As a Walk-In at Murray Hyundai Medicine Hat, i just wanted to figure out if leg room was adequate for me in the new Palisade. I noted that leg room was superior to the Competition and i also noted that my preferred Trim version was unavailable and i walked away. I worked with Cherie to purchase a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq. Overall, my experience with Cherie and the dealership was a positive one. There were a few bumps along the way, but she always did her best to remedy the situation. I also enjoyed my interaction with Kelvin, whom I met when picking up the car, and Irene in the finance department. I've had the car since Sep 2020 and it has been great so far. I’ve been to four different Hyundai dealerships and this one is my absolute favorite. Kind. Fast. Friendly. Not pushy. My most recent experience was gold. I had just purchased new wipers but didn’t install them yet as it was cold and didn’t want to break the plastic pieces. They saw the wipers and said they would install them for me,
no charge, when my car was warm in the shop. A+
Excellent service from this dealership. Problems with a vehicle are unavoidable but the service department does everything they can to make that experience less traumatic and they try there best to get you back up and running. You are never treated as another sale but as a customer and friend even years down the road.

Dealing with Kim in service was so great! My services were on time and have no issues with the repairs. Kim has consistently shown professionalism, politeness and was very understanding of my circumstances. Called the the next day to how my car was and asked how I was doing. She was very sincere. Kim is a service representative who doesn't just get you going but eases your concerns with the repairs. Excellent service!

Bought the car in one day and was a very fast service to get the car. Was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour which is exceptionally good.
However, I had one problem which was the car had a smell in it. I tried taking the problem in my own hands but obviously it didn’t help. I called Murray Hyundai and they offered to do the detail in Medicine Hat at no charge but it was not efficient for me so I brought it to a local dealership where I live and Murray Hyundai was willing to pay for a portion of the detail - which made me very happy that they’re willing to help.
Overall, very good experience dealing with Murray Hyundai and they are always willing to help with any problems I have. It’s a dealership you can count on for sure and I do recommend buying a car from Murray!

Purchased a 2020 Tucson at Hyundai Medicine Hat. Absolutely love the vehicle. Our salesman was Kennedy, he was phenomenal, no pressure, explained every detail fully. Helped with finalizing our offer. Would highly recommend Kennedy, a really neat guy.

Just bought a vehicle where Cherie was the saleswoman and Mike was involved in the negotiations as well. It went off without a hitch. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. I have dealt with Murray for 7 years and they have always gone above and beyond. The service and parts departments are excellent as well. All this makes owning a vehicle stress free. The opposite is true at some dealerships.
Great service and always so friendly. They even gave my car a wash when I brought it in for an oil change! Which was great cause some birds had decided to dive bomb in the day prior :)
I live in Calgary and shopped around all Hyundai dealerships near me before choosing to buy from Kelvin at Murray Hyundai Medicine Hat. The customer service was excellent and the pricing was the best. I also appreciated the no pressure sales that I experienced with Murray Hyundai from both my sales guy Kelvin and Clint in the finance department. I highly recommend this dealership and am happy with my experience.
As always, quick friendly service. While yes, the charges are little higher, because dealership, it's never a gouge of extra not required stuff - only manufacturer required stuff.
This is where I bought my 2016 Elantra. This is where I bought my winter tires and rims. This is where I bought my all season radial tires. This is where I take my Elantra for oil changes.
The staff treat me like a friend .... I am especially happy with reception and the service department. The parts department helped me when I needed cruise control and arrangements to have it installed.
Even through renovations to the facility, I always felt welcome.

I was dealing with Service Advisor Kimberly Stuber, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, she worked my vehicle in on short notice and also informed me of a couple recalls that I didn't know about and had them taken care of.
When I picked up my vehicle, I got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off. That was a very nice bonus.

Rochelle was excellent to work with and kept trying to help through a comedy of errors that kept us in Med Hat longer than anticipated. She apologized numerous times and she and a service technician stayed beyond hours to diagnosis an unknown problem and helped get it corrected so we could take our vehicle home with us that day.
I have never experienced such excellent service as I do at Medicine Hat Hyundai. The staff are amazing and the quality of work is terrific.

Their compressor went down on Saturday when I had an appointment scheduled to get my tires changed from winter's to summers. So had to reschedule. Work in Redcliff and don't have time to take car down there during the week. They came and grabbed the car on Monday in Redcliff, serviced and delivered it back to me the same day, and didn't charge me anything for the pickup/drop off or tire change. I would say that's over and beyond. Thanks service department. 👍

I went online last Wednesday evening requesting information on a 2016 Hyundai Tucson, after a very short time I received a Email back from a salesman named Jorge he gave me some information. On Thursday morning I called the dealership & talked with Jorge & made a appointment to talk with him on Saturday. My wife & I talked with him & explained what we were looking for, we subsequently took a Limited Edition out for a test drive, my wife drove, she fell in love right away with the vehicle. It was so smooth & quiet, handled great. Back at the dealership we knew that that was the vehicle for us, my wife then looked at the Luxury Model, more bells & whistles & that is the one we went for. All the dealings with Mike the General Manager, Clint Finance manager & of course our salesman Jorge went perfectly, they were all very professional, friendly & courteous & listened to our requests, we felt very comfortable, you went over & above what we expected, beyond the call of duty.
