The salesman and finance department were exceptional. A pleasure doing business! We live 1 hour outside of Brandon. On our way in to buy groceries we realized we had no heater. The temp outside was -30 C. I called Fowler's for an emergency appointment. I was told we could bring the car back in 3 days. We were unable to do that because I had to work. I drive. 5 hour to work and then home again each shift. The following morning it was -37 C when I left for work. Fowlers takes no responsibility for their vehicles once they are off the lot! Our last new car from there!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to prefer this dealership for there auto body work. The employees are not good with the communication behavior. Also, they don't even bother to inform customer for any update it's just customer who needs to call them again and again to know what's going on. Having a such popular brand Hyundai linked with such unprofessional workers doesn't shows a good image of Hyundai brand. Therefore, sometimes the person behind the call don't even tries to listen what customer is saying. Even they always try to prove themselves good but in reality they are not good at all according to professional work standards. All in all it was a worst experience dealing with such unprofessional dealership. Also, in the end I had to take my claim back just because of they were delaying the case from 2 weeks to another 2 weeks. Disappointed with the failure of providing good service to customer. Lastly, I couldn't find 0/-1 rating option that's why I have to rate 1 otherwise I wouldn't have even rate them for 1.

Went in to get my girlfriends fob re programmed for her Tucson. They had her vehicle for 45 mins, didnt re program anything and charged her 80 dollars for no reason. Terrible service, lack of explanation from the service department about why they couldn't re program the fob. Overall worst dealership I've dealt with.

We were quoted $1200 worth of extra work that needed to be done over a warranty issue. Being a mechanic myself. The work requested didn’t make sense. Got a second opinion from another Hyundai dealership. Work was done. Bill came in at $0. No mention of the extra work needing to be done. Fowler trying to take advantage of a female not knowing better. Upselling work to try and recoup some costs of the infamous Elantra motor issues. Not the first I’ve heard of this.

This place went WAY out of their way to help us overcome some problems that were in no way their fault or obligation. By over coming some obstacles, Hyundai Canada has agreed to honor our warranty. Add an MPI claim to that and the need for 4 new tires which they beat Canadian Tire price on by a solid 20%; we are some very happy customers.

I moved from Alberta, and visited Fowler Hyundai.
Service desk staff, his name is Bruce, was so kind and service was also excellent.
I requested basic service 1 to change oil and filter. They inspected and checked all, changed dirty carbon/ air filter with only part charge,
I also complained about noise around wheel. They replaced link park with warranty service, and washed my car free.
I was very happy as returned to home without noise.
