I was really surprised by the salesman who didn't try to up sell my mom a car that she didn't need. I know my mother likes one of the mechanics that works there.
Unbelievable service center we had a vehicle with motor problems they ended up getting new motor put in it we didn't buy the vehicle from them but treated us like we did thank you very much.
Have a 2020 tucson with oil consumption issue. And has been towed 3 times because it goes into limp mode. Always get my oil changed at the dealer. They told Me I have to have 6 oil changes with a low oil level for them to investigate the issue. I just had my car serviced and tried getting it inspected they failed the brakes on the car even thought they where just replaced less then 10k ago. And when I asked if my oil level was low they had completely forgot why my car was there In the first place. I bought the extended warranty on my car and keep getting the run around and pretty much got told because I didn't buy it from this dealer I get treated like a second rate customer I will never buy a vehicle from them it's honestly to bad this is who is representing hyundai in my area one of the worst places iv delt with as a customer I will be contacting hyundai corporate
Took my car that I bought from there a 2016 genesis g80 first time I had it serviced there is was great no issues at all almost back to the way I bought it but I had it serviced a week ago I told them when I made the appointment that I needed rear brakes done as well they told me that it would take a week for the brake parts to be in stock and as I got it home the plastics under my engine dropped and my brakes have completely failed I don't know what happened in the mechanic side of the business but it's not as it was the service I received when buying the car was fantastic and the customer service is incredible however telling the car was safe to drive for a week then having the brakes fail on me for the car I drive daily to and from work on a road I've traveled on since I got the car was a complete breach of my trust in the business I will take it in to have the brakes and power steering fixed but I will be taking it elsewhere to have it serviced as they have completely lost my trust i was fine paying the relatively high prices if it insured my safety and my family's but not anymore

Came 6 months ago to finance/purchase for a newer vehicule (108k). The sales experience went pretty well.
However, the sales rep told me the trans oil change was good till 160k and the spark plugs were good till 200k. But when probed a couple times, the dealership could not produce a mileage, date, or otherwise record of that taking place. Bit of a red flag.
As weeks turned into months doubt lingered, so i acted on my intuition and sure enough.
For starters, there was no cabin air filter in the car, and then over the last several weeks i found out that the trans oil change and spark plugs were NEVER done to begin with.
They don't even check and go over their trade-ins, or whatever vehicles that lands on their laps. That is dishonest practice.
Won't be coming back here for another vehicle.

Worst service I've received. I call to ask about service done to my vehicle and am ensured the maintenance manager will get back to me.
5 hours later I've called back twice and am told he's gone home for the day. Then I'm transfered to some Trevor guy.
I said wished to discuss why it cost 103 dollars to turn off a check engine light when the vehicle ended up having ZERO issues. They tell me my vehicle isn't under warranty which justifies the fee. I respond by saying there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, an oil change isn't 103 dollars, and am getting gouged. Also it's unprofessional to say you'll call someone back and then head home. Trevor hangs up on me after saying he'd check to see if they were there.
After being transferred 2 more times I hear that Brad is dealing with his employees right now and he could call me back.
I eventually get put through to Lindsey who was Very Professional but could do nothing about the fee.
Any of those lights come on again, I won't be doing a thing about it.
We have bought several cars from Trevor’s Hyundai and the staff, service, appearance of the showroom are above perfect. Will not go anywhere else for all my vehicle needs. Keep up the awesome work!!

Unfortunately, my husband and I were in a car accident in early October, leaving us without a vehicle, bumps and bruises and quite traumatized. well not with Trevor’s Hyundai! They offered us, not only sympathy, support and generosity, but made us feel like we were never going to be without a vehicle, they set us up with not a lot of questions or doubts. Service department very professional
Recently purchased a used vehicle from here. Qas told it was well taken care of, no issues, was all good. Drove to Miramichi from Moncton to pick it up on Monday evening after work. Drove back to Moncton, parked for the night. drove to work the next day, less than 5 km from home. Engine light comes on after work, have 4 separate fault codes. Drove the vehicle less than 175 km. Reached out to the salesman, he said there's nothing they can do. If I had known the vehicle had issue's, I would never had driven 1.5 hrs away to pick up. Very unsatisfied customer. Would not recommend.
This is a great place for service. I have only got my vehicle serviced here as I bought at a different dealership, but if there sales people are half as good as there service department people are this is a all round awesome dealership.
Trevor's Hyundai is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with in all of my seventy five years. They are courteous, and extremely approachable and helpful. All staff is highly knowledgeable about their jobs and job requirements. There is nothing they won't do to ensure the satisfaction of the customer. Absolutely the best dealership in Miramichi and New Brunswick.
