I would NEVER recommend anyone having their vehicle serviced by integrity hyundai.
I baught a brand new 2014 hyundai elantra from them and they did nothing but neglect it. It has now cost me over 6000$ in repairs this past year, and the infuriating part was that i was always diligent in getting my vehicle serviced regularly and on time, trusting them to actually service it properly, in which they did anything but. I have many examples with pqperwork to prove but one of them which was the scariest was my brakes. I moved away from lethbridge to vancouver in June 2019, 1 month after my warranty was up. I took my car in to be serviced a couple days before my big road trip. They rated my brakes as a 5 on their sheet. (In heinz site i should have looked into it more but i trusted they knew what they were doing) because when i looked back at my paperwork with them the service before that last service they rated my brakes at a 4...so how did they improve after being driven on further?..... Anyways, after arriving and issues arising with my car i took it to my parents mechanic.. which uncovered NUMEROUS things that had never been done, serviced, nor ever suggested to be done that should have been. My brake pads were worn down to nothing, literally metal on metal!! So i drove from lethbridge to vancouver with my 9 month old baby with basically no brakes...after them "servicing" my vehicle LITERALLY days before telling me they were in excellent condition. This made me absolutely sick to my stomach.
I am currently seeking legal action for recovery of repair costs that never should have happened in the first place and i hope nobody else has to ever go through what i have had to. This was my first car i ever baught brand new trusting them and what a mistake that was. Always get a second opinion or have a mechanic you trust.

Not much Integrity here.

My daughter needed a car for school. Went in and we drove a used Sonata. Got the prices and info and we went home so she could think about it. She texts the salesperson at 7pm to say she will take it at a certain price and with the new tires he offered as well as the extended warranty package. Gets a response "I will make that happen for you" then minutes later "Just talked to my boss done". We went in at 9am the next day to pay for it but the lady that works in finance was not in. They agreed that it was okay if she came back later that they would hold the car. My wife and her go back to pay after lunch and they changed their mind and refused to include the tires. THEN the kicker "We have someone else that is here to buy it". They changed their deal as they got a higher offer. NO INTEGRITY at all!!! Funny thing is that I have bought two new cars from them and I have recommended them dozens of times. I hope the extra thousand dollars was worth it as I will be telling all my business associates, students and posting this on all social media!! Send this to others!!!!

I called this dealership and spoke to sales rep and I told him that I have a quote from another dealership for a Tucson. I told him the price that I was quoted and I asked if he can do better. A day passed and no reply so I emailed the sales rep and still no reply after a week.
It would have been nice if I get a response saying either yes they could do better or no they cannot.

Got my first oil change done here, it seemed to have gone smoothly, it was done in a timely fashion and I was consantly updated about my vehicle. A few days later I noticed a squeeking noise coming from my front passenger side so I decided to take it back in as a percaution. I watched the shop guy take it for a test drive, he sped out of the parking lot, did not signal or even stop when he made the right turn towards the highway, he was carless it seemed. Anyways about a week later I noticed that they had switched the license plate holder ( the one withthe dealership brand on it) to theirs, as I bought the vehicle from a differnt dealership. Who changes the dealership plate holder to their own? it was petty and they did not even bother to tell me.. I gave them a bad review on Hyundia Canada and minutes later i recieved a call from intergrity but could not answer, they never tried to call again. I won't be going back to them, if I cannot trust them with a plate holder how am I supposed to trust them with my vehicle?

What an absolute joke that a place like this can use the term "Integrity" in their name.

Here is our experience:

Issue - Power Moon Roof stopped working in a 2017 Tuscon. Vehicle purchased at another dealership but still under Manufacturer's warranty so we are referred to "Integrity" Hyundai to complete the repair.

1st Visit - Asked if we know where the button is to open/close the Moon Roof. As if somehow we've magically been missing this all along and there is likely no real issue. Ok. Our issue is then confirmed and the part is ordered & appointment booked.

2nd Visit - Visit made by appointment. Instead of completing the work, we're informed that since it would "take too long" and go past 5pm, we should book another appointment. What was the point of booking an appointment at all? We'll never know!

3rd Visit - Dropped off vehicle to complete the repairs at a more preferred hour. Instead of the repairs being completed, we are phoned letting us know that because they opened it up and found that "cords were disconnected", warranty doesn't cover the repair. Obviously, we must have opened up the vehicle just to tamper with cords for the Moon Roof and voided the warranty to score some free repairs, right?

FUN FACT: How they literally began that phone call "Who's been digging in your roof?"

Don't worry though, they made sure to inform us they COULD have charged us for the hourly work but were gracious enough not to (THE GENEROSITY!)

This is actually stomach-turning and I hope beyond all hope that you don't have to experience something this genuinely disgusting in the service industry.

I'm glad that others have had better experiences but please exercise caution and use our experience as a warning before associating with a place that does business in this way.

If I could submit a review with 0 stars to accurately reflect our experience of belittlement, horrible mismanagement of time, & complete lack of help, I would.

Ultimately, we've now chosen to take our vehicle and have this repair done somewhere we can trust, where "Integrity" is more than a flashy name used to sell cars.

I usually take all my vehicles to my own mechanic for any work to be done, but decided to give the service dept. at Integrity a try. I was not disappointed! Excellent customer service, and my Tuscon was done in good time. They offered to drive me home at time off drop off and when they called to let me know the service was complete offered to come pick me up. Amazing service and a pleasure to deal with. Will return for any future mechanical work needed on my Hyundai.

However, after spending many hours over multiple days trying to resolve the issue, my final and lasting impression is that all efforts were made with the intent of either resolving the issue at no cost to themselves or by up-selling me into a different car in a profitable manner.

A great big shout out to the Integrity Hyundai service department for their excellent efforts in resolving a recall issue.

Our 2007 Santa Fe broke down in Montana on our way to Edmonton from our winter home in Arizona. With assistance from AAA we were able to limp into Lethbridge at around 3:30 pm. When we called Integrity to see if they could possibly help us the service manager told us if we could get our vehicle to their service department, he would look after the rest. Even though the recall had resulted in the broken part being on back order, they were able to find one, get it installed, road tested and have us on our way by 5:40 - well after their normal 5:00 closing time. Because it was a recall issue, the matter was resolved at no expense to us. An added bonus!

We appreciate the excellent service we received and would highly recommend Integrity to anyone looking for service on their Hyundai product.
