Girlfriend brought her 2018 jeep in for a squeaky brake pad. They proceed to tell her that the brake line is starting to collapse on a 4 year old vehicle. They put the new brake line on, squeak is still there. Turns out pads are squeaking and they never bothered to change them. After 2 weeks of waiting, the service manager said they would detail the vehicle inside and out. Went to pick it up today and they didn’t wash it at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CENTURY HYUNDAI!

I booked appointment for my car service , oil change and something more but they did not change oil and charged me 85$ for only checked one tire. When I am talking her she said me i don’t have time They waste my 2hours and said me to book anther appointment for do wheels balance and oil change . Why charge 85$ and my 2 hours. If you don’t have time .
So I personally recommend please don’t waste time and money . Go some where

I would definitely take my car back to Hyundai on Main Street. Our motor gave out on our way from Ontario and from the moment I dropped it off to the final inspection was smooth and no stress. I received constant updates, no hassle, total warranty coverage but what made the visit so good was the personal attention we received from Beckey and Jody. They gave us a loaner car and made sure our vehicle was ready and road worthy by the end of our vacation. Even had us bring the car in after hours before we headed home to make sure there were no problems. That’s what I all excellent customer service

My wife and I drove 2 hours to come look at a vehicle. We were lied to by the GM on several occasions. He told us that I would not be able to attain financing outside of the dealership and if I did that they would have to add their 700$ in house financing discount back into the price. They were going to charge me 16300$ for a vehicle priced at 13200, which included my trade in value of 750$ (which was a slap in the face). The math doesn't add up, this GM tried to take advantage of people he didn't perceive to know as much as we do about the car business. When asked our budget I said maximum 20,000 and they tried to sell me on a 36000$ car multiple times after refusing their offer. We were there looking to buy that car and they wanted to take advantage. These guys do not care about the customer, they care about their bottom line and that's it.

Century is a less than honest dealership. They over charged me $545 on my warranty plan. They charged me $3300 for my plan. Hyundai Canada list the same warranty for$ 2745. Check your paper work closely they slip in things like ride green certified $257 and tire guard for 5 years $599 and tell you comes with the car. Dummy me paid$1,638 including tax. The only good thing was the price of the car.

The salesperson that I was in contact with throughout the buying process (Jennifer) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to ensure that all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Jody from finance was also very helpful and made sure everything was hassle free on my end. The car was clean inside and out w/ a full time tank of gas on the day of pickup. I couldn’t have been happier!

Just got a invoice of 64.90 for the change over to 4 winter tires that were already on rims. Hyundai in Amherst ns and summerside pei charge 30.00 plus tax. I went in to see service manager and he said in a very defensive way, all the shops around here charge what they do or very close. I told him that I will take my business elsewhere. He replied with"good" and got up and left his office. I then got up and also left.
This is the very first Hyundai dealership that I did not feel comfortable in and I am very skeptical to go back.

WHEN I GOT THERE THEY ASKED ALL OER AGAIN WHAT IT WAS DOING TOOK IT OUT FOR A DRIVE AND DISCOVERED TWO TIRES HAD BROKEN BELTS . SENT ME HOME AGAIN TO WAIT FOT TWO MORE NEW TIRES TO COME IN . AND SO I AM STILL WAITING AND MY CAR THAT I ONCE LOVED IS GETTING WORSE .JUST NOTICED TODAY WHILE MY FATHER THAT HAS MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE NOTICED THAT THE TREAD ON ALL FOUR TIRES ARE DIFFERENT AND ONE OF THE TIRES AREN'T EVEN THE SAME NAME BRAND . I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CENTURY HYUNDIA IN TRURO N.S . AND I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BE REPLACING ALL 4 TIRES , MY MILAGE IS ONLY 31 THOUSAND AND ITS REDICULOUS THAT THE TIRES ARE GOING LIKE THAT. I FEEL THEY ARE JUST JERKING ME AROUND , I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN FOR A NEW CAR .

My car had some damage done to it and it was brought in to this Hyundai to be fixed. The parts they needed were going to take 6-8 weeks which is absolutely not acceptable in itself. It had already been with them for 3 weeks at this point so my insurance coverage was up on my rental and neither my insurance or this Hyundai was able to give me a rental or loaner for the remainder of the time. Being a single mother of 2 young children living in the country I was unable to deal without a car for 2 months and could not afford to pay thousands of dollars for a rentals out of pocket so I had no choice but to look into getting a new car. Of course upfront the sales man and sales manager were very friendly however also very misleading. They quoted me 12,600 for my trade in value and stated they would be taking care of the repairs to my old vehicle. I thought that was pretty solid of them to give me that trade in value since they were also paying for the repairs. However I was misled. My insurance claim will still be paying for repairs. The sales managers excuse for the low trade in value was they have to sit on it for 2 months. They continuously stated how good of a deal they were giving me and after learning that they weren’t paying for the repairs I don’t feel that this is in fact true at all. I will never again be getting a Hyundai and I have nothing good to say about the sales team that works at Century Hyundai. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

With 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe XL, we just toured eight states and eight provinces in two months towing a 3000lb RV camper with ease. While passing through Truro, we needed oil change, inspection and repair with wiring RV charger. As new Hyundai owners, this was our first service experience and it was first rate!! In advance, we emailed and promptly received replies. Upon arrival, our family was well-accommodated while they went above and beyond to fit us in, fix the issues we arrived with and another that arose during the repair, communicate throughout and simply do all they could to make it a positive experience. Only once before have I ever posted an online rating but these folks are deserving - thanks to all the staff there!!
