Normally get my car serviced at another Honda dealership where the service is top notch. Thought I'd try this location and came in for a winter tire swap. The waiting areas are really nice.
Service advisor comes to show me some alignment report saying my alignment was off and they could fix it for a little extra $$$ meanwhile my car's alignment was fine, car was recently serviced. Tell them to forget it and just swap the tires which is what I came in for. They do it and then tell me they fixed the alignment for free anyways. 🤔
I really hate when you go to a place for something simple like an oil change or tire swap and they try and nickle and dime you out of a few more bucks over some phony repair they 'found'. This isn't how you earn new customers.
Additionally, unlike the other Honda dealership I normally visit there was no follow up customer satisfaction survey sent to me by Honda Canada or this Dealership. If you aren't asking your customers about their experiences how can you expect to improve?

Working with Ryan Stroud was a great experience. He was really friendly and patient with all of my questions. Once it came to test driving the car, he explained how all of the features work and I was really surprised by his knowledge of the car being that it was a new model. I was looking at a few different manufacturers which Ryan knew and he would follow up with me over text but never pressured me into coming back to make a purchase. Ryan went over all of the numbers with me in detail, explaining everything. It was all around a pleasure to have Ryan as a sales person.

After having a negative experience with one of the sales guys I had Calvin quickly come and help me find the car that I needed and could afford. I recently purchased a vehicle from Brantford Honda. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, our sales rep James was very respectful to my Dad and really worked with us on finding the perfect car for the perfect price. I could see that he was really going the extra mile. On the day of receiving the car, Ryan gave a vehicle tour to me and my parents, he even polished the grille himself with a microfibre cloth. In the future I know I'll be taking my car here for all servicing requirements.

What an experience, I have had my eye on the new Honda Passport since the auto show. Dealerships near me didn't have it and I got a referral to go see Papa AKA Showtime. From the moment I started talking to him i knew this was the right dealership for me, they were patient and knowledgable and also was wanting to save me money along the way. They got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted, Peter from financing put the cherry on the cake by lowering my rate selling me on the right warranty that will protect me.

James Wright is your guy! He was always quick to respond, and very honest and upfront about everything. I didnt even end up leasing a car from him, rather from brantford Hyundai because of my own insurance situation, but James was still diligent in following up and made sure everything went smoothly. I drove from Toronto to Brantford to come here when I could have gone to a dealership a minutes walk from my house.
Friendliest staff in the world (in my opinion). I've bought cars from many other dealers, but would go out of my way to visit this location. The customer experience is excellent.
Bought a 2013 Fit from them a couple of years ago.
We'll start with the not so bad:
The sales process seemed greasy - They had the list price, I counter offered and then, when they said no to my offer, they added in a maintenance package in their counter offer to bring the price up to the original price.
Now to the bad:
About three weeks after I bought the car, I was driving with my family (mom, dad and wife) and the steering and all electrical (radio, dash lights etc.) stopped working...while going up a curved hill. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid a serious collision.
I brought the car to them to "inspect". They had it all day long and, at the end of the day, they said they couldn't find any issues.
A few weeks later, the same problem happened. I drove straight to the closest mechanic to have it inspected. That mechanic popped the hood and laughed - the battery wasn't hooked up...the connection was just dangling on the terminal. Really Brantford Honda? How did it get sold to me in that condition? How wasn't such a simple issue caught when you inspected my car after the problem was reported?
Flash forward a year or so - I brought my car to Honda for a recall. Since I had the car there, I thought I might as well get my summer tires changed over to my winter tires - thinking "how could they mess up tires?"
Well, congratulations, Brantford Honda...you can also mess up tires! A few days after driving, my hub flew off while driving down the road (a flat road). Then, this year, when switching over my winter tires to my summer tires, the mechanic pointed out that my summer tires were basically garbage because they were worn down to the bead. How didn't Honda catch this or warn me?
Bottom line - Not a single good experience at Brantford Honda. I wouldn't trust them to boil water let alone get in a vehicle they have "inspected".
Had a wonderful experience of service at its best with Honda Brantford standing behind their product; even when it was a used Subaru that I bought from them. I am particularly grateful to Dale, Michael Clay, and Casey for going the extra mile and making me feel very glad that I bought from their dealership.

I Agree with the last comment, I never did get the guys name, however it felt the same way. We were looking for a cheap car for our 17 year old son and he kept trying to push the "higher end" cars looking to see if there was some one else was coming in, kinda of pushing us off to the side...Again i can not confirm it is the same sales rep but the way we felt was the same as the last comment made. Maybe some sales training is needed....Just sayin! Any sale no matter how small or big is so important to the bottom dollar for any business. So in closing we went to ford and bought 3 cars in the last 6 months...

I have been with Brantford Honda for 3 vehicles now. I drive a lot for business (I drive to meet with my clients) and the Honda Civic is perfect on gas mileage (currently at 6.6 L/100km). Impressive. I hardly ever wear a winter coat thanks to the heated seats and love my sunroof (often have it open in the winter too - see heated seats note above). I love this car. 2017 Honda Civic Turbo Touring. The sales and service staff treat you like you are special and that they are happy to have you as a customer. I really appreciate this. Anytime I call, I know they will take care of me. I love the staff at Brantford Honda. They go above and beyond.
Great experience with the sales & leasing team here and a big thanks to Calvin for getting me into a new Civic Sport. They were extremely diligent with the entire process from start to finish and made sure I was 100% comfortable and satisfied before signing anything and leaving the lot.
Went here because I needed an alignment, had a friend who worked here and wanted to support local. Worst mistake ever... very expensive and three days later I drove it and it was not aligned!?!?!
The guy at the service counter was 105% certain I had hit a curb and knocked it out again, but in my 6 years driving I have only hit 2-3 curbs and they were all on the backend (0 happened in this 3 day window).
To say the least they screwed me out of about 100 bucks, give or take... and I actually had to go pay a small shop $80 and they made it right.
So as for you guys go ahead and stand behind your work, but at the end of the day a vehicle shouldn't have alignment issues after sitting still for 3 days!!
Keep my money, my business and friends business will go anywhere else.
Just got off the phone with Mark in the service department to order a discontinued hard to find part for my 07 Honday Fit. Due to having a baby in a few days and I'm out of town I won't be there to pick it up until a few weeks when I'm visiting family in the area. Needless to say, I tried to pay for it over the phone but he said he'll keep it aside for me when I'm in town and just to give them a head-ups to reserve an appointment. I suppose he could sell the part if I never showed but taking the risk to make me happy means my service visit will include a few more items to a bill that I could have gotten done locally here in Sherbrooke, Québec.

I asked Chris Smith of Brantford Honda to look out for a nearly new Honda Ridgeline. Being a home inspector I was pretty specific as to what I required. (Some say Picky) Anyway, Chris took the time to research and find the truck I was looking for and made sure I understood the warranty options available. I probably drove him crazy but he was extremely professional. He even looked after my last minute request of a box cover and had it installed prior to my picking it up.
