I brought in my CTS for service Monday. This was my first visit to City for service. Jesse the service advisor was outstanding! He followed up with me promptly over the next 2 days giving me status updates until my car was ready which I picked up Wednesday night. My experience could not have been any better!

I've heard the radio ads and never would have thought they would measure up to what they were preaching.

I'm sitting here enjoying my complimentary breakfast and feel compelled to write this review.

I'm here with my brother in-law's vehicle for a brake job. For the record, I'm not a GM driver but have never had this kind of friendly, genuine service at either Subaru, Honda, Audi or Nissan (the vehicles that I've owned) and they would be very wise to take a page out of Mr. Carmichael's book.

I was at the @Royfoss dealership in Vaughan yesterday and when I drove in the bay, there were literally 8-9 guys gathered around laughing as I stood there waiting to be greeted. After a minute or two, someone asked"have you been looked after?" I just drove in?? I was then given "the best price" sch-peel when I said I was there for brakes. That best price was a hundred dollars more than the Goodwrench advertised price- they claim they weren't aware of the promo. When I said what I was quoted at City- they got defensive and said they don't make this stuff up. When I said I'll just take the car to City where they're aware of the promotions, the service guy(offended) yells "bring him his car, he doesn't want to do anything" and walks off.

Am I glad I did. From my call in to book the appointment its been the the complete polar opposite experience at City. Drove in to the bay, where Chris introduced himself, shook my hand and said " Good morning, my name is Chris- how can we help you today?" I was then quoted the proper price, told the approximate wait time and provided a complimentary breakfast in their lounge.

WOW. What a difference!

I'll be recommending my brother in-law take his car here from now on.

First impressions are key and City team has won me over. Should I ever decide to purchase a GM vehicle (and my experience here has me considering it) I think I know where I'll be going.

Great, great job City. This is how you not only win customer's, but keep them. Keep it up.
