I can't say enough about Tony Dang as my sales professional. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like we were friends. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Tony went above and beyond when it came to answering my many, many questions. Unbelievable! Gave me complete piece of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.

Didn't argue when I told them I was interested in the nonsense things that people accept when they are financing a vehicle. I'm waiting for the car and trim that was no longer available in a 2018. Although I was warned it could take 8 to 12 weeks I wish they would tell me where the car I ordered was in the queue and give me an ETA.

Purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport 2.0T from Murray Hyundai in December, 2014. I had an exact price that I was willing to pay using information from Unhaggle (included taxes, fees, accessories, and a fair dealer commission). After a few minutes of them telling me they couldn't do the price I had offered at the low finance rate and me breaking it down for them why they could, they accepted (after the sales rep visited the manager a few times). Overall things were relatively quick and easy. And I easily saved myself $2,000.00. As far as my overall experience with the dealership goes, I'd say it was fair at best. I don't ask for much, but when I go to pick up my new vehicle and it's not ready because the battery is dead, I get somewhat frustrated. Prior to me discovering that when the sales rep tried to start it, he handed my a sheet with over 100 checkmarks indicating everything on the vehicle had been checked over and was good to go. Apparently not. And as he's trying to determine why the electronics are going wonky, I realize one of the interior storage compartments has a broken latch. Certainly a minor thing. Jut don't tell me you looked over the vehicle when you didn't. They gave me a free rental vehicle in the mean time which made life a bit easier. Then I went to pick up the vehicle a few days later and the satellite radio wasn't working. I just dealt with it myself. All minor things, but all easily avoidable. On the other side of things, my experience with their finance rep/manager was excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, nice, and didn't want to waste my time. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with given the often anticipated alternative.

I can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever bought a car from. Service is so bad. Had my car towed in for Scheduled appointment. When calling in for a update I kept getting transferred to voicemail. Finally 4 calls later someone asked if I even brought the car in. I was then told that they haven't started on it. They then told me they were hoping to get started in the morning. I have had other experiences with service having to replace my transmission claiming it was replaced. This was after having 3 different service appointments on the same problem but it still isn't fixed. I am not from town and I asked that they call me so I can extend my holidays if it wasn't going to be fixed but guess what nobody called me back. Stay far away from this place.

Lou was our contact at this store. We were very impressed with Lou’s listening and presentation skills. He was very candid and helpful. Lou treated us with respect like we were valued customers.
In the end we did not buy from this store simply because we decided another vehicle from a competitor better suited our needs. However, we highly recommend Murray Hyundai Winnipeg based on our experience with Lou.

Loyalty pays. Bought my car there, brought it there for virtually every service, and never had an issue with Ron and the service department. They always informed me of thing that had to be fixed and things that could be left to save me money. Even when the car was out of warranty Ron would do what he could to keep my costs down. Also the shuttle service is awesome. They would provide two different shuttle for my wife and I and picked us up on time every time. Thanks Murray Hyundai!!

I just want to comment that Mr Tony Dang was -by far- the best salesman I dealt with during my car buying experience. He was a real pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him, and by extension Murray Hyundai, to anyone who is car shopping. I ended up buying a Mazda CX-7 somewhere else, but before I signed the paperwork I actually came back to Murray Hyundai to see if they had one available for sale, because all else being equal, if I was going to buy a car I wanted to buy it from Tony Dang as I felt he deserved my patronage the most.
