Sales staff was superb. Zero complaints there.

However their financing department was a mess. First off they hounded me to come in to get the final paper work finished (my co-signer was from out of town, so we needed to arrange a date for her to come in) - yet when we arranged an appointment after incessant calls ect. The finance guy was late, and we sat around for a good hour.

Then he messed up the paper work, my co-signer ended up being the principal buyer in the eyes of the bank. So all the paper work needed to be resigned - this of course was after my co-signer had left to return home.

On top of all of that, the process was not explained. I tried to register the vehicle only to find out another signed document was required to do so. Something that should have been told to us during the initial process.

Decent prices, great sales staff, but the debacle with the finance department means i will never recommend anyone go here.

Bought a used Tucson from this dealership that had 58k km on it close to a year ago. Just took it in for 2nd oil change and are told that it is recommended to have the transmission flushed @ $300 and another similar thing for another $300. These procedures we were told are recommended at 50,000 km, so before we owned the vehicle. We ask why these recommended procedures weren't done before we bought the vehicle and they respond that they do inspections on used vehicles and fix those items, but don't do their own recommended maintenance as it's just recommended. So I ask, if it was recommended to have these things done at 50,000 km, did the previous owner already have them done? Well we have no way of knowing that sir. I understand that they wouldn't have any way of knowing. So maybe instead of trying to stick me for $600 for maintenance that should have been done before I own the vehicle, if its recommended, then do it, before you sell it to me. Or at the very least, when the deal was being negotiated to sell us the car, maybe mention that there are maintenance items that may or may not have already been handled , instead of trying to stick us for $600 for something that should have been done before we owned the car. That's twice now you've tried screwing us Spruce Grove Go Auto. Shady!!

We were warmly welcomed by Josh Pulyk at the dealership, though we are from Edmonton and visited many dealerships in Edmonton, but finally decided to buy our vehicle through this dealership at Spruce Grove. Josh is a wonderful sales man, he has good communication skills, he was not at all pushy and gave us all information we were looking for. We got in house financing as well and this was very easy and simple. Josh is a highly trusted and highly recommended sales man, my kids and wife are loving our Nissan Rouge. Thank you Josh.

It is with great disappointment that I must leave this comment and as I am writing this I am getting more disappointed. I purchased a new 2011 Santefa with a number of added on options, one of which was at the time a recommended Hyundai remote starter , to this date Nov '17 it has never really worked properly . After numerous service attempts , and different service writers and countless new service managers and calls back to the original dealership , we still have a $800.00 remote starter that doesn't work . The excuses we've been given , the countless number of batteries we've purchased are absolutely unbelievable. The worst part of all this is that once the warranty was over they still won't take any kind of responsibility in this matter . We have every work order from 3 Hyundai dealerships and really have to explain this problem in detail and then hear every and any excuse they can think of why this Hyundai remote doesn't work . To top it all of they have all this reports in there system pertaining to this vehicle and there problem and still want to write up a service order at $ 100..00 or more per hour all based on a flat rate per hour charge....... Our Hyundai is in for service today and again they want $ 189.00 to do whatever they do to try and correct this remote starter , needless to say this our last Hyundai service and our last Hyundai. Pros:
- Customer service was decently friendly, very interested in accommodating us.
- Inventory is equal in variety to similar local dealerships.
- Ample parking and reasonable location.

Cons:
- No masks (COVID-19), was in store twice for two hours, no cleaning witnessed.
- No barter, very focused on sticker price.
- Cash deals are discouraged. Financing only.
- Hand off between sales and finance took over an hour for two minutes of interaction.

The experience I had with Honda spruce grove was horrendous. The staff are ignorant, don’t have customer service. They replaced my motor, forgot to tighten the Power cord to the Alternator, the battery terminals and didn’t put enough oil in the motor. I got stranded for five hours in blistering heat far from due to their negligence. They wrecked my sun roof and stereo. They fixed my stereo but proceeded to tell me I have to pay $3000 to fix my sun roof. They left grease marks on my headliner and overall I’m overly frustrated with the Way I was treated in this establishment.

Didn't have a good experience there. Bought a car and found some loose wires in the trunk, at first they said it's nothing, when I showed them the sparkles, they accepted to remove it, THEN MY REMOTE STARTER STOPPED WORKING! Also the rear brake was jammed, asked them to check it twice, they said all is good, had to fix it myself. They never took responsibility for any of these.

It has been a wonderful experience overall. My wife and I were shopping around for an SUV and did our homework for some days at home in the internet and found three SUV's we liked in Spruce Grove, a place we didn't know at all.

After contacting the Hyundai Spruce Grove dealership for more information on the SUV's, Robert Benko got in contact with me and some days after we drove from the Calgary area up to Spruce Grove (a good 3 hour drive!) to see those SUV's. One was sold so we tried the two other Hyundai Santa Fe XL's that they had. Robert was a joy to make a deal with, together with Scott Pratt, the General Manager, a great guy as well. Robert is an easy guy to talk to and seemed like treating family, very friendly. He let us drive the car alone, no sales pressure added. He also offered us a very fair deal for our Hyundai Sonata we were going to trade.

Always very transparent while talking numbers, and no obnoxious 4-square paper was presented to us, just a clear list of what each number meant.

The Finance office: Brett Elanik took care of me and explained to me the sales contract very well and as my car insurance office was closed for the day, they went all the way so I could drive the Santa Fe XL home that very evening. A true professional and a great person as well.

I recommend doing business with these people. I'll be coming back to the dealership for my next one.

By the way, the Hyundai Santa Fe XL is a wonder of an SUV. Driving it 3 hours back home was a breeze. The photo is of when we stopped on our way home.

We will miss our Hyundai Sonata. It has given us very good service in Summer and the very cold winter months. It never let us stranded.

Got a great deal on a 2018 Santa Fe Sport Luxury and we are very happy with it! Abhi was the man and did an awesome job making sure all of our concerns were taken care of throughout the process. He did a great job communicating and did not apply too much pressure when selling. You could tell he cared about his customers.

Buyer note: If you are buying a pre-owned vehicle with navigation, even though it may be outdated, make sure to get the navigation card put in the vehicle before purchasing. It sounded like "that if the pre-owned vehicle did not come with a nav card when originally purchased by the dealer, then a new one would not ordered and put in after the fact". This was not an issue for us, but it is important to check on this during the buying process.

The Parts Dept and Techs are excellent and customer service is their priority. We broke our oil filter cap and tried to get a replacement in Hyundai Sherwood Park. They wouldn't have one for 3 days out of Vancouver! Also wouldn't even check other local dealerships. Called Spruce Grove and got immediate service. This parts department is fully stocked and they go above and beyond!! Totally worth the drive! They have our business from now on.

I had a lot of issues with overall customer service in the service department. I found that there was no communication as to what was happening with my vehicle and when the special order parts had arrived. I also needed to book a loner vehicle do to my car having to stay 2 days due to the repairs being done. The first time I booked my appointment there was no communication as to if all my parts where in. I called the day before and was told they weren't sure if my parts where in and they would call me back with an answer. Three hours later I had not herd from them so I called back. I was told they had forgot to check and was placed on hold for 5 minutes while they got an answer from the parts department. I was then told that my parts would arrive the next day but I had to rebook as they had over booked the loaner vehicles and did not have one for me. I had to rebook for a week later due to there mistake. When my car finally went in for repairs I heard nothing for a day and a half. When I called I was told it was complete. Again no communication. My overall experience was not very good

I have dealt with Go Auto a few times and have been quite satisfied. Sadly, that was short lived. The Service Department has gone drastically downhill over the past 6 months. I would NOT and will NOT bring my Hyundai Back for service. Not only are the repairs not completed, quotes for work that was not required and incorrect mileage on the in and out report. A Fee for Diagnosing an issue while still under warranty is absurd. While there is amazing sales staff, service is less than desirable.

Had some work done to my Sonata at Spruce Grove Hyundai. Wow...what a friendly bunch to deal with. The service manager is great and went the extra mile to help out on a service contract issue I had with another Hyundai I own. This is a welcome difference to how the Edmonton West End Hyundai dealer treats its customers where they do their best to ignore warranties and stand behind service people that clearly don't belong in a service environment.

While shopping for a new vehicle I went to multiple dealerships, and none made me feel as welcome as Spruce Grove Hyundai did.

Doug Redenbach was very helpful, patient, and honest (even if it meant the dealership wouldn't make as much money). He was never pushy, or made me feel like I had to buy a vehicle. Doug listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and made sure he found what I wanted, within my price range.

Doug has followed up since I purchased my new vehicle to make sure I was happy and everything was going well with the car.
