Had a problem with my 2023 Mach-E Premium AWD. Made an appointment with Terrebonne Ford that day via the Ford Pass App and the soonest they were able to give me was 5 days (3 business days) later. I was a little concerned as some individuals from various online forums were saying they waited a month for their vehicle to be fixed from other dealers. I brought it to them in the morning and to my surprise it was ready that afternoon! They literally pulled out the red carpet… excellent service from Terrebonne Ford! Highly recommend!

Absolutely worst experience I have had in any dealership to date.

Last week I had an appointment to look at Mach E models. I called ahead to confirm that they do have the model I am interested in, because I cannot see it in their inventory online. I was assured that it was available and online hasn't been updated. Also if there is some issue in color it would be very easy to get the color I want.
Also I explained that I will only come in if they have something interesting offer beside what I can see on the website. I was assured that they will do better deal in person.

My appointment was at 7 PM and I reached there around 6:50 PM. I was asked to wait it's fine but after waiting for about 25-30 mins when I checked how long it would take, I was told that no one is available and it is unlikely that I would see anyone. When I protested that I drove 45 mins to get there for an appointment that they gave me, I was attended by someone.

And as expected they did not have the model I wanted in stock. Also was told it would be extremely difficult to get one. I was willing to go for premium model too. But instead of working with me to finalize a deal, he keep on pushing me the online price, which I explained I never wanted and wasn't willing to come in just for that.

I am gonna avoid this dealership at all cost and ask my family and friends to do so as well.

December 13, 2022, I purchase a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach E Premium EV from Terrebonne Ford. Terrebonne Ford is the leading EV dealership in Canada.

Alex, the assistant sales manager, was the sales person who assisted me with my purchase of this new EV. With the help of Alex, I became very informed with regards to all EV technology.
My research into the EV vehicle market, based on professional automotive reviews, stated the Ford Mustang Mach E is regarded as one of the best EVs on the market. I agree and love the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach E Premium and the driving experience it provides.

After three months, I decided to upgrade to a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach E GT Performance EV. Wow, what a car, performance at its finest, not just fast but the most complete performance car I ever owned.

Alex, the consummate professional, was a great help to me with this sales and service transaction. Catrine, the expert EV technician who configures your phone, configures the EV’s computer system and sets the EV to your personal specification. Brought in a limousine for a warranty claim regarding the rear suspension control arms on a 2015 Lincoln MKT. Parts were replaced within record time. However the vehicle being a specialty vehicle i had to find an independent alignement shop to have the said vehicle corrected. This cost $ 185.00 ,. They refuse to assume the costs as Lincoln of Canada needs to approve the case and authorize the claim.. I now find myself investing countless hours doing work on behalf of the dealership and communicating with Lincoln o Canada directly to work as the go between both parties in order to have my expense refunded which should be covered under the manufacturer's recall warranty.

Not a pleasant experience. Moral of the story the customer should not be doing their claims work with their head office on their behalf .. One week later and counting investigation is still not complete.

I have been there, to Terrebonne dealership. The people were very courteous and helpful, they giving % attention to the customers by helping them to get what they’re really looking for. I went there to ask for information on how much I could get defrost heater fixed because it stuck on defrost but I was told that they would fix on hourly rate which is was a bit unusual to me.

Accumulation de frustrations!

le 22 juin 2016, je suis allé faire "VÉRIFIER" mon Ford Edge 2011 LIMITED car un message "vérifier admission carburant" est apparu sur mon tableau de bord. Je demande à M. Lessard de NE RIEN RÉPARER et de me faire part des réparations à effectuer s'il y a lieu! Après 2 heures d'attente, il me rencontre et me dit qu'ils ont trouvés l'erreur et l'ont réparé! FACTURE 260$ pour un clapet à changer!

Le 3 mai 2016, je fais un demande à Terrebonne Ford pour qu'on corrige la rouille qui commence à prendre forme sur mon Edge 2011 même si j'ai effectué des antirouilles! J'envoie des photos à M. DOONEY et celui-ci en prends aussi avec un employé du service. Me dise qu'ils feront la demande chez Ford Canada. Délais supposé de la réponse, 1-2 semaines. Après un mois et demi, je demande à M. DOONEY un suivi du dossier. Il vérifie et se rend compte qu'ils ont oubliés de faire la demande!!!

Une nouvelle demande est faite le 22 juin 2016 suite à leur omissions et j'ai toujours pas eu de réponse et on est le 7 Juillet.

J'ai eu d'autres déception que je vous ferai grâce mais jamais je conseillerai ce concessionnaire.

Résultat des courses à la sortie du concessionnaire le 22 juin? MISE EN VENTE DE MON FORD EDGE car lien de confiance brisé avec le concessionnaire et, ma garantie de 5 ans étant terminée, je doute de la fiabilité de FORD.
