To be clear I am not a first time shopper that's mad cause I was denied financing, I have financed 4 vehicles including motorcycles in the past 6 years, and have gotten and paid off several loans, I have never missed a payment, I have a good credit score and have never had any problems getting financing in the past, but they insisted I get a co signer after they got me to sign over my ownership and told me not worry that they would get me into a new vehicle.
Now they have my signed ownership and 500$ deposit. And the two people I dealt with are MIA. I have always hesitated using dealerships and now they just confirmed that. Looks like its personal loans and private sales from now on. And I know this review wont be posted long, online reviews are not accurate and they filter the negative reviews and put up just enough so it doesn't hurt there 4 star rating.
And not to mention when I first pulled in the parking lot I drove up the side of the parking lot to view there used cars, a man approached me and asked "what do i think I'm doing that I'm not allowed back where employee vehicles were parked". So I told him I was just looking at the used vehicles that were In the area I wasnt allowed in. And he said "ya well turn around".
And I just want to say I have lots of tattoos including my neck and hands, I doubt they would have treated an elderly person that way..
In response to MR owner. Yes I was happy because your staff assured me not to worry that they will get me a new vehicle. And the fact I have never had issues getting loans before regardless of my income because they based it on my credit.
And I have already had another dealership see my review of honda and have already offered me financing. Its insulting that I am 35 years old with a good credit history and no missed payments and you say I need a co signer like I'm an 18 year old kid.

Coming from someone who hasn't purchased a vehicle from Midland Honda, I can say that the staff there do treat their customers differently from other dealerships. I recently attended a retirement information night hosted by Midland Honda that they put on for their community members. I was expecting some sale pitches but was pleasantly surprised to not have not had any at all. Even the topic of the night had nothing to do with new vehicles leaving me to believe that Midland Honda is definitely thinking outside the box. By giving back to their community will have the community giving back to them. 5 stars to Midland Honda....

First time buying a vehicle from Midland Honda and we had a great experience with Becca in sales and Ryan for financing. We received a prompt call from Becca following my husbands online inquiry. The next day we met and were very impressed with her knowledge and care to our needs. We did not feel any pressure but did feel that our business was valued. Once we decided to purchase Ryan explored interest and payment options and came up with a plan that worked for us and answered all our questions. Although Jon is quite new to Midland Honda he was very professional when he called and made the initial appointment to discuss early trade in options. I met with him and he worked hard to meet my expectations but didn't apply undue pressure for me to buy. I drove about 2.5 hours because they had the used car I wanted. Krystal Eipl was so helpful & patient by both text and phone. They made the process quite simple and fast so I didn’t have to spend hours doing paper work when I finally got there. They gave me a incredibly fair price for my trade-in, as well. I would highly recommend Midland Honda if you are looking for a vehicle. I found the same vehicle at a London, Ontario dealership but actually chose Midland because they have a page dedicated to their employees pets and I am a huge animal lover. I think that feature is adorable.

I was originally looking for a car where I currently live down in Windsor but the one I wanted was sold out. I was told finding one would be finding a unicorn, but I called my sister who lives up north to go see if any dealerships had one left. Lucky me, Midland Honda did! My sister got me some information then not much longer later I spoke with Josh. He was a delight to deal with and I'm glad he got the be the salesman of my first car! Josh answered all my questions and they delivered the car right to my door! Driving down through the crazy snow we just got and the never ending construction on the hwy. As a returning Midland Honda customer, i was familiar with what I was looking for, but did have some questions. Great customer service, friendly and comfortable to deal with. Sales staff (Tom) went to the extreme to make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted at a good price. The deal and financing took staff beyond working hours but they stayed until the sale had been completed. The car was shined up and waiting for me on the day I picked it up. Again Tom went over all of the features so that my first ride alone would be comfortable. I was even introduced to one of the owners of the dealership. All staff expressed their appreciation but I was the one to appreciate all of their efforts. Looking forward to a long working relationship with all of their friendly staff.

My experience at Midland Honda was outstanding. I bought my new Honda about a month ago and I am loving it. The Staff and sales team were all friendly and knowledgeable Great experience, great car!
My daughters first purchase, a 2018 Civic and the sales staff were very helpful, especially Dawn.
Then we had issues with the brakes and the power windows as well as the chip guard they had completely endorsed that started peeling within a year. Stones are actually chipping the paint through the chip guard. We were told they had put it on wrong.
Car was in for servicing several times and issues remain unresolved. We we told they only endorse the after market equipment but do not follow up on it, we have to deal with the chip guard company ourselves.
I had purchased a CRV in Midland in 2012. I had an absolutely amazing salesman named Kyle. When my car was hit a year later i came back and he was gone. Since then I have seen great staff leave and find there is little continuity of care.
The service people we have dealt with are abrupt, condescending and lack the empathy to be in their positions.
The turnover is high which makes me wonder what kind of environment is it to work in.
Not at all pleased with the service here, nor is my daughter.

I had the pleasure of working with Krystal on the purchase of a Honda Civic sport hatchback .After a test ride in Honda sedan I noticed a sport in parking lot . Once I set foot in it I knew it was the car for me and so did Krystal . Buying a new car can be nerve wracking but with her gentle nudge and guidance it became exciting. My request was a 6 speed manual transmission which they promptly found . The financing department (Lou ) was great and everything fell into place smoothly from plates to financing and insurance . 3 weeks later I now have 4000 klicks on it !! . A great ride and an economical commuter . I love my car .

The service I recently had done at Midland Honda was exactly what I was looking for when I bought the car: pleasant and organized staff, quick shuttle to work, scheduling the appointment was hassle free and the service was done at a reasonable cost. I had snow tires removed that they had stored over the winter and an oil change. I recommend the service at this location.
How convenient for me. I was coming to Midland to celebrate a birthday of a special friend and needed new tires. I was kindly accommodated and now I have had a lovely weekend and will drive home on four brand new tires that were installed speedily and properly. The counter service was friendly and knowledgeable.
Can't all be good reviews, not impressed with our experience with Midland Honda or Tom. I know we weren't buying a brand new car but that shouldn't matter. It seems as the minute the vehicle was paid for, even though my husband still had to sign for it, we were done! My husband sat for 2 hours waiting to sign his name on 2 spots even though Tom knew when he would be in to sign. Eventually, 2 hours later, the secretary watched him sign his name. When we picked up the vehicle it was supposed to be detailed and it wasn't cleaned properly, I could see the dirt on the ceiling, it just had a quick dust and clean. Our time with Midland Honda is finished!
