The worst dealership I’ve ever been to!
They “sold” me a car with hail damage only giving me $5000 of a discount. (When the car was a write-off)
They then told me that I could claim hail damage on my own policy if there was to ever have future hail storms that caused damage.
So I called insurance to see what they would say, they told me that wasn’t true and they wouldn’t be able to cover any extra damage as there would already be a claim on the car.
I then, immediately called and emailed country Hills Hyundai to cancel my car. (Didn’t even get in the car or drive it off the lot) they told me that I wasn’t able to cancel it... which is complete BS! Because when you buy a new car and you don’t even pull it off the lot it’s technically not yours yet.
So I’m now fighting to get the cancellation of the financing as well as the car off of my record.

Overall this company is not very educated...they need to be re-educated and understand customer service better.

I can't honestly fathom what happened to the people that left shitty reviews. especially recently. Denny and Connor were awesome with fielding my questions regarding my 2nd "new" vehicle purchase, even despite my questionable credit. Went in for pre-approval based on a 20 minute conversation via phone. When I arrived, Denny says a unit 3 years newer would probably fit my situation. Terrific. Enter Joanne - Finance concierge extraordinaire....I haven't even picked up the vehicle yet, but genuinely exudes care and interest, not like the "wham bam, thank you ma'am" a**holes at Metro Ford. She explained and disclosed ALL DETAILS fully and comprehensively and made sure I understood what I was getting into. Like I said, I'm just in signing stage and I can't believe the quality of customer service. Unreal compared to even pedestrian retail shopping experiences where the customer knows more about the product than the staff. Plus, I look like a weather beaten construction thug and they treated me with respect and comfort. Thank you Country Hills Hyundai for encouraging a positive step UP in life!!!

Do not buy from Country Hills Hyundai...these guys are shady. I went to buy a pre-owned vehicle from them, put a deposit down, told via text by the salesman it was a done deal and received a bill of sale. Told I could pick up the car the next day but I decided to get winter tires installed so had to wait a few days for them to put them on. Days later I get a call saying they cant sell me the car for that price and unless I pay list I cant have it. ??????? I still wanted the car so was willing to work on the price with them. They tell me the next day the car is sold??? What kind of business is this...Im not talking just a handshake deal here, this is deposit and bill of sale with a text from the salesman saying done deal the car is yours just show up with the remainder when you pick it up.

Good for you Country Hills Hyundai you saved some money by screwing over a customer. As the saying goes, there's a price to be paid for everything.

We went into country hills Hyundai just looking. We met a sales man who introduced himself called Kelvin Cheng. We told him we were looking at the Santa Fe xl. He showed us a new one in the showroom and said we could take a test drive in one which we did. We didn't really want a new one right away he showed us a used one which we bought . We found Kelvin put no pressure on us at all . He is very professional at his job and I hope country hills hyaundi recognize this.

I went into Country Hills Hyundai in March and left a $2000.00 deposit which I was assured would be refunded to me if I decided not to go through with the purchase. I called back 2 & 1/2 hours later to cancel and went back to the dealership to get my money back and was told, 'SUCK IT UP, I don't have to give you any money back, that's mine". Since then I have found 4 other people that they have done this to. They say they ordered and installed all the Accessories I supposedly requested!! In 3 & 1/2 hours!!!! I quess this is how they make their money as some of the people who have posted reviews on other sites don't even exist! Yelp has an alert stating that too many positive reviews are coming from one IP address and they feel that someone is trying to inflate the business operations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

visited the dealership on Feb 18 2015 and greeted by Steve we are under the assumptions that putting a deposit is a gesture that we are interested and committed to purchase a vehicle and it is needed in order for the financing process to go through. We are 100% that we did't commit on buying the vehicle right away since we are still have no clue on what will going to happen from the financing application. the next day, we went to the dealership and discuss the financing options. they gave us is not what is exactly the numbers we heard from them from the first day, they asked us for a reasonable amount of down payment so they can give us the vehicle on a lower payment amount. We told them that we can't afford the price so they scrap the first vehicle and still the price is not affordable for us. So they showed us a third vehicle which we really like, but since they don't have the complete information regarding that vehicle and its time for their store to close so we decided to wait til tomorrow for the numbers. I told them go ahead to do your stuff figure the numbers let us know and we will see about it, Upon leaving the parking lot, the sales agent (Steve) hurried back to us and asked my wife to sign something so I let my wife to go inside and I stayed outside. She signed the papers but without a full knowledge that it is a final purchase. Now the next day the number they gave us still don't mach our budget. If we cannot both agree on the price and terms then the deal is off of course. I spoke to Ted one of their manager and told him the decision and asked about the return of the deposit. He suddenly said that they can't return the deposit due to the policy and he began to be rude by calling me a liar. We are now suffering from this unfair treatment especially my wife who just about to pass the first trimester of pregnancy which are very delicate, she is furious, anxious and couldn't sleep well knowing we just lost $500 dollar for nothing but disappointment and grief

Wow, what a reviews, I am surprised they still in business, glad I never go there, phone call was enough.
Called service department today to find out if there are any service records for my car I recently purchased and been told, "to protect personal information of the car", they won't disclose anything about previous service records, not sure since when car became a person. Just to clarify, I did not ask to share any records with me, I simply asked whether this car was serviced there since there was a dealership sticker at the back.
Then I explained that other manufacturers would provide customers with service records so customers know what to expect from their vehicle, to what she responded that they not supposed to do that, then I asked, "who do you think you are to manage other companies policy "? Just a secretary not doing your job.
Well country hills Hyundai sticker went to garage first day I bought the vehicle, not advertising them.

Please be extra cautious while dealing with this agency. There is 2 part to their style of fooling people - first their sales team will make u feel like “this deal is only for u his boss will never accept but for u I will get it approved” then comes the finance genius who takes you for a spin and rip u in broad daylight. Please be careful and read the bill of sale shown first to you (because they wont mention the taxes and hidden costs initially) and then then final one. I would suggest to take a picture of the intial one. best of luck

Took a test drive with Shane and was told about all the awesome features in the car and ultimately ended up choosing the Palisade. Shane was super nice and was informative. He knew a lot about the car even though it just came out. Then dealt with Eddie and Brian with financing and it was a breeze. I was informed of all my payment options and other details. Picked up my car in less than a week. (I hate waiting for new toys.) Chris the delivery coordinator went through all the bells and whistles even more in depth and was patient with explaining everything to me. (even my previous mercedes didn't do much if that.)
Overall exceptional customer service and would totally recommend Country Hill Hyundai to anyone and everyone!

This has truly been the worst car buying experience I have ever had!! We bought the car, then the inspection was expired. So they let me take it home, but came and got it on the Monday. When the guy came to pick up my car he told my children we needed to pick registration or tint. Did not talk to us, he told our children. Two days later the same guy comes back with my car. The lady we dealt with had the windows done. Anyways that is all good, despite not knowing that tint takes a few days to settle. Go to drive and the tint is cut wrong and there are holes showing sunshine through. Now I have texted and emailed the lady I bought from probably 4 times in a week. She tells me the installer is going to call, then service. Have I heard from them yet...NO. Now today I get pulled over assuming my registration and everything is in the car because the say they registered it. Again....NO. They plate is still in under my other vehicle. So not only do I get a ticket, but my plate is invalid as of midnight.
Long and short of it I can not and will not endorse this dealership!!

I've been a loyal CHH supporter for 5+ years now and am regretful to see how their service reliability and Customer Service in their service centre has deteriorated. I've had to return my cars to their service centre on more than four occasions to repair what should have been addressed from the get-go. While their service staff are friendly and attentive I am less than impressed with their service reliability. Be prepared to waste a lot of time revisiting their location and spending an unnecessary amount of time having your vehicle attended to.

VERY POOR SERVICE!! I service my 2015 Sonata every 6 months here
& I have been your customer for last 3.5 years. Everything was good until my last service in May 2019. I dropped off the vehicle for M3 service package which included tire rotation. I came back from work around 5:30 pm to pick up the vehicle & paid $295 for the service. The tire was not swapped & I asked an employee (Kevin)why it was not rotated. He advised that I have to speak to service advisor (Angel Infante), who was long gone. I requested a call from the service manager next day, Kevin promised that he will have someone call me next day & I haven't heard from the service manager or the advisor so far.

Now I highly doubt if they had been just taking cash from me without doing any work for past 3.5 years. I feel betrayed for being a loyal customer. You just lost a valuable customer.

Possibly the worst dealing I've ever had. From someone who has worked years in the automotive industry selling vehicles, this was disgraceful. The finance manager, Eddie, absolutely lied through his teeth about the product I have worked for, for years. He had tried to make me buy warranty to get a cheaper interest rate; do not be fooled by that line. Make sure they are actually giving you the cheaper rate because they will lie.
When I confronted him about it, he then brushed it off and offered me the cheaper rate after the fact.
I am glad I bought the vehicle somewhere else!
I'd gladly give no stars if it were possible.
This business needs to learn how to read their customers and know how to talk to them. It isn't just about money money and more money to line your pockets, it's a business and so far it doesn't look like anyone there is doing a good job at that.
Do your research first, potential consumers!

My experience at this dealership this time around was a night and day difference from my first time there. The first time I bought a used car (from two people that no longer work there - definitely for the best) here, it was not a good experience and I left feeling like I got a bad deal.
This time, I went in and explained my story to Denny and he was absolutely amazing. He took time to go over all my options with me and really wanted to make me happy. I left with a SMOKIN' deal (I am paying less now than my old used car) on a brand new car and got a whole bunch of extras. Nam and Chris were also great to deal with in finance and Montana really knows his stuff. I am so happy to have came back and I recommend anyone in the market to give this place a shot!

Feb 2019 - I just had my Santa Fe serviced at Country Hills Hyundai and I have to say the service I received from this dealership is always excellent!! From the day I purchased 5 years ago to today - from oil changes, recalls and warranty work. every experience has been great. I love their service! Sam and Brian are just awesome. They helped me and my family with 7 cars. They keep themselves updated on latest market trends, products and technologies. I had the pleasure of having Jeremy as my sales agent. He approached me as I was browsing the parking lot outside and welcomed me into their showroom so I didn't have to be outside in the cold as I was shy about going in since I wasn't sure what I was looking for just yet. He provided me a lot of product knowledge and asked me questions to help me in selecting the best car for my everyday needs. He compared different models of cars for me to let me know how they compared. I was able to have buyers confidence and within 2 weeks brought my husband back and we signed the paperwork with him and now own a new Hyundai. I am very pleased with the service received. We were shopping around 4 a new car and we found a car we liked on Country Hills Hyundai's website. So we called to make an appointment and came in the next day. We dealt with a salesman named Xavier. He was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. We know our credit may be a problem and Xavier and Billy Tran (finance manager) showed us what all our options were and we picked what worked best 4 us. We love our new Hyundai and would recommend them 2 anyone with good or not so good credit. :)

I was very impressed with the experience I had right when I walked in. Everyone was so attentive. I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen named Xavier Naverette. He is absolutely someone I would recommend to people or know of people in need of a vehicle. He is very patient, very well spoken. He is trilingual which is a plus, so he speaks not only English but Spanish and French. I came in not knowing what car I wanted so he took me around and showed me what fits best for me pocket wise.
