Traveling today from Fredericton to Halifax I encountered a slack rear tire that I had to stop and keep pumping up, so I stopped in at the Century Honda where I bought my car to inquire if they could help me out ?
The staff there are super friendly and were able to take my CRV in and found a nail in my tire which they repaired free of charge, my car is only one year old so warranty is still in effect.
Century Honda was recommended by my daughter and it was the best bit of advice I’ve ever got because this dealership is simply awesome with a very warm welcome from staff upon entering and again at the service counter lady.
Customer service is really lacking at some businesses these days but not at Century Honda !
I live in Halifax with two Honda dealerships at home but I choose to have all my service for my car done at Truro because of the wonderful friendly welcoming staff, fair pricing, plus it’s a nice drive from Halifax.
Century Honda, I Thank You so much for getting me back on the road.

I have never been to Century Honda before this most recent visit as I moved from New Brunswick about 3 months ago. This particular visit was for a recall on air conditioning condenser affecting 2016-2018 Civics. Century Honda got my parts on order and was able to get me in within a very fair time frame. Holly and the tech were both friendly and helpful and I had the car back as quickly as they could complete the job. They still did a free multipoint inspection while it was in, even though it was a no-charge visit. The ability to track status via text link was also really helpful and the first time I have seen that at other dealers I’ve visited. I will definitely return for service on my Civic and Odyssey and try them again.

My daughter purchased a used 2014 Civic coupe from Century Honda and it was the best buying experience Ive ever had.

Our sales person was Dawn Hewitt, and we had her take extra pictures of the car before traveling the 5hrs to look at it, although she assured us it was in fantastic shape; and we weren't disappointed at all.

The vehicle was all cleaned up and ready to roll when we arrived. Went for a short test drive, and we were in and out in a little over 1hr.

I want to to thank everyone at Century Honda for the courteous treatment and fantastic service. Anyone considering a new or used car should certainly give them a try.

I purchased a 2016 HRV from this dealership only 4 months ago. It turned 3 years old in July. There are issues with my starter ( Yes, only 3 years old ). The service manager says, it is used and I should have purchased an extended warranty. Didn't think I needed that for a 3 yr old Honda. WRONG... I have other issues and purchased junk that I will be paying on for a number of years. Don't buy an HRV or anything else from this dealership. They could have at least been courteous enough to offer free diagnostics. Ripped off and angry.

Well today, I'm sad to say, I have to revise my opinion. A few months ago, I took my car into this dealership because the splash guard under the engine/gearbox was dragging. The dealership removed the splash guard, including all of the retaining clips, and told me I didn't need to replace it as it wasn't really necessary. I recently took my car into the Honda dealership in Bathurst to rectify some issues with the running gear. They quoted over $800 to repair significant damage to my control arms and bushings which they diagnosed as being caused by dust grime and rocks becoming jammed up in the underside of the vehicle, the very area that the splash guard is supposed to protect. They were very clear that in their opinion the damage was a direct result of the splash guard being removed. I called this dealership and spoke with the Service Manager to ask what could be done, since it was an issue directly caused by their actions. I explained what the Bathurst dealership had told me, and he basically laughed at me, and asked me who'd made up such a story. I explained again and he told me again that he didn't 'buy my story'. I told him that I was confused by his response, since I was only repeating what the professionals at another Honda dealership had diagnosed. They had no personal motive or gain to be made, and they physically showed me the evidence up on the ramp. I asked if he could supply a new splash guard and clips at cost, to help alleviate the cost of repair, since I was already down over $800 due to their incompetence. He again repeated that he 'didn't buy it' but offered a paltry 15% discount off a new splash guard. I then rang Bathurst Honda and told them of my experiences with this dealership. To my astonishment they actually apologized for the poor Customer Service and offered to supply the parts at a better discount - even though they had no responsibility at all for this situation. Big Shout out to Bathurst Honda, and a very big thumbs down to Truro Honda and their complete lack of ownership of the issue, and their appalling treatment of a proud Honda owner.

Decent car buying experience. I made a trip up from Halifax to view a car I had my heart set on, but ten minutes before my early morning appointment it was sold to someone else. When the sales fellow suggested a few similar models in my price range, I mentioned one I had noticed on my way in. I ended up getting a good deal on a slightly newer car with a good chunk of extended warranty left, and some bonus cash to put toward some 'summer' tires. The only thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was the car proof report that got re-added to my bill at the end after being told I didn't have to pay for it (and watching the financial guy take it off). When I inquired via email they never got back to me.

It took 28 days for them to register the car I had purchased, the car was not properly detailed and contained previous owners paperwork (car related and other legal documents) which I had to mail back. Had a missing rubber insert from the door that was promised to be sent to me, never happened. Didn't return phone calls until escalated to the owner of the dealership. Salesperson selling the vehicle gave incorrect information about the vehicle. I do enjoy the vehicle I purchased and would buy it again, but not here.

I had an appointment with service the other day to figure out why i had some warning lights come on in my car, when i booked my appointment I was told by the man at the counter that it would be covered under warranty as the car is only 6 months old. I took the car in and dropped it off, when I was called to pick it up I was told that the car had MANY aftermarket modifications to it and that they could not proceed further to check into the lights that came on until it was removed, when I asked what they meant by many modifications I was passed to the service manager Wayne Mcdonald, who rudely came on the phone without a hello or anything and simply said "car wont be touched" I said what? and he kept repeating himself, I asked him to explain what he meant by modifications and that the only thing that was done to the car was a set of HID headlamps and a remote start which every second car going down the road these days has on them. And that it did not void the warranty in any way.. He then told me that he would not touch it unless i paid him to rip those two items out, i said absolutly not and told him that the place that put those items in was a place that honda takes their new cars for accessories like heated seats and accessories. He then told me he couldnt say for sure if it was my lights or remote start were the issue only that he refused to touch the car until they were taken out, he was very very rude, at this point i said ok ill be down, he then said oh by the way your headlight is burnt out, i told him it was not when the car went in, and i knew this for a fact as I have security cameras on my home and could prove that it was not out when i left the house that day to take it to them.. He then started swearing at me saying "Bullshit" and called me a liar, I could not believe what i heard from him.. I was in shock, he then told me there was a bill here for me and hung up the phone in my ear.. I am absolutely appalled and truly disgusted by the way I was treated by your employee, I bought a honda expecting good service which for the most part with any other dealer ive always experienced, when I went in to get the car he told me I had to pay 80 dollars and when i asked for what he told me because he checked the battery. which didnt make sense.. Nothing was fixed, they simply plugged the car into the code reader and printed off a list of what had occurred.. I had the headlights and remote start put in when i bought the car 6 months ago and it had NEVER skipped a beat, also when i went to get the car the headlight was not even out, which didnt make sense.. I told him I was not going to pay that bill as it is ridiculous that a brand new car under warranty couldn't be serviced because of a set of headlights and a remote start. Which he classified as a "heavily modified car" I am going in next week to get the lights and remote start completely checked over to rule them out (which i know it isnt anyways) long story short i was treated with the udder most disrespect i have ever experienced in my entire life by a business. I did not expect this from Honda what so ever, even the people in the store could not believe what was going on, I left my phone number with two ladies at the front desk and was supposed to get a call from the manager of the store which I have not heard back from yet.. But let it be known I will NEVER take my car there again, nor will my grandparents nor my friends or family that own hondas ever again, this is also being forwarded to honda canada because theres no way Im lettin this slide, as I was not even contacted to try and make this right AND charged 80$ for .7 or an hour to tell me he refused to work on my car but coulnt tell me that the headlights or the remote start was the problem only that it was not from Honda, which i know for sure that alot of vehicles have been serviced there that have had vehicle accessories that are not from honda..
