Jayson the salesman, went out of his way to show us the model we were looking at by driving a demo car to our house . Th en gave us more information on a different model when we visited the dealership and let us test drive it. They were all accommodating to our needs from the manager to the financial staff. We appreciate all their assistance.
The cost of maintenance seems too high. My wife is constantly concerned that they tell her that if certain things are not checked on her vehicle then she will be in big trouble when the car falls breaks down. I will be contacting Hyundai Canada, provide maintenance receipts and have them evaluate whether vehicle maintenance issues have been abused.
Hyundai Kelowna is one of the best, if not the best car dealers in the Okanagan. I spent two entire weeks looking around for cars but the bad customer services in other dealerships left me hopeless. I finally decided to give a call to Kelowna Hyundai and this was the best decision I have done this past week. I now own a car that I wouldn't if it wasn't for Eduardo and Sam, the sales manager and the store manager at Kelowna Hyundai. Sam assisted me from the very first call I made to the very moment when I walked out of Hyundai with my car keys. They provided me with the best customer service and the best deal I could have had. The people at Hyundai Kelowna take every thing in their hand and allow you to sit back and wait for the keys to fall into your hands. All you have to do is Give your budget to Eduardo and he will work it out for you. Thank you Hyundai Kelowna for this incredible experience I had. I will be coming very often to say hi and to get a car wash or oil change etc.

I came in to Kelowna Hyundai about 3 weeks ago. Sean and the other sales people were very helpful in assisting me to buy a new car. I left very fairly happy with my purchase.
I then decided I would like cross rails on my vehicle, so I called and spoke with the parts department. They were helpful in finding me the right product for my vehicle. When asked ,they confirmed they had what I needed in stock.
I called back a few days later to schedule the installation of my cross rails. During that call I verified again that it was in stock.
So on Sept 26th I show up, on time for my 8.45am appointment, having taken the morning off of work. Chantal booked me in. At 9.10am I saw my vehicle drive away for the work. At 9.45am, an hour after I had arrived and handed my keys over, Chantal tells me that they don't have the cross-rails in stock. So I basically wasted a couple of hours driving over there, waiting and driving back. It was not happy at all, especially after taking time away from work and having verified before hand that it was in stock.
Chantal called a manager over and they were apologetic. The manager even offered me a discount on the pricing of the cross rails for my inconvenience. He never specified what that would be. Chantal assured me that the rails would be in stock the next day and they would call me for an appointment and that they take care of everything for me at a discount.
Today it has been more than a week with no calls or messages from Hyundai. So I called your parts department just now and they confirmed that they do have the correct rails in stock.
I didn't bother booking my vehicle in with you, as to be honest I'm not sure if I will return here. You've had my requested parts in stock for probably a week now and Chantal nor anyone else hasn't called me to arrange an appointment as promised.
That's very poor service to begin with, keeping me waiting for an hour for a part you didn't have and also very poor follow up despite your assurances. I am not impressed at all with Hyundai, Your actions show that clearly you don't value my time or my business.

My first visit here was very pleasant. Met with friendly staff and was helped as soon as I got there. Staff was very informative and efficient. I did not have to wait for a ride to where I wanted to go. I was never left for any length of time to wonder what was going on. Staff called to update me when they said they would. They called and sent a car for me which picked me up in 10-15 minutes. No long waits. Service I asked for was done and car was washed and ready for me to drive away. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I went to the dealership as it was highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. I dealt with Chris Peter's, and he truly listened to my concerns, background and took note of what vehicle I had and what would work best for our situation. Chris showed me a vehicle that in the end I drove off the lot, being very happy and feeling much better. Sean was the sales rep who I was paired up with and right from the beginning he was sincere and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. I'm from out of town and spent some time exploring my options and reaching out to different dealerships. I was impressed with Seans initiative about getting me into the vehicle I wanted, not the one that might have been the most profitable. The finance manager, as well as the general manager were also fantastic to deal with, they took the time to go through all the details and broke down the numbers in multiple ways so that I felt comfortable I was getting the best deal for me! The Kelowna Hyundai service department was great. We were driving through Kelowna and the check engine light came on my Santa Fe. I took the car to Hyundai first thing in the morning, found out my car needed a new motor!! Thank goodness it was covered by warranty.
Chrystal could tell how stressed and upset I was over the unexpected situation that she gave me a rental car for the day and kept me informed with what was going on with my car.

I had a great experience at Kelowna Hyundai. I visited multiple dealerships before stopping here, and many of those places had sales people that were pushy to the point of discomfort. They educated me about the vehicles and pointed me in the direction of a vehicle that suits my lifestyle and financial situation. But they were definitely more homey than other dealerships. Would recommend checking them out.

A couple of times in the past I haven't had very good service. Terrible actually. I've had pre-arranged services planned that weren't in place when I showed up for my appointment. My car was recently at the dealership for an oil change and a few other repairs. Kris was professional and friendly and communicated with me regularly while my car was there. Love the cars, and the end result is always good. The waiting time (even when I have an appointment) is not good, and I often times find that I have been forgotten and I have to be the one to remind someone that I am waiting (in the service department). And attention to details in explaining things to me or in paperwork being given isn’t explained unless (and sometimes even after) I’ve asked.

I had the best experience at Kelowna Hyundai recently. I wanted to have a quick check of my tire pressure, fluid levels etc. before driving to Victoria on the weekend. I emailed Connor McGowan who sold me my car and asked if he could help me set it up. He was very helpful and told me to come in at my convenience and ask for Crystal.
Crystal was exceptional at her job! She was efficient and friendly and had my car in quickly. I was shocked to be told that they found a large nail in one of my rear tires that was already causing air leakage. Crystal tried to find a replacement winter tire but there was nothing available that day so they put my summer tires on for me and I was on my way.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with, very professional and every staff member I encountered at the dealership! I bought a pre-owed vehicle that fit my budget and needs. I am very happy with my choice, some things where missed in the safety inspection, that my mechanic detected. I brought the vehicle back and everything was fixed. My only recommendation, the person that is in charge of the used cars inspections, needs more training .. over all HAPPY .
I traded in my Hyundai Veracruz for a newer model and worked with Steve Allan as my Sales Consultant. They have a great team of employees there and were fair, knowledgeable and honest about pricing, features, motives, etc. (as much as a car salesman can be. haha) But honestly, they were pretty great. I did all my research prior too and came in with some background knowledge and help from other Salesmen and they weren't trying to hide anything or push me to make any quick decisions. They seem to have a good philosophy and great work ethic which is nice to see. They do their research and genuinely seem like they care about their customers!
