Changed my review to one star, very misleading advertising, i drive honda civic coupe 2018, a representative of Honda sisley called me on the phone and told me that honda is looking for 2017,2018 cars under lease contract to sell as used and wiling to offer 2020 Honda civic under smaller percentage and 1500 dollars in rebates, i asked her if i qualify for this promotion because i only have the lease for a year and a half, she said if i call you than yes, i told her i drive a coupe and asked if i can get a civic coupe in exchange she said yes.
I thought its a great deal and drived to the dealership.
When i arrived i waited for 3 hours to find out that all that the representative told me on the phone was only for the civic sedan and the coupe is not included, it was very misleading and false advertising, i am really disappointed and wasted all this time for nothing, will never pick up the calls from Honda sisley and will never return to this branch again. Your team is awful if they dont know whats going on with their promotions and misleading customers to arrive to the branch!

Unhaggle.ca refers to Sisley Honda to get a quote for 2019 Honda Accord Sport. I scheduled an appointment and went to Sisley in person to get the unhaggle price, they pushed me to give a commitment deposit fee to get a quote. They insist on claiming the best price is theirs but they don’t give a quote which leads nothing.

I was in the position to purchase the vehicle, in fact, I purchased a vehicle from another dealer two days after meeting with Sisley Honda. Unfortunately, it doesn’t make sense to decide to purchase without seeing the numbers and know about final pricing. That’s why I got Unhaggle report to research and decide but it didn’t work in there. They don't give you a quote without paying a deposit.
So, new-vehicle buyers; do your research before paying a deposit fee.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this place. I have purchased my cars and done all regular maintenance of my cars at this place during the last 10 years. Last month, I went there for a simple winter tires change but series of problems started after changing the tires because the simple job has not been done properly…..first it was a humming noise, then a clicking noise, then a leaky tire that they were not able to fix it, as well as the TPMS light and sensor ……They took me there about nine times and most of the times they kept me there for a few hours… and every time the problem remained unresolved or a new problem was created for my car. Service manager and his assistant did not bother themselves to listen to me and care to resolve the issues. I was so frustrated by the highest level of mismanagement. They do not care about wasting my time. Their manners were very offensive. Even the general manger pretended that he could not understand the problems. He did not even bother himself to respect the simplest and basic customer service rule to apologize for my time that they wasted and for not being able to fix the problems created by their service department on my car. After explaining the situation by sending him so many emails he said that he could have concierge department to book another appointment for me. Such a great help!!!! Nice try to waste my time one more time. They do not care about customers even about their loyal long time customers….worst than that they do not care about the safety of their customers ….every time they send me home with a leaky tire and TPMS light on. I gave up ….I felt helpless and so frustrated . I went to a Canadian Tire car service and they could fix the car at the same first visit. I will never ever come back to Sisley Honda neither for buying a car nor for a car service. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Right from the start, we were very well treated. Our sales consultant (Bruce Shalviri) was very accommodating to us. He asked pertinent questions to find out what type of vehicle would suit us best. Bruce is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions before, during and after our test drive of the CR-V. We decided to purchase the CR-V and have been very happy with it so far (we picked it up on April 9, 2019).
I am happy to recommend Bruce Shalviri and Sisley for Honda.

I signed a bill of sale at Sisley Honda for a Civic SE in grey as the Product Advisor I was dealing with, Lawrence Qin, who was very helpful in explaining all the features of the car and not pushy when I said I was looking to buy at the end September during their sale. He politely offered to contact me closer to that date and set up an appointment.

During the negotiation process, Lawrence assured me that they would find me this Civic from another dealership and that if they could not, Honda was still manufacturing them and I would get one fresh off the line. I signed the bill of sale on Sept 28th and the expected delivery date was Oct 10th.

Oct 1, -Lawrence told me that Honda Finance approved me. After that, I did not hear from him again.
Oct 10 - I contact him on Oct 10th for an update but he did not respond.
Oct 12 - I emailed him and all the persons and copied the other persons I dealt with at Sisley for a status update.
Oct 13 - Lawrence told me that Honda Canada was still locating the car for me.
Oct 15 - (8pm) He confirmed that they could not find the car.
Oct 16 - I went into Sisley to discuss my options; ultimately, I got my deposit back without issue.

Sisley failed me by:
(1) confirming that Honda was still manufacturing 2018 Civics.;
(2) not attempting to locate the car until I followed up a few times;
(2) telling me that there being no more Civic SE's in Ontario because I found one the next day at another dealership.

Furthermore, I am also paying higher insurance premiums now because FSCO approved an overall rate increase on Oct 12th. Had I gotten the car from another dealership who delivered on the 10th, this would not be an issue.

Lessons learnt:
- Sisley is as bad as the majority of the reviews state
- only negotiate with dealerships that have the vehicle you want on the lot

Today I was supposed to come pick up my recently-purchased vehicle. Upon physical inspection, we noticed a defective convex mirror, some scratches on the blind spot mirror, and a long line across the the driver's car door. Our Product Advisor (PA) said the dealership would fix these blemishes, so we agreed to pick up the vehicle tomorrow instead. Again, I would like to reiterate that our PA is kind in demeanor. His service is not reflective of the dramatic train of events that occurred moments later:

The Assistant Used Car Manager Kumar Sharma confronted me and asked (almost demanding) I take off my original review. Mind you, Kumar did not even introduce himself to me when he first came up to me and my parents. He said I should cut the entire team slack. I told him I stand by my review and can support every aspect of it, line for line. This is where he brandished his hands, ushering me to take a seat at his desk so he could pull up the review. Shiv Singhal (another PA) was glaring at me and my parents from his desk at this point. Upon sitting, Kumar casually tossed his business card at me and said I may even take his photo if I so choose. He said I may post this experience online if I so choose. Most egregious, however, is when he pulled out his mobile phone with his left hand and immediately started recording our conversation. He did not at any point ask for my consent. I asked why he was recording without my consent, and his unintelligible reply mentioned something along the lines of there already being security cameras recording. If security cameras can already record our conversation, what purpose does his phone recording serve? I don't understand the logic and found this to be simply an intimidation tactic. Furthermore, he loudly proclaimed my review contained lies, causing clients at a nearby desk (Zhana's desk) to turn around and look. To Sisley staff reading this, may I ask why I would take it upon myself to sullify the Sisley Honda brand if my review is not actually indicative of my lived experiences?

I originally thought I would buy my used vehicle at Honda Sisley because it's been in existence for 3 generations (over 65 years). This dealership also seems to take a lot of pride in their brand, given the "Sisley" label they tack on each car sold. I don't usually write reviews, but I personally felt the need to inform other potential customers.

I am disappointed and extremely frustrated with my experience there. Upon walking in, my parents and I walked around for 20 minutes without any Sales Managers or Product Advisors coming to assist us. We finally located one Product Advisor, who asked us to wait 10 minutes. Eventually we ran into another Product Advisor (Raymond Lam), who told us to wait 5 minutes but who never actually came back. Overall, we did not find the customer service to be particularly welcoming or friendly. After 20 minutes, the first Product Advisor finally came back to us and asked how he could help. By then, we had waited 40-45 minutes without receiving any staff assistance.

We found this Product Advisor nice yet inexperienced and uneducated with regards to the vehicles he was trying to sell. Admittedly, he later disclosed it was his second day working at the dealership. By no means did he help in the selection of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He was unable to gauge our lifestyle needs and personal interests. He had a hard copy list of the available used vehicles, which he had us look over. I felt as though I was on my own, making my own decisions without any professional input. When we went for a test drive, he was unable to open the trunk of the vehicle. He had to get someone else to help open it. Back in the office, we would ask questions and he would have to run back and forth to get the answers from someone else. I do not necessarily blame this Product Advisor - it is the responsibility of Sisley Honda's management to properly train their inexperienced Product Advisors before unleashing them onto the sales floor. Perhaps new employees should shadow long-time employees for a given amount of time.

we sent our car for servicing today and Mike Smith the service advisor was very helpful, and accomodating and he is very knowledgeable .
He advises us about the need for regular maintenance. He listens to our concerns and the requirements of our car. He also prepares orders that describe the problem, the potential fixes needed, the time it takes to complete the repair and the estimated cost, broken down by labor and parts. For us customers who cannot afford or do not want the recommended repairs, he offers alternatives and explain the consequences of those options. Finally, he handles any complaints we may have and makes sure we are satisfied with the service. he is mechanically skilled. He is able to diagnose the problem based on what we initially tells him and by asking the right questions. He then visually inspect the area of concern for additional clues before conveying the information accurately to mechanics, who can locate the problem and apply the correct fix. Excellent Job!

Very poor first experience. Would have gone elsewhere if not for location. On entry to dealership was ignored. When I finally found someone I was told if I don't have an appointment nobody would speak with me, not even for 5 min because they might be waiting for other customers to arrive and can't get tied up with me. Had to make an appointment and come back later. Came back another time with unhaggle me report (which they knew about) but negotiation still started at MSRP and required a lot of back and forth. Was told car would be available 2-3 weeks, it has been 7 weeks. Was not made to feel like a valued customer, just that they would say anything to make a sale. Not impressed

Horrific experience with new car sales recently. Went in to talk to salesman about purchasing a new car in the summer of 2016. I asked salesperson to give me his best deal. He said that he could not do this, and kept running back to his sales manager to confirm this several times. He said that I had to give him the price I was looking for, and had to agree to buy on the spot, otherwise he would not talk with us. We previously purchased a new car there and never had such an experience. Would give the place a one star out of 5

Five stars until after we signed the paperwork and put a deposit down. They needed to fix a part before we could pick up the car so we arranged for pickup a week later. They pushed back our pick-up date multiple times because of delays with the part coming in. Communication during this process wasn’t very good until I wrote a complaint letter. Then we got the car the next day. Great before sales service, but beware of the after sales service. Based on the amount of time it took them to get the part I would highly recommend not taking your car here for service.

Leasing my second car here, the sales reps are great and I have no problems with them. The service department though, have became very disappointing.

Last year I did a service here and reserved for their shuttle service, when my service was done I was connected and talked to the shuttle dept. to book my trip back to the dealership. Waited on the sidewalk for an hour, only to learn the shuttle haven't been booked after I have to phone in to check it myself. I did send a complain in for this incident and got an apology, which was fine and accepted, it was just one time no big deal.

Yesterday I have a service appointment for tire swap, checked the car in, got text messages updating my car status, all seems fine. 4+ hours after I first checked in, my car was still not done, no text, no call, checked live status website and no updates. Called in only to be told my car was done and ready to be picked up hours ago. I have been coming here for 8 years now for services, and I don't think I will come back after two very disappointing incidents.

Note that both times I have to call in myself hours after waiting to find out they aren't doing their jobs properly. My suggestion is don't waste your time doing services here cause they obviously won't hesitate wasting your time.

Don't go there for maintenance. They are crooks. Last night, i send four snow tires for them to put on for me. They called me saying two of the snow tires are beyond repair, one is flat by a nail. I bought them last year, and rolled, carried and loaded them myself. This is second time. I don't trust them. Worst Honda dealership I have ever encountered.
They offer the worst prices on their tires and they refuse to honour their advertised "lowest price guarantee" when shown much lower prices at other Honda dealers. That is false advertisement and basically tricking people into thinking they are getting the best price. If they get called on it instead of honouring their promise they conveniently refuse to match other Honda dealers saying it's below their cost. So other Honda dealers and Canadian Tire are doing charity and losing money? Sad.
I have had a few Hondas in my life time and although this is the most convenient location, I never ended up buying from Sisley Honda because their prices are always so unreasonable.
I don't even trust them with my regular service appointments as they always try to add unnecessary things to jack up the cost.
Decent coffee though and that is pretty much what this Honda location has to offer.

A blessing in disguise for me. I was actually checking out Mazda6 at Mazda of Toronto when i realized that i should check out other brands as well. So i just walked in to Sisley Honda but it was fully packed, so i took an appointment for Tue evening and met with Mr. Mahmoud Owais there. I can easily say that this turned out to be my best buying experience ever. Mahmoud spent time understanding my needs, and took me for a drive straight away and i was equally impressed with the vehicle and the knowledge that Mahmoud possesses. He made sure he explained each and every single feature to me and my wife. I had no plans of buying the vehicle that day, it was purely because Mahmoud put so many lucrative options in front of us that we finally decided to make the purchase decision. We had some budget constraints but Mahmoud was trying his level best to work out the best possible deal for us, and he did. I must say Mahmoud's approach is really customer centric and that he is very professional. I would strongly recommend buying from Mahmoud.

so we walked in here, knowing we aren't going to buy a car yet, just looking for information and a test drive. we told the receptionist and the manager that we are here to see the different cars, used and new, and find out the best option for us... to lease or to finance, get a used car or a new car and just get help and information in general.
after waiting around for a bit a sales person showed us the Honda Civic sport and took us on a test drive... that's the only car he showed us and when we got back he immediately produced some paperwork and asked us how much deposit we want to put down, he made it seem like it's a great deal and we should take it now because if we came back later that deal wouldn't exist.
we didn't take the deal and left. they didn't show us any other cars, they didn't help us find a good option for us, they gave us no information on other financing options or used cars.
just basically tried to pressure us into getting the Honda sport Civic on a lease with extra options that he didn't even fully explain....
we ended up going to Richmond Hill Honda, they helped us out a lot and we got the Honda Civic sport for a lower price than what Sisley tried to pressure us into.
everyone seems nice and everything but they aren't there to help you make a right choice, just there to make a sale and make as much money as they can.

My dad recently serviced his car in Sisley Honda and received an excellent service experience from the service team. Vincent Wong is the new service advisor who just started a week ago, he was extremely patient and courtesy for answering all my dad's questions, booking the appointment for him, and the bonus is Vincent speaks Cantonese as well! Over all great service, the only problem is that it is crazy busy during the Saturday. The best way is to schedule appointment in advance.
As well some times it is hard to find a parking, but other then that, great experience.

My family and I had been long time customers and long time supporters at Sisley Honda and unfortunately with a heavy heart have to write down the poor customer service and retract my positive review.

For months I've been having issues with my wheels, they said they will look into it and a week after service the low pressure tire signal appears, twice this has happened and I let it go because it was probably a mistake an oversight and the respect I have of this place.

On Friday I brought it in for an oil check and also told them of the situation of the low pressure tires and was told they will look into it which they did this time, I was finnaly told that there is a nail in one of the wheels but they cannot fix it because they don't have any replacement and was told to bring it in next Tues since it was a long weekend. No problem.

I arrive the Tues, and the agent that told me to bring in my car called in sick. I told the agent on standby that I was advised to have it serviced today, but was told I had to book an appointment and the schedule is full, I understood what that, but I was advised to bring it in and no appointment was made with the agent, and if this was the case I would have made the appointment on Friday. I was given the option to leave the car overnight but I needed the car for the week for work, and won't be available for the next week. But this is not the reason why I'm complaining..

What got me upset was that if this agent, the one who told me bring in the car on Tues, was present he would have squeezed me in to have it replaced, but because he called in sick, no other agent would was interested in accommodating to have my wheel replaced which should have been done months ago. Even when I was asked to leave the car overnight, they took no initiative in booking the next appointment to accommodate our schedules, they carried on with the next customer and left me to drive off with that nail still stuck to my wheel. I'm not really upset about rescheduling, I'll reschedule myself for service but now I'm second guessing for having it serviced again at Sisley. Customer service at Sisley is not at its greatest as it was before.

I know the service can be better but today I am very disappointed.

Worse customer service!! (employee needs new training or replace)
vehicle was in for service last Friday before the long weekend. It was for break pad replacement, normally it takes few hours to completed and have the vehicle back. (we did not even choose the date and time for maintenance, Sisley called and gave us the date and time) after few hours past they us come next Tuesday to pick up the car. (service receptionist try to explain but, they only told us your vehicle is on hold)
No detail receptionist can explain, they went and get the manager - Terry Morton (not even a manager - assistant manager. Acts like he his general manager)). This guy does not like explain details. "part is not ready your car is not safe to drive! come back next Tuesday when you car is ready!"
-we did not choose the date and time to come for repair. they did. they did something wrong on their end and vehicle is not ready on same day!
this person not even a manager rudely(yelling) come back next Tuesday!.
We do not have car to use for Four days, because they refuse to to bring our car back or looking for rental vehicle until Next Tuesday.
I dealt with other dealership and service, our of worse one and this person need new training how to deal with customer with manner or replace him!

You cannot the trust the service here.
I cannot rate is my experience as very good. I have took the appointment for my B1 service at Sisley honda and changing rare break tail lamp. I informed this to your engineers in multiple ways, during appointment fixing over phone and when I took it for service. It is there in the work order. Still, your guys missed to fix it.
Second, I had appointment at 3 PM and the service was over by 6:30 PM. You must agree that for a schedule service, 3 hour 30 minutes wait on a working day is going heart anybody, so am I. Above that, the complimentary car wash was not done that day and the the person who assisted me ask me to come in next two days with a promise that, I don't need to wait. Guess what, I waited for close to an hour.
After paying 280$ for service and if the experience is this good, we are not going to be happy.
I would like to add one more thing. For B1 service, they have not even checked the air in the car tire. After coming out of the service with in two days, it was showing and indicator that low air. I don't know what they have really did for the service . Please find another center.
I have informed all these the to the service center first and the putting post since there is no response from them.

Honda should re-visit this service center and confirm that all the needed facility is there or not. It is terrible.

The level of service I received exceeded my expectations. Not only from Mike, the sales floor manager, whom my family has had business previous business with, but also from David, the sales advisor he introduced me to. This was my first time buying my very own car and David made it a smooth and informative experience. He took his time to help me find a car that would fit my needs. When I had trouble with my car he was prompt with his responses and helped me find solutions to the problem. I took my vehicle for regular maintenance service:
- Lots of oil spread on engine cover which take me 20 minutes to clean it.
they didn't even wash the car and I was told to come another time for car wash.
- No body call me to let me know that my vehicle is ready for pick up and found out by calling by myself.
- Adviser included some extra service ( UP TO $400) that were not necessary ( They told me it is recommended by Honda but I rejected because I figured out the service is recommended by Sisley not Honda).

After being greeted by the friendly staff and having a complimentary cup of coffee, I met the lovely Aaron Hock. I took my car into Sisley Honda for an extensive service appointment and the customer service experience was definitely worth writing about. My Service Advisor Nada was everything a customer service professional should be: kind, thorough with her explanations and understanding of the cost and my timing, working hard with the mechanics to push my appointment through as fast as possible (I waited for my car instead of taking a shuttle to the subway as I live a fair distance from the dealership). Recently purchased a fantastic Honda Accord Sport 2014 sedan in beautiful winter white colour with black leather interior. I have to say, I was truly impressed with the outstanding patience of our associate, Poya. Such a nice dude, and he really gave his best for me and my folks getting us this best possible solution for our situation and we left completely, 100%, satisfied with both the vehicle and the service.
