*Horrible experience* was completely ripped off. Would never go back. Bought a used trade in vehicle. That was inspected and they claimed they were telling me all issues with the vehicle but after buying found that it needed 1600.00 in repairs I was not made aware of. I went back asking for help with this and all they could offer was 500 bucks, leaving me with 1100 .00 in repairs I can not afford. This also leaves my wife with no vehicle to drive my two small children to school with. Would expect this from Kijiji but not a huge dealership like this. I would suggest staying away STRONGLY SUGGEST.

I've never been so calm in a dealer. No pressure. Sales agent Karl was the best car agent I had encountered so far. He was very honest and transparent of the numbers and he is not the type that after only on sales but with the comfort and convenience of his customers. His advices were relevant. Though we didn't get the vehicle yet but we have plans to comeback for more. His manager was also awesome he gave us an option that really surprised us even more

Recently brought my Newly Purchased 2019 Ridgeline in as ONE of the proximity sensors was TOO Proximiting….ya not a real word. I bought Honda Pilot touring 2019 from Heritage Honda and it was great experience. The sales person Ahmed was very helpful to look my need and find right vehicle in my budget for my family. The finance person Daniel gave me great offer and paper work was very easy and quick. Vehicle pickup was very easy.
Kyle was very helpful in the purchase of my used 2014 Honda Ridgeline as he was able to answer all of my questions plus allow me take the truck for a good test drive. There were a few minor items that came up after I purchased the truck. Kyle was instrumental in getting these items fixed or to be fixed which made my purchase an even greater experience. I bought a used mini van before end of January 2019 and everything is going smooth. I have no concern with my sales guy who help me. He was amazing. The vehicle they sold me was pulling on its right side. I requested a wheel alignment and they did. Brought the vehicle home to red deer and still pulling. After a couple weeks have to come back and have it fix. They are willing to check the vehicle but end up un repairable. They showed me a alignment check its all good but the pulling still there. I was told there is nothing I can do. Was not very please with the purchase as its was certified. How can it be safe if it always pull on one side

We are very pleased with how everything went and while the delivery time of the vehicle was a little longer than expected, this was not the fault of the dealership or the sales team as we wanted a specific color which was in short supply in Canada.
