said it was policy to not allow record of an offer. I protested this until he eventually let me do it. He eventually got his manager to come down and try to talk me into a sale but by this point I was already standing and near the door. I found a graceful exist from the interaction and never have I ever left a parking lot so quickly.

Sisley Hyundai: I will happily tell you who this guy was. You don't need him!

Pleasant atmosphere & helpful staff got me the car I wanted...however, the before is good...the after, as in after-care service, is lacking. I requested an owners manual & touch up paint ( which was agreed on ), it's been almost 6 months ( including follow-ups by me ), and still nothing. They may remember you like an old school chum when you walk in the door, but they tend to forget you like an old flame when you walk out.
The 🌟🌟🌟 is for the car.

I bought a used Tiburon last year around November and since I've already owned 2 previously I knew everything there is to know about them. Staff was quite friendly and also determined to make me happy because I really wanted another Tib but this one was a little over priced. They had no problem providing a work order to show the amount of work they had already done which I would have eventually had to have done anyways. Also, it was low mileage and the cleanest Tiburon I've ever seen compared to other Hyundai dealerships. They take the effort to clean them up before selling which I've noticed some places don't. They did everything they said they would do and I had the greatest experience buying this one compared to the others. I definitely recommend this Hyundai.

Outstanding customer service and attention to my specific needs. I have not yet been to a dealership that is this dedicated to making sure I am happy with my purchase.

I originally set out to purchase another vehicle but the friendly sales staff spent the time talking to me to find out what I needed in a car. He ended up helping me select a Sonata GLS that I found was more value than the other car I was considering and also had better warranty. Management then worked hard to fit the vehicle into my budget. I purchased the additional warranty and rust control module to extend the life of my new car. Upon delivery, the salesperson I spoke to took the time to explain every detail of the car and how to use its features. I am thoroughly pleased, and look forward to seeing them again for service at my first oil change!

I would gladly do business with them again. I highly recommend this dealership!
