I had purchased a Mini Cooper 3 months ago and needed to fix it few days ago. The car has been giving me lots of problems and when i went back to the Crowfoot Hyundai's dealership to let the manager know that it was unfair, he was very arrogant, rude and lying all the time. He said I was assuming that something was not checked properly, but then how do you explain the problems the car has? I have used it only to go to work and for few kilometers. These people are not honest at all and they overcharge you. When I had asked how much the winter tires would be, they asked me for 2000 dollars...just insane. Finally, I had to pay 450 for a new battery, because obviously they gave me an old battery and I decided to take my car to be checked at the Mini Dealership and they said that the breaks need to be changed, there is a problem with the engine and fuel in the engine oil...all after I had just taken from the previous dealership, which means they did not even fix it properly. Unbelievable! Would not recommend their services at all.

Sales representative Dylan from the first minute made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. Buying a new car during a world wide pandemic when I work for AHS was something I was dredging more then you can imagine but Russ was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable - along with the rest of the staff at the crowfoot location. I’m really happy with my KONA, it’s got all the safety features and little extras (heated seats!) that I wanted. The processes ended up being way less stressful then I anticipated! Swear to God, they provided me with the best service ever in my life. I purchased a Palisade Ultimate Trim Model here with a great service last year, and stopped by the shop for the first oil change today. I ordered only oil change but more extra services were provided such as car wash and shuttle. Staffs were very kind and friendly, and their service and hospitality were enough to touch my heart and make my day (especially I thank Vanessa). I will definitely use this dealership again next time, and strongly recommend anyone who has a plan to buy a new car.

They have a huge variety of cars in their inventory. Even non hyundai vehicles. They give relatively good prices.

I don't think they offer free life time car washes though.

Steve B has been a great help in selecting the right vehicle for us and negotiating to get the best deal. He is one of the best car salesman I have come across. He's fun and easygoing and has the right attitude towards his clients. I would recommend him to anyone to go and see him if you're looking for a vehicle. For financing, I would recommend Markus who has also been very helpful, and Miguel who helped us in finalizing the deal. I wish i could give a negative star rating! Never again will I buy a car from Crowfoot. Did my 3rd trade in. I noticed a huge difference in customer service now that its owned by Auto Canada. The service is horrible! My car came with a set of winters, then put used tires from 2015 on my all season rims and tried to hide it by putting them in plastic tire bags. They said their storage shed was broken into and my tires were stolen and i was outta luck, and gave me what they could find. The store manger did absolutely nothing to help but try and avoid my calls, the sales manager was more concerned about how much they were loosing on the trade in and the sales associate was less than knowledgeable about the car itself and made the sale and what was included in the purchase very confusing. They also printed and Carfax for my trade in and left it out in public view with all my personal information on it, the new buyer then took it or it was given to him. This person showed up at my home asking for info on the car! Worst experience of my life and will never buy are vehicle from any dealership owned by Auto Canada. But hey, they offered me $250 in store credit. I politely declined.

The only great service i received was from Mark in the finance department. He did the financing on my other 2 vehicles I bought there.

Disappointing to say the least. My friends were almost going to buy from Stadium Nissan, but I suggested they look at Crowfoot Hyundai as my family has had great success there. They went and ended up purchasing a brand new 2020 Elantra that day. The salesman there kept telling me I was in luck, because of their referral program I would get $200 for giving them this sale. Sadly, not only did I not get the referral, but they did not even seem to acknowledge it when my friends who purchased the vehicle kept asking about it.

I had an amazing experience buying my car here. i felt like the general manager was very attentive and even though I was just looking, I walked out of there with a big smile and a new vehicle that I love.
The service department on the other hand is an absolute train wreck. I had booked an oil change for 11am. I had a friend follow me and we were going to grab lunch and then I could pick my car up after in about an hour. When I went in there, I was told it was a minimum of 3 hour wait, possibly even 4! I had an infant with me and was told that was their policy . Since I had already booked the appointment, I chose to keep my appointment. I also had a clip that needed to be replaced for one of my side panels. I asked if they could look at that while it was sitting there for the 3 hours and was told no, sorry only have time for an oil change. I have since chosen to go elsewhere. It's been 6 months and I haven't been back. Today I get a call from their service manager asking me why I haven't been back in as his records indicate I'm due for an oil change. I explained my previous issue and he basically called me a liar, stating that he has NEVER seen anyone wait that long for an oil change before. Um buddy, I wouldn't just make that up. He didn't even say sorry or entice me back. Just basically said ok and hung up.

I'm split. I've bought 2 vehicles from Crowfoot Hyundai. A brand new 2015 Veloster Turbo back in 2014 and now a used 2016 Chrysler 200 in 2019. The experience this time around was less than to be desired. I picked up the car a couple months ago and on pickup day, the windshield still had a crack in it, which I was assured by Russ it was going to be taken care of. The car was also given to me with an empty tank of gas on pickup, car had 60km worth of fuel in it. Couple of months later, I finally got around to getting it replaced by the dealer. Wasn't impressed at all by the lack of effort to have a car ready to go, especially when paying over 20 grand for it, used or not, that was embarrassing for the dealership. I've been a two time customer, and I've been a service customer with 3 vehicles in the past but I won't be returning for anything.

I brought my car in with perceived issues with my transmission and after 3 visits the issue still persists - further one of the visits included >$600 of work that I was assured would fix the problem. Came in during a sales event. The initial sales agent, Russ, was laid back and hepful. The deal was completely shot when the visiting sales agent became pressuring, rude and agressive during the negotiation stage. Nothing really ruins an experience quite like that. Would have been better off dealing with Russ alone. Cant see us doing a deal here.

They went the extra mile for us.
Our tire was slashed right before a road trip. The dealer we bought the 2019 Tucson from was unable & unwilling to help us in time for our trip but these guys did.
They did everything possible to find us tires and get us scheduled in last minute for tires and service. I expected a long wait because they squeezed us in but it was actually a shorter wait then at other dealerships when all you get is a simple service. Thanks Rick for helping us out of a bad situation. You have definitely earned a repeat customer.

Service Department- The worst customer service I have experienced at a dealership. My sunroof on my Santa Fe was stuck open and I brought it in and explained that I was going to be having my baby the next day and needed to get it fixed or at least just closed , was told no one could help me out if I didn’t have an appointment to do so, and everyone was too busy to even have a look at it. Left and took my vehicle to Country Hills Hyundai and they took care of me right away! Take your business there instead! Customer Service is a priority for them!

Watch out for the hidden charges that they don't even explain and just ask you to sign. I was quoted for $215.31 bi weekly but the bank charged me for $227.75 for 84 months. Unreliable. Totally disappointed. Very unhappy with my experienced at Hyundai Crowfoot.

No, I did not purchase anything or life insurance. Justin asked me if I want the life insurance I said "NO" I dOn'T want. But he still present me a paper and he said to put initials. So I signed cos I assumed it's a different one cos I already said NO and that is including everything whatever we agreed for my bi weekly payment without any hidden charges. He don't even explain or he never mention it to me that I need to pay extra for that, he just told me to sign. He tricked me. From the very start Ahmed knows that I just agreed whatever deal he presented to me.

Unprofessional, no customer care and rock bottom standards! Find another location if you want to purchase a Hyundai. Please do not support this bad business practice.
I had an appointment with their internet sales manager, at 4 pm on Sept 13, 2019. I wanted to test drive a Tucson and buy a car. I arrived there at their location at 4:05 and asked the reception to inform the sales manager that I have arrived. I waited for 30 minutes with my family and no one came, again I went to the reception and asked for the person, the reception girl came back and said sales manager is busy and we should wait for another 30 minutes or come back another day.
Finally the sales manager showed up after 40 minutes explaining how busy he was and he referred me to a second sales associate. Between that second person and a third sales person (a lady) there was a confusion who should take care of us. Any ways this story is longer than this and I am more than happy to provide more details.
We decided to leave, and we will never go back again.
By the way I found something very funny in their location, they give $10 off their services if you like them on Facebook!!!!!!

For normal services, they said it would be ~CAD 900, and ended up with ~CAD 2500!!!! All labor charge for extended time (mathematics doesn't really work for their hours calculation). Found a terrible noise in my gear box, after their service , back and forth for couple of days to fix it, got better, but never gone away entirely. Manager was professional though, and tried to help with the issue. But in general, terrible experience. My recommendation, never accept any services from them, if you don't have warranty, or they haven't sent you an official quote.

Very unhappy with my experience here. The wait for an oil change with a scheduled appointment was incredibly long, nearing 4 hours. The shuttle service that they offered to use during the wait was not reliable and caused me to have to find my own transportation back to the dealership. Finally, they tried to rip me off but adding extra costs to my service bill that I had not agreed too, which they only removed when I questioned what they were for. I was told they were a “mistake”, but they clearly would not have been removed from my bill if I had not noticed. I will never return to this Hyundai location after this terrible experience.

Really upset with Hyundai. Our dad is a mechanic and my sister brought in her elentra that was a couple years old for a service because everyone has been too busy with work. Crowfoot Hyundai told my sister that the timing belt urgently needed to be replaced and it would cost her $3000.

WHAT TOTAL GARBAGE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The POLICE should really get involved and crack down on these scam artists.

We installed a branded new belt not even 6months ago. It even inspected it after because I thought maybe we did something wrong. No, it was working perfectly. I am really angry with them, not because we fell for their scam, but because I am sure other unlucky people who don't know their way around a car have.

I took in my vehicle today due to getting a nail in my tire. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning when I initially called which was great! I brought in my vehicle and was helped by an awesome individual named Oliver from the service department. He did my paperwork and said he would do his best to get it fixed before I had to go to work. Although there was some mix up about if my car had gone in or not, it ended up being done and I got a courtesy car wash! Oliver was GREAT and ensured that my warranty coverage was arranged/approved before I got there and he handled everything perfectly (I bought my vehicle in a different province). He apologized for the mix up and was super professional! I would definitely return to Crowfoot Hyundai for further service or purchases and I absolutely recommend Oliver Revereza for services. Sheena and Rick were two standouts who went above and beyond for me - returning my calls promptly, leaving me update messages, advising whether parts were available (Rick even looked into flying a part in so I could have it on my vehicle before I left for vacation), and following up on all aspects of the repair.
