I went to Richmond Hill Honda looking for my first car to purchase. Amanda was a great help and provided excellent service. We went on a test drive and she made sure to explain the features of the car as well as answered any questions I had. I didn't end up purchasing the car (out of my budget) but she made sure to follow up with me after I left the dealership and helped answer my questions about a purchase I made at a different Honda dealership. I definitely appreciated this as most people would stop responding to you once you tell them you have decided to go a different way. I would recommend going to her for sure!

Seriously disappointed with this dealership. I went in today looking to test drive the all new 2020 Civic Hatchback. It's been all the hype, and looked right up my alley.

I get to the dealership, and they informed me they didn't have any hatchbacks to test drive... Only sedans.

I asked the salesperson when they'd get a hatchback back in for test drives and not only couldn't she give me an answer, she had the audacity to argue with me that I should just test drive the sedan and buy the hatchback without even test driving it.

I believe her exact words were "it has the same engine. It's the same car. We have a hatchback in the showroom. Look at it, then buy it".

She probably spent 10 minutes avoiding my question as to when I'd be able to actually test drive the ONE car I came in to see, and instead opted to argue and fight with me to buy a new $30,000 car, sight unseen.

Kim was the salesperson that helped get me into my Civic a few years ago. She is super friendly and sociable, and does not really pressure you into signing. She just wants you to be comfortable and make the right decision for yourself. She's not pushy at all like some salespeople, which I really appreciate. Over the years, I've referred a number of family/friends to go to her and she's helped all of them get the car that they want. So that's just a testament to how friendly and helpful she is.

At first I had a 5 star review, however after the recent customer service I've received from the dealership and from Honda Canada, I decided to come back to change my review. I can say with confidence I would not buy a Honda again. The car is great,and I love it, but everything else that has to do with Honda is extremely frustrating to deal with. The customer service is horrible. As soon as you sign and pick up the car, the attitude towards you as a customer changes dramatically, now that you're stuck with them for the next few years.

We leased a brand new Civic 2019 from this dealership, at first all was great, the sales rep was courteous and helpful. However when time came for us to pick up the car, they suddenly changed the pickup date that was confirmed to us via a text message. Only after bitter argument with their sales manager that they finally delivered the car as per the initial agreed date.

That was 10 days ago. And just this weekend, we took a drive for the first time in a rainy day, and the car is leaking water. We noticed water dripping profusely on the ceiling area near the rear view mirror. So I drove by this morning to ask if they can take a look at the issue, since the forecast says that it will rain for the next few days. They flat out refused to even look at the car, not even trying to offer any solution to the issue.

If this is how they would treat their customer, then yea this is for sure not a place that I will ever step foot on ever. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!

My husband and I were both looking for new cars; my husband was looking for a civic and I was looking for a CRV. The worst service center I've ever encountered. Edwin from service is clearly the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of not being able to meet because he would conveniently " not be available ". Somehow my brand new 2019 car that I've had for a month had an issue that needed to be fixed and needed a part to shipped, expected to be in March 14, 2019. Supposed to call with an update... never called back. Kept calling for updates until May 2019 when they finally said oh yes we have your part now. Lies upon lies were fed by Edwin and Lewis about not receiving messages and about the entire service process. Never in my life have I ever been driven to a rental company to pick up a promised courtesy car NOR HAVE I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I have never been lied to so often by people who clearly do not care about their customers. Literally at the same time, another customer while I was there was also complaining about receiving horrible service and nobody getting back to her for over a week. To anyone thinking about going here, don't! Would rather go to anywhere else than to come back here. I got my car in Jan 2019 and I've never been more unhappy and it's only May. The worst place by far.

I have learned a costly lesson of pay me now or pay me later. Since my Honda Element is 8 years old and has taken a lot of abuse hauling equipment for my small business I thought why not save a few dollars on oil changes and maintenance. I started taking my buggy to a small garage. They seemed to do a okay job until one day my tried and true never let me down Element engine seized. I towed ($150.00) it to the my mechanic and his response was "There is no oil in here!" Like it was my fault. My response was "I maintain my car by regularly bring it to you. Long story short I end buying a used replacement engine ($3200.00), paying Ubers to get around for 3 weeks (

BE CAREFUL!! I have just bought a brand new 2016 Honda CRV Touring from this dealership. I picked it up on Friday and drove it to work for the first time on Tuesday...It stalled in the middle on the road and all the hazard lights came on on the dash board..Everything went wrong, messages kept rotating with "check VSA system, check power steering system, check ACC system, check Emisson system..." and the car totally broke down in the middle of the intersection! The car wouldn't go even when I was pressing down on gas pedal. As cars were approaching from behind, the experience was very frightening. I then called Honda roadside assistance. I had to answer many questions and they sent me a form through a link by text and it requires the completion of a questionnaire, providing information such as the VIN number before someone live comes on phone! I don't know how they expect you to type in answers to a whole questionnaire when you're in an emergency. Then I called the Richmond Hill Honda dealership at the site of the car breakdown. There was no offer to come pick me up whatsoever. The sales rep just told me to get car towed back to dealership. I requested for courtesy car while on phone and there was no assurance that I will be provided with one. I had to arrange for my own ride back to dealership while the new car was being towed by a third party towing company "JP towing" which provided good service. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was kept waiting and waiting while the sales rep looked for a manager. This is unacceptable as I had already called ahead and the dealership was already expecting me to arrive. Then I was told that courtesy cars are only for customers with car repairs exceeding 4-5 hours!!! After I complained, the manager, Kevin finally agreed to provide me with rental car. But instead of having a courtesy car there, the customer is expected to go offsite to another location to obtain the rental car. All this from buying a brand new 2016 Honda CRV from this dealership with purchase of extended warranty and rust proofing, and this happened on 4th day of driving a brand new car! The service at this dealership is abhorring!

I am very happy with their service from shuffle bus pickup to car delivery. The best reason I love this dealership is honesty and good quality of service. My 2010 Honda Accord had ABS and VSA sensor intermittent issue. They quickly found the root cause of problem (metal debris) and fixed the problem without a huge cost of replacing entire sensor system. I would recommend this dealer.
