These people are scammers. I took my truck in for a electrical issue
They told me I had to change the computer and harness and it was going to cost 3000 to start and escalate form there. I took it across the road to Bella tire, they fixed the issue and a few other issues including the rear brakes rear axel seals calipers and a few other issues. The total cost was just over 1300. Do not have champion work on your vehicle they will rip you off. Go across the street and try Bella tire. They have way better mechanics there. Bella had it ready the next day. I had it at champion for 4 days and when I asked to see if it was ready they said they did not order the parts yet (thankfully). Champion charged me 500 just to look at it and they did not fix anything. In fact they did not even find out what was wrong.

My sales associate at Champion ,MacKenzie Jonker was great to deal with. I was in a situation where I desperately needed to replace my Tahoe with a new one due to ongoing issues. With the current state of shortage and delays with new vehicles, MacKenzie was able to work with his Management and finance team, Evan and J.J.! Having to secure this sale from a distance of nearly 400km in severe winter conditions was quite laborious. MacKenzie worked day and night with Evan to ensure that he could get me the best price for my Tahoe that was undrivable and in need of costly repairs. Due to the winter road conditions and road closures the team at Champion went way beyond the service that others would do. They secured a hotel room all paid for me in the nicest hotel in the area. My new Tahoe was filled for me and they also supplied a driver for me to return my rental car to the nearest Enterprise car rental agent 4 hours away. To my surprise they also filled the rental car for me. MacKenzie communicated with me during the entire process to ease my anxiety. As a long serving Law enforcement Officer suffering from job related PTSD it is greatly acknowledged and appreciated that MacKenzie kept my anxiety to a minimum. The Financing was a breeze dealing with J.J. Ironically I learned right away that I knew J.J. From two other business dealings at another dealership in Chilliwack when she easily secured financing for two of my sons first brand new cars. With that past history the financing transaction was so easy and personable reminiscing about the past and Chilliwack area. The delivery of the car was fun and was quite entertaining. Evan and MacKenzie met with me and after so many conversations during the process with them it was like meeting two old friends. Marc the Proprietor who I never spoke to came out to introduce himself and chat with me. The Onstar introduction with my sales associate MacKenzie was very easy and MacKenzie made the process easy as I sometimes have difficulties communicating with strangers over technical electric devices. I have remained in contact with MacKenzie because we hit it off so well that I keep in contact with him and exchange personal photos etc. I have already recommended a co-worker to MacKenzie who is looking for a new GMC Sierra. The entire Champion dealership and team are professional, caring and are like a small town family. Having two older siblings that were in the Auto sales business in the prairies reminded me of the personal professional service that was displayed and given to me at Champion. My oldest brother owned a Ford Dealership and another older brother was GM of a GMC dealership so I grew up hanging around car dealerships as a kid sitting in new cars in the showroom for several hours a day . Highly recommend, and look forward to a leisure trip to the Trail area in the summer months and a visit to see the team at Champion GM, Buick

We live in Calgary and had 5 days to get the deal done before I went back to work for a long hitch. I started inquiring on the Monday and had the Truck delivered to my house in Calgary on Saturday. Mack, Evan & the rest of the team will be the ones I call when we need another vehicle, thanks so much guys!

Water pump on my 2007 Yukon 5.3l failed while climbing the Kootenay pass. Tow truck dropped it off here. The next morning they looked at it and quoted me 1280$ to repair.. it's a 210$ part, and nothing special to replace as my Yukon has electric fans. Called around to other shops in town and they couldn't understand why they wanted so much money for such a simple repair either. They must have seen I was from out of province, just passing through and thought they could take advantage of my situation.
I paid the 183$ inspection fee(non-negotiable) and brought it to Minute Muffler across the street where they repaired it for grand total of 452.53$ or roughly 1/3 the price!
Would not recommend that anyone bring their vehicle to Champion GMC/Buick for any servicing
An excellent service department! Visited for the first time for routine maintenance on my Trax - that went well, no issues or hiccups - but it was the fact that they washed & detailed my vehicle that thoroughly impressed me. I never received such great service at my city dealer. Great team in the service department, right down to the guy who dropped us off at the mall while they did the work. I'll definitely be returning to this location.
Best car buying experience in a long time! Super chill, no pressure sales. Love my new car. MacKenzie was a great person to deal with. I came in to look at a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and they sat me down and showed me the advantages of going new rather than used(same payment, lower interest). I figured I'd just try it out and go for it and lo and behold I'm in love with my 2018 silverado! They went over and above to get me the truck of my dreams. Would recommend everyone come see them if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle.
