I bought brand new 2020 honda accord from here, in 9 days there was “ Emission system problem”. I took my car to dealership and they said we have to bring in the car for 2-3 days until we fix it. I was politely cooperating. I told them its a brand new car, why is it giving me issues. They gave me excuse that its a very small issue, we’ll fix it and it wont come back. I still cooperated till that point.

I got my car on 3rd day, i was suppose to get car in morning but they gave me in afternoon. In next 2 hours my car displayed me the same issue on speedometer, “emission system problem”. I was very pissed off. Now they told me we’ll change the sensors and call honda engineers. So what were they doing before. I was the worst customer service. I dont want to keep the car. Whats the point of buying a brand new car. I dont want repair on a brand new car just after 9 days. They are forcing me to keep the car by saying its a small issue. If this issue comes after couple months it understandable. Its not even 12 days i bought it and its driven only 1500km.

My purpose of buying the car was to drive uber. I’m not able to drive uber since the day i bought it. Its so inconvenient to go to dealer again and again. I paid 100$ for safety. Now uber wont let me drive the car. I have go for another safety on the car. They gave me rental car and i have to pay for the insurance on top my original car insurance. What if the car breaks down in middle of highway who is responsible. If i’m driving uber and this issue comes, i’ll get very bad rating and uber wont let me drive again

WORST PARTS MANAGER EVER
I was referred here by my friends and came to buy brake pads and met the manager Clint. I told him I was referred by my friend and he said he would give me same discount as my friend. so i trust him and just paid without thinking twice. Later that evening I saw my friend and he told me his price was even less. I was furious as to why the manager of this reputable dealership would scam me. This is worst than being crooks. I even called another dealership just to verify his price, and turns out his prices are I calcualated about10% even higher than the other honda store, then he says he gives you discount. This guys is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!! everyone should stay away at all cost. Not a good business model. I would not recommend my friends and family and now I will share this with everyone I know. very disapointed in this dealership and hope noone else will be naive like me to go here again

Horrible Service Department.

While driving on Rexdale Blvd on a Monday with my daughter's 2017 Honda Civic, the wiper blades were not working because they only went half way up and on the way down, they were making a loud smacking sound. I spoke to a service advisor named Manvir, and informed him of the issue with my daughter's Civic. Manvir said according to the mechanic, the problem with my daughter's Civic was the wiper blade motor needed to be replaced. Castle Honda did not have one in stock, they had to order one and it would not be in for 2-3 business days. I took my daughter's Civic to another Honda dealership to see if they had a wiper blade motor in stock. To my shock, the other Honda dealership said the wiper blade motor was fine, the wiper blade linkage was broken and needed to be replaced. They replaced the wiper blade linkage and I informed Manvir I will not be having my daughter's Civic fixed there. Manvir said not a problem, they would cancel the appointment. Have been driving my daughter's Civic for a little over a month now and wiper working perfectly.

So basically, the service department at Castle Honda, or more specifically, the mechanic who looked at my daughter's Civic, misdiagnosed the issue with my daughter's 2017 Civic.

I picked up my car at the airport last night after a long trip and I immediately noticed a loud thumping noise coming from the tires as I was leaving the lot! Since I was in for a long drive, I didn't want to risk it, so I checked in a hotel nearby and the following day I took the car to Castle Honda first thing in the morning. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Peter and Paul took great care of me, were kind, very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me honest advice (had to replace two brake rotors, as it turned out). Castle Honda has always provided me with the best service. Before purchasing my second Honda which was from Castle, I went to another location which left me disappointed and I almost went with another car company.

I was recommended to speak to Mark and Nick at Castle and they were incredible! I recently had an issue with my car and Mark introduced me to the service manager, Lenny. Lenny was very accommodating and helped me so much! Even when there was a bit of a mix up in my appointment, they made sure to accommodate me and I left happy.

All my interactions with the service and sales personnel at this Castle Honda location has been fantastic. The service is fast and the service advisors are flexible and work within your schedule. They have washrooms on site, free Keurig coffee and tea while you wait for service. Also available is free wifi which you can use to catch up on work while you wait. The space is also clean despite the winter slushy weather. I highly recommend this location.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the service department and the treatment I received at Castle Honda. Lenny, one of the service associates told me to go to another dealership and have them deal with me because I was 'upset' when I came into the dealership, he also threw my keys at me and spoke to me very rudely. Being the person I am I gave him the same treatment back. I am happy to say that I have now made a formal complaint to Honda Canada and I advise everyone who receives this treatment from Castle Honda to so too. If I could I wouldn't Castle Honda any stars for rating.

He walked me through the different options and the different vehicle and I was able to pick the perfect one. Richard, the sales consultant was also excellent! He was very knowledgable with all the different cars as he explained to me all the different features of the different cars.
