From our first contact, Jason was professional and came off as calm, cool and collected. We never felt pressured with him and he worked on our timeline and was never pushy. Even meeting him in person he had the same personality; which was especially nice given other sales people at other dealerships we felt were just trying to "make the sale".

When we came in late in the day, Jeff worked with us after the dealership had actually closed to get our initial paperwork sorted. He was certainly a magician to get us in the vehicle we were set on.

Great overall experience. After my 2020 VW Jetta was totalled, I booked an appointment at Village Honda to view a 2006 Acura TL. Upon first viewing, the vehicle had some areas of concern which needed to be addressed. The service department went above and beyond in finding every imperfection and rectifying it prior to me taking delivery.

All the concerns regarding the vehicle were addressed within a week and I was provided with the paperwork showing the work that had been completed. I took delivery of the vehicle and it had been reconditioned to a shockingly high standard.

Paul in sales was great to deal with. Max, the business manager, was second to none. Taking delivery was a breeze and I drove off the lot in under an hour on the day of my delivery appointment. Whether new or used, you can tell the individuals here take pride in both their brand and the level of service delivery they provide. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

What can I say other than Amazing!

Village Honda was and is a place where I unexpectedly felt completely comfortable! I would never have expected to feel that way from a dealership or any other similar sort of establishment for that matter. I can honestly say that is what sold me on the vehicle I ended up with and could not be happier with my overall experience.

I would like to thank Hannah for her help with assisting me with the vehicle. Phenomenal Experience at Village Honda. My husband and I traded in our previous vehicle and purchased a 2022 Honda Passport with the wonderful help from Mike Huynh. From the moment we met Mike we noticed how he was unlike any car salesperson we’ve met. He made my husband and I feel like we mattered and weren’t just “another customer”. As I am a Honda lover I made sure to bring my CRV to this dealership.
After my oil change I did notice that my car had been dented by a another car door. I do know it was windy but you can clearly see that this was new damage. After messaging the dealer I was told they they would get back to me regarding this. 6 days later and after 2 days of messages with no reply I called to see what was going on. I was then asked why I called 6 days later regarding this damage. As per them this was not reported and was not there damage. The service agent did not even let anyone else know what was going on and neglected to tell the meager that this incident was reported. After I gave them this information they backtracked and told me that the will now talk to the manager again. (They are clearly trying to cover this up ) This is disappointing as I only use Honda for service and an now I am left with damage. I would like to say I would be back but I get the feeling this is one of those dealerships you try to avoid.

I was looking into new cars, to replace my 20-year-old vehicle. The sales representative, Randy, was extremely helpful, providing me with detailed information on the various models and showing me how the features worked in the vehicles in the show room. The test drive was helpful, since I was able to drive wherever I wanted for as long as I wanted, allowing me to check for fit in my garage and get a feel for driving in my familiar neighbourhood.
After test driving other vehicles from other dealers, I eventually chose to purchase the 2022 Civic. At delivery time, the delivery agent, Hans, was very thorough and helpful. He went through all the features and setup for the new vehicle, checking to see if I had any questions at any point. He also replaced the old rusty bolts on the license plate holder of my previous vehicle which I had transferred to my son.
The finance agent, Jeff, provided me with information on the various add-on packages which were available. He described the value of each, but left it to me to decide what I wanted — no high-pressure pitch, just good information.
Overall, I am happy with my experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Village Honda and would recommend them for anyone else looking into new vehicles.

Most importantly, from the very beginning, we were treated with respect. No pressure. This is after 2 months of going from dealer to dealer, salesman to salesman. Our salesman Jesse is top notch, knows his products and has a great positive attitude. Jeff, our finance guru, also knows his products, answered every question I had (which were a lot) and laid down all the options of finance, warranties and protection plans clearly and confidently. Answered every call and email. Hans the delivery master left no stone unturned. So much new technology for us to go through and learn. He made the transition easy and simple. Because of a family emergency Jeff wasn’t able to be there on our pick up date so we were connected with Max, who filled in the void of Jeff with perfection. I’d like to throw in another positive note for a gent who guided us to Village Honda. His name is Ryan Merrick who works for Advantage Ford. Without him and his guidance who knows where we would ended up. Haven’t had much of a chance to drive the HR-V yet but from what we have experienced, we are happy and satisfied.

Even though I purchased the car from them due to me not being able to go there they felt with my wife and had everything ready for me to just get there and sign the paperwork. Just an update to my original review here but I went in last Saturday April 10, 2021 as my wife had told me that my appointment was for that day to have one of my tires checked for a leak. They couldn’t find my appointment for that day but that I had one for the following Saturday. They said they would still look to see what was wrong with the tire as they didn’t want me to drive another week with a leaking tire that could damage it more and then possibly have to replace. They told me it would be about 90 minutes and that I could go and sit and wait in the waiting room. About an hour had gone by and they came out and told me I had a nail in my tire and that they took it out, plugged it and that I was good to go. Oh and also they washed my car at no extra charge which they didn’t have to do but was totally appreciated. The whole place was extremely clean and all the times I have been there I have always felt comfortable and if I had any questions was never worried about asking.

My most recent experience was excellent. The steps they are taking amid the pandemic to keep both the staff and the customers comfortable and safe are exceptional. I typically follow the maintenance minder in my vehicle but I really appreciate that they did not do an unnecessary service and take my money just because it came up on the maintenance minder. A Year Ago: I spent most of the day chasing around a wee lassie while her parents did a deal. Lots to do. We pretended to drive to the duck store (don't ask) and she loved hiding out in the trunk of every car in the showroom. She even knows how to escape using the safety handle.

Was very pleased with village honda and Jamie during my pre owned car purchase.

My old car was written off, and Jamie worked with me many times calculating new car numbers on my behalf. Sadly, a new car was out of my overall budget at this time, so she happily worked with me on the purchase of a pre owned honda instead.

I'm pleased with my pre owned car, and happy with the remote starter installed as part of the car's sale. Thank you Jamie!

Ill keep coming to Village Honda because more than 1 staff member went out of their way to help me during the write off of my old car, and the sale of a pre owned I genuinely like.

On a side note, the service department has also been good to me as well. Prices are reasonable, NO upcharging or unnecessary repairs done, and I felt the service department had my old car in good hands each time I came in.

Brought car for service and changed tires 2 weeks ago, in less than a week, the tire pressure indicator was on. So i called and brought the car in to have a look at it. They said there was a nail in the tire so it was fixed. On Sunday, the tire pressure indicator went on again. I left a message on Monday and also send a picture showing that the tire indicator was on. I did not get a call back. Today I called in the afternoon and the service adviser said they have to look at it again and ask me to call service to book an appointment.

I have been telling them that there is something wrong with the fitting because it is not the first time that it happens. This is a waste of my time and effort just to fix this problem. Seems liked they do not do their due diligent on looking into these issues. Going back and forth with the car is such a inconvenience.

Absolutely customer oriented service.

The shuttle service is very courteous and extremely professional with notifications as to when the driver leaves to pick you up.

The staff is extremely polite which is uncommon In dealerships.

Went in for an oil change and they even washed my car for me without me telling them to.

Would def go here for all my Honda needs.

Best Honda dealership I have been to so far.

The only change they could probably make is to have better snacks @ the coffee machine like muffins and cakes and popcorn like other dealerships have.

Bought a used Toyota from Village and they took care of their customer like selling their own Honda. Some issues just prior to delivery were encountered, but I highly commend their integrity for not selling me a car with issues that went previously undetected. I think Sean, the Manager went above and beyond to swiftly get the car back in shape like I had expected it to be. Many thanks to Hana for providing my family and me with impeccable sales and customer service throughout our experience with her going even prior to this - highly recommended! I had an amazing experience at Village Honda! I was dealing primarily with Jason Van't Hullenaar (sales) and "Big Mike" Fitzpatrick (finance). They made my purchase decision very comfortable and enjoyable. Jason very much went above and beyond. I really respected and appreciated his honest sales approach. I also brought my father-in-law with me who has had some health problems to "help" shop and Jason even helped him find a acupuncturist for his post-stroke symptoms. This guy has a good heart, and again, solid sales approach. Ask for him, it will be worth your while. As for "Big Mike", well, let's just let you experience him first-hand. That guy is a hoot! All in all, I would very much deal with these people in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Honda in their near future!

Village Honda has really changed its ways over the years. My first experience with them was in their Crowfoot location when I leased a 2006 Honda Civic. It was my first new car purchase and I felt rushed in the decision and uncomfortably pressured by my Sales Representative Paul Brandt. I’m not the type of buyer that normally purchases due to a pressured sales approach. At the time I felt extremely limited in options and was looking for a good, reliable vehicle. In my experience in purchasing and test driving cars from Crowfoot Honda my husband and I were hesitant to even set foot in the building again. Following my Civic purchase we went to the dealership in 2009 to look for a vehicle for my mom and received the same passive aggressive behavior from another sales rep. I went back a third time in 2012 for a friend to sell her and help her purchase a CR-V. The sales person knew less about the vehicle than I did and his level of customer service was dismal. The feeling that we received from the dealership’s sales team in every instance is that all the cars on the lot are the best you can get and if you don’t put an offer in then someone else will.

My husband and I had been discussing the purchase of an Acura MDX for a couple years. I saw one at Village Honda and requested a Carproof report which was immediately followed up with an e-mail from Jason Van’t Hullenaar. Honestly we initially went into the dealership to test drive the car with no intent to purchase; we had not driven an MDX before and thought driving it would be the best way to know if it was the vehicle for us or not. The vehicle we initially wanted to see wasn’t available so we test drove a similar one.

The test drive went well and Jason was very knowledgeable on the vehicle, its features and the differences between the years we were looking at. He was easy to talk to and easy to trust which doesn’t come by very often with car salesmen. I’ve never left a dealership after purchasing a car and felt good about the purchase. I always left feeling like I didn’t get the most for the money or that I was cheated out of something. Jason changed my opinion of that his excellent customer service, salesmanship, integrity and knowledge have not gone unappreciated. We look forward to working with Jason again in the future.
