My Honda Odyssey recently had a electrical issue that was affecting my alarm system that would seem to correct itself, only to re-occur weeks later. Jody the mechanic was the one who determined the issue, and he took his time with me explaining what steps he took, and I am extremely happy with his expertise. Jordan helped us out in finding us an inexpensive vehicle. It wasn't certified which turned out to be a little bit of a hassle to get it safetied. I have it safetied now and am very happy with it. I would recommend though that anybody buying uncertified would get it inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase to avoid any surprises later.

The service advisor team is professional, the shuttle drivers are great, and the lounge makes auto service less painful. I really appreciate the beverage options since I'm a busy person who's always on the go. 4/5 since I feel sometimes their booking systems don't work 100% precisely, but it's a glitchy bug that doesn't affect every experience. I appreciate the ability to book online, and the text confirmations, so that is a plus.

Brought our civic for routine maintenance. Our rear passenger side tire had a slow leak, which we've been meaning to get fixed but just haven't had the time yet this summer. This was not mentioned because we plan on taking it to a dedicated tire shop instead. On the invoice, Maintenance Minder B service clearly states that the tires were rotated. Sure enough, that same rear passenger tire is very low again, despite having been billed for the labour to rotate the tires.
Speaking with a customer service rep was fruitless. We were told the technician would have assessed the wear and decided if the tires needed rotating, and in this case they did not need it. The technician in question was on vacation so unable to answer any type of questions. When i asked why the invoice still indicated the tires were in fact rotated, there was no answer available. This does not give a customer the confidence that all the work they are being billed for is in fact being completed. The service rep offered me the opportunity to leave a voice mail for a manager of some sorts, but i elected to write this review instead.
Invoice # 251879 if the owner or manager would like to take their own time to address our concerns. This is the second occurrence with this dealership concerning questionable service in the 4 years since we purchased from them.

I naturally have tough luck! Of course it began that way, to be expected with me. However Rob Shea (sales manager) swooped in and scooped us up. He listened to me as I explained my lifestyle and what I was looking in my vehicle, as well as what features I needed to be included. The service was above and beyond. We had great communication and I really felt like my trust was earned. Chase (business manager) was also awesome, patient, great at breaking the numbers down so we could understand. Both gentlemen were very approachable, funny yet professional, efficient, patient and kind.
I love love love my car!!! I got financing that works for me and fits my budget plus winter tires so that’s not on my mind when our Sudbury winter hits spontaneously.
Overall a memorable experience with a happy ending, right from the secretary’s smile when you walk through the door to the last signature.

I wish I could write a good review but the last couple times I came to get my Acura serviced, I was very disappointed. I came in twice to see what was making a clunking sound in my car because I was concerned driving it and every time they told me it was just my wheels needing balancing. I went for a second opinion down south and it turned out the car had way bigger issues and it was getting dangerous to drive. Thank goodness I got a second opinion!
A couple weeks ago, I went in to do a simple check of a slow leak in my tire before a big road trip, and they couldn't find my key to get my rims off. They also provided me with no other options. The moment I picked up my car again, it took me a grand total of 3 seconds to find that special key. Pretty shocking since I barely knew what I was looking for. I took my business elsewhere and that other business even told me other options they could've done if I actually lost my key, plus it was half the price!
2 stars because the front staff are great, but wow the service team... so disappointed.

Horrible,lies upon lies...84 month warranty that was purchased from original owner.And charged us for another 84 month warranty that we now find out was only good for 60 months.There was rust on vehicle we paid for rust protection and we were denied any claim,find out from other dealership they never installed rust protection. Time to get lawyers involved maybe.BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Palladino.They only post good reviews on site.My wife Kathy Raymond who's name is on purchase..we brought it in for recall on air bag and have annual check up..3000 dollars worth of warranty work done.Then find out we need to pay because they defrauded us on a 84 month warranty.Thanks Timmins Honda for helping us discover these lies.

2013 CRV and bearing for drive shaft is finished. Took over 2 months to get the part. 30,000 kms and it needs rear brakes already? now 50,000 kms and rear wheel bearing need to be replaced! This is Honda quality? I've never had a vehicle in for service as often as this one... You wouldn't be able to afford to keep this vehicle without warranty!
