Buyer Beware, This dealership is strictly focused on getting you to sign the papers and after that you are nothing to them. Bought a used vehicle from them, Negotiated "their best price" 4 times. The initial price they came out with was higher than the price they even had it listed at on line lol. Part of the deal ended up being winter tires and rims. The general manager asked me what brand of tires I wanted and I told him. I also mentioned there were a couple minor cosmetic things I wanted fixed as well. All was not an issue. The Car Proof came back with a hit on it as "miscellaneous" I asked about that and they told me not to worry, it was hail damage. I asked for an updated Car Proof stating that and have not received it. When signing the final paperwork, the finance office tried upping the monthly payment by a few dollars and blamed it on the interest rate. At the end of the term it would have added $500.00 to the over all deal. Had to bring the vehicle back for them to put the winter tires on. They said it would take an hour. No worries. Turns out they didn't even order the tires, so I waited from 10:00AM until 3:30, to get some cheap no name winter tires, because it didn't specify a brand in writing on the bill of sale, and they didn't repair the defects and aren't going to. Shady, group working over there. Buyer beware.

We recently upgrade my car for a newer van well because .. kids..... and we dealt with Ray and Dan in finance. Both amazing peeps, we had a super awesome experience. There was no wasted time sitting around the dealership. We did most of our figuring out over text and once they found our perfect vehicle we went in looked it over and signed the papers.. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement !!..now all we need is for them to make the payments and it will be perfect . !! Hahaha I will defiantly deal with them again when it is time to upgrade hubby’s vehicle.

The service people are nice, and accomadating, but when you are in for service don't plan on leaving. They offer no driver service and only call Uber for you which as of now is taking 30 minutes without showing. The actual work has been solid. But the service part is severely lacking.I talked to Raj and felt like I should amend the rating.

Bought a truck from this dealership, went in to talk options, was told nothing was final until I saw the vehicle and drove it. Went in to the financing office to see how approval would go and just got pressured hard to sign everything then and there.

Now the truck has had nothing but issues and the "Warranty" they sell you is just insurance so I'm paying deductibles to have a 2019 vehicle's mechanical and paint problems fixed.

Whoever does their inspections should be fired. Don't waste your time buying from here.

Recently stopped in at the Leduc Hyundai dealership after traveling up from Red Deer and had a great experience from the moment we walked in. Greeted right away by our sales guy Ray Proulx who is super friendly and knowledgeable as well as very relaxed. Told him what we were looking for so he put us in a new Palisade to check out. Right away we loved it and really enjoyed the “no pressure sales” from Ray. We spent a little more than an hour going over the vehicle and test driving it and asking tons of questions!!! Financing with Aaron Bell was almost as easy as us deciding to purchase our new vehicle, the Palisade. Again, he answered all of our questions and didn’t pressure us into anything extra that we weren’t interested in. Our experience with the sales team made it very easy and enjoyable to purchase a vehicle from Leduc Hyundai!!!
Now, this Palisade...let me tell you...it is AWESOME!!!! We love it and so does everyone else that we have shown. It rides great, has power, has lots of room for all of us (the kids really love it) and all the little extra options are really handy. We haven found them all yet but we are enjoying finding something new everyday. Has a bit more room than what we were expecting behind the 3rd row too which was another added bonus.
All in all, we are happy with everything about our new Hyundai purchase. See you when we make the trip up for servicing, heard lots of great reviews about the service center.

The Truth

The mechanic I had and the service manager at the Leduc dealership are very dishonest people that make up things to get the consumer to change parts just to rob them of their money. Made an appointment with 2 other dealerships to backup my claim and both other dealerships agreed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the parts they wanted me to change. I would not trust the Hyundai Leduc service department to take an air measurements out of my spare tire for free.

I had an oil change booked for this morning at 10:30. I arrived at the service department at 10:15 and Thomas checked me in. He told me that there was one vehicle ahead of me and that it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. I figured all good, I’ll give them until 11:30 since I was 15 minutes early and had my 3 year old and 1 year old with me. At 11:45 I went to check on the status, and he insisted that he had told me that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I said no, you told me 45 min to an hour. He kept saying “I know what I said, and I said an hour to an hour and a half”. No apology that it was taking so long (it had already been an hour and a half at that point), and I was told it would be at least 15 more minutes. When it was finally done at 12:10 (almost 2 hours after I arrived!) I asked for a discount because of how long it had taken. Thomas again kept saying “I know what I said, and I did NOT say 45 min to an hour!” The lack of customer service astounded me. A simple apology for how long it took and an acknowledgement that there may have been a miscommunication is all that it would have taken to make things right. Instead I left there livid, won’t be back, and will not be recommending anyone else go there either.

My wife and just completed a purchase at Leduc Hyundai this morning and we for sure needed to write a review for this dealership. This was the first time we have purchased from them. To start this review off, for those reading, you need to remember that when you step into a dealership you will be greeted by SALESMEN. Of course they are going to do their best to get a sale, its their job folks. They don't make a sale they don't get paid. But heres the thing, the team at Leduc Hyundai do not take it to the extreme like most other dealerships. Ray, the gentleman that assisted us through most of the sales part was patient and considerate of our needs and budget. He never once tried to push us beyond what he knew we had already talked about. He never went back on his words or try to backtrack to get us to pay extra or push a sale. You could tell immediately that we were not just another car sale to him. We also dealt with Shawn, he was of the same caliber. They both did their best to show the strengths of the car but never made it more than it was. Never pushed us into one car or another. Let us decide and moved with us in how we were thinking. The last person we dealt with was Jesse the finance manager. Did he try to sell us warranty's and services? Of course he did its HIS JOB. Once we talked for a few minutes and he did his best to build value in them and we still declined he didn't push us to the point of frustration or anger. He dropped it and moved on and was still enjoyable and even joked with us. We were still just as valuable a customer as before. Once again over the whole process all three of these gentlemen worked with us through the whole process and in the end we felt taken care of and valued. Will we recommend this dealership and team to our friends and family? You bet!! Thanks you guys for one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a car!! You guys are awesome!

Sold my vehicle there and had a great experience. They were fully transparent showed us the market value of the vehicle, what they estimated the vehicle was worth, estimate for repairs, and their profit margins. Gave a fair price and process was extremely easy.

I had thoroughly researched everything about the vehicle, including prices cost of repairs, detailing, margins, etc.. Their offer was pretty close to a fair offer from what you could expect from a dealership. Ray was very professional and treated us with respect, definitely can't say the same about a lot of other places.

My wife and I were looking for a larger SUV for our family. We drive a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and were looking to go bigger for road trips. We did our home work online and talking to friends and family members so we then ventured out to dealerships. In my opinion we wasted our times going to other dealerships because we needed to look no further then Leduc Hyundai. 1st class customer service from the friendly greetings and smiles when you walk in the door from the receptionist and car sales people right down to the gentleman who was cleaning the front door window and held the door for me and said “have a wonderful day sir”. My wife and I were blown away by the excellent customer service we received. But it does not stop there, their sales people, sales manager and financial manager worked with us to get the payments we were looking for, the price where we aimed for and the options we needed. They took the time to explain everything to us from features, options and pricing. In the end we purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade and couldn’t be happier. My dad had his tires and alloy wheels stored with Hyundai. In the spring of 2018 he should have had them switched over but he was in hospital with throat cancer ... Hyundai lost his tires they sent no notice that they would throw them out .. you would think that someone would have attempted to reach the owner of the tires they were brand new !!!! Now the grand daughter that inherited grandads little car has no summer tires and has to buy brand new tires and wheels ! Hyundai did not fix the problem . Be careful when using there storage system because of something happens to you and you don’t get in on time they won’t intact you just dispose of your property! Without contacting the owner first !

I previously dealt with Northstar and Southtown Hyundai and usually received mediocre to poor service. When I first tried the Leduc dealership I was stunned with how much they cared about me as a customer. I won't go anywhere else now! Bought a 2011 sonata at southtown hyundai and had tramission problems at 26000
Brought it to leduc for the warranty work to be done.
Two weeks later still no transmission and 800 dollars into a car rental i was pissed.
Was told by the owner "you didn't buy it here, we didn't brake it, if you don't like it take it somewhere else"
Had to go back dig it out of the snow it been sitting in for two weeks and drive it back to southtown hyundai.
Complained to hyundai canada that i wanted my 800 dollars back for the miss treatmeant, they ignored me.
The quality of the car was poor, quality of service was even worsed.
Just traded the car for a new nissan and feels great that i never have to deal with hyundai again.
To the owner
Don't try to act like you didnt say what you said to me that day in February on the phone.
If i had a recorder on my phone, it would of made the news.
After dealing with your dealership, i know all those 5 stars are just planted.

I brought my vehicle to Leduc Hyundai twice since I moved to Edmonton last summer and I must say that their staff is amazing.
The second time I brought it in, I had to do warranty work. When I got my vehicle back, I was more than impressed: not only was the work done perfectly (I had rust underneath my rear window), but they also went out of their way to clean the inside of my vehicle!!!
