Cindy was absolutely outstanding in her professionalism and willingness to accommodate. She really did go above and beyond. Leo was also a great surprise, and is kind, and a fantastic sense of humour. Really pleased with my experience, as I have in the past. Another detail is the folks in the servicing department. Craig and the rest are always fantastic to deal with.

Just bought a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500AT4 dealt with Leo, very pleasant experience from the first step and got me exactly what I was looking for. Cyndi the finance specialist was very pleasant to deal with as well. Very happy with the new truck would 100% recommend.
With the supply of cars so limited these days, I jumped on the listing before the car had had its full safety inspection. Brad made sure a number of repairs were done and took care of having Subaru replace a part that had been recalled, which involved getting the car to and from North Bay. It took some time, but I felt well taken care of and the car is great.
I just got my car detailed and I am so incredibly impressed with the job they did. I was offered a free car to use in the 24 hours which I greatly appreciated. My car was returned immaculate! It looked and smelled brand new! It was literally beyond my expectations.
Every staff member was friendly, jovial, approachable and helpful.

My new wheels happened as a result of a Phonecall. I needed bigger and prettier! I got both all the while managing to stay within what I was comfortable paying monthly. I've been a loyal Bray Motors Customer with 30 years of vehicles rolling off their Lot. I miss Pete, Chris and Clarence but times change and we change with them and I think Brays is thriving once more. My only disappointment was that I never did meet Ken therefore there was no Congratulatory Handshake that I've grown accomstom to over the years. I know he was there, it just wasn't in the stars I guess. Unfortunate but I will get over it! 😆

I came to this dealership after having a bad experience at my local GM dealership, I was looking to return my lease and walk in a totally different direction. Upon arrival I met with Jessica and Ken, they were so kind, we discussed returning my lease and they helped me explore different options. Shortly after, I was the proud owner of a new Buick! I ordered a GMC Sierra back in July 2022 with the help of Ken and Brad. During the waiting game, they were very helpful and informative with keeping me in the loop on when the truck would be showing up at the dealer. With all of the delays since 2020, they were always patient with us. When the truck showed up a week before Christmas, they got it to me as soon as they could. The paperwork was a breeze, communication through text, call, and email with Brad was effortless. When the time came for delivery, Brad was very friendly and helpful. I just wanted to say how pleased I was with Craig Paul and the service department. I took my truck in on Monday for air conditioning repairs and by Monday afternoon the work was done the truck was cleaned and dropped off for me. The service was excellent and fair.

The front line service here is amazing. We had a broken down truck stranded in Burks Falls. The driver picked us up, dropped the truck off at the dealership and gave us a loaner car to make it through the weekend until our truck could be fixed. Excellent service.

I asked for roadside assistance yesterday. After waiting for over an hour (I was in Golden Valley, in a snow bank), the driver arrived with a flat bed tow truck and did not have the proper cable and gear to get be out. The worst part was....he left me and my wife stranded. All he said was..."sorry. You're screwed". He made no attempt to help us further. It was cold, snowing and he simply abandoned us and left us stranded. We had to resort to asking a neighbour for help...and he was able to pull us out with a 1/2 ton pickup! Bray Motors is the worst tow truck operation I have ever encountered.
