After looking for a vehicle for months and having really really bad experiences at other dealerships - walking into Circuit Ford and working with Benoit was not only a relief but also such a positive experience. He listened, he was not pushy, it was stress free and actually a pleasant experience. Bad experience after Mr Sébastien at meccanic service raises is tone and act with no professional matter and on top all was a mistake made by is collegue with 2 weks of ahead appointment the forgotten to reserve a rental and this clown start to raises is tone real no professional at all and an top all I have a2019 titanium escape is a full lemon just good for scrap yards

My worst buying experience ever, went downhill from the moment my offer was reviewed. It’s too bad I actually wanted the car otherwise I would’ve walked out. Beware of the $399 delivery fee, it’s illegal to charge such a fee. Not to mention that the car you’ll receive will not be different from the car you’ll see in the lot. Beware of fine print pertaining to paying cash too.

Well let me tell you my experience with Ford Montreal nord... I went in for a service recall for air bag passenger side... Pick up my car noticed that someone had burned a hole in my seat passenger side and also all of a sudden my seat belt indicator don’t work anymore...And of course the dealer says
Sorry the air bag has nothing to do with it but funny enough they had to open whole dash.. to do the recall
Take out side moulding who knows what the service tec messed up.. I go see service manager ask him don’t you guys do a inspection on car before it comes in he said yes sir well wouldn’t you put on inspection paper that passenger seat was damage you see it so clear the big holes.. I ask them for copy of inspection report all of a sudden it disappears...Stay away from this place the will cause more harm to your car. Just so they can make a buck dishonest dealership...

very bad service, bought a used car for my son, promised to fix several deficiencies, was given only one key. promised to get me second key,. i called several times, they stated that they were waiting for the key, promised to get it 2 weeks ago...now left 3 messages last week left messages, nobody calls back. that's why used car salesmen have a bad rap...not reliable and once they get the money good luck...will take my business somewhere else in the future that's for sure.....will let you know the outcome.

I bought used a car there. They purposely did not showed that one of the wheel was damaged and after refused to do anything about it when I notice it. Bad business practice.
Great service, always looking to be a step ahead in the maintenance of your car. their facilities are very accomodating when you wait and they have a great shuttle service if you want to go somehwere rather than wait!!!
Nice dealership and friendly staff. Service department seems overloaded though, short staffed, or both, and wait time for repairs is unusually long for AC related issues

This was our third purchase at circuit Ford Lincoln. These people know their stuff and it makes your experience that much better. I am telling you and I hope anyone reading this review and looking to buy a new car, will listen to me. Please do yourself a favor go see how a customer should be treated when buying a car. By the way my 2019 Ford fusion hybrid energi is absolutely amazing. Ford knows it's stuff match that with great customer experience, and your purchase feels that much better. We went from a 5 star experience to a 1 star experience in 48 hours after purchasing a vehicle we were guaranteed we could legally drive with our class 5 permits.
Service was amazing, they're really good to make you feel welcomed and push a sale... But after that you're on your own.
We are currently stuck with a contract, the van sitting in their parking lots because their sales director in charge of handling the saaq immatriculation didn't know his stuff and kept guaranteeing us we were legally okay to drive it.
Turns out after back and forth with them and saaq, the van is a minibus and require special license and immatriculation and doesn't suit a family usage as they promised us over the sales... We've been trying to cancel the contract to get something else for 8 days and we're going no where....
Either this was a fact he tried to hide which legally (LPC 229 & 218) is prohibited, 2 for a licensed dealership, this fact should've been known to them.
Be sure of your purchase before going there, the service is sadly not an all in one :(

Placing calls to verify availability on stock, opening hours as the site states 9pm but they say 6pm. Person answering the phone seems to be too pressed for time to give you a sense of service, transfers you immediately to the salesperson when asking about available vehicles to a guy who speaks only French, when asking for English, someone will call me back? No transfer option? So I speak to the guy in french ask what vehicles they have available in the used section and just blurts out names of vehicles, no details... Also in a hurry to get off the phone. Better than other Ford dealers but skeptical as the first impression is mostly a lasting one.
Circuit Ford Service is amazing, My Fiesta was leased at Fortier Ford, and I had problems from the beginning, mis-diagnoses, lies.... I then went to Circuit and they were great, fixed all our issues.
Will stay as a loyal customer for sure.
Best place for good personalized srevice! I requested to bring me a car from US. I got perfect, professional and straight - forward service, which helped me to drive what I want and save a lot.
I visited Circuit Ford and was thrilled with the treatment from their staff. Considering I was just kicking tires and trying to evaluate what I should do for my next purchase. They could have viewed me as not very serious...and a waste of time but they didn't.
They were doing some renovations when I was on site and it looks like the new facility is going to be great.
My next purchase will be from Circuit Ford.
