I recently had car trouble and needed to stop in at the dealership midway through a trip. They were very nice to my son and I. They took the vehicle in right away and found the problem. They got me fixed up to finish my five hour drive. The staff was very welcoming all around and quickly offered help and a comfortable waiting area with kid friendly activities.

I recently visited the Bill Matthew’s Ford dealership and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The first impression was amazing, as the dealership was clean and well-organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process enjoyable. I'm definitely impressed and will be back to this Ford dealership in the future.

Bill Mathews Motors added a $5000 charge to my bill of sale for no reason other than greed, Or as Bill Mathews Motors would say “To pad insurance”
I had to call Ford Canada to get Bill Mathews Motors to release me the vehicle after waiting 4 months to buy a vehicle off their lot.
Bill Mathews took my trade early saying my vehicle would be there within 1 month (it took 4 months)
I was asked not to complain because “Ford will choke their inventory”
Trying to contact Bill Mathews is a waste of time and energy if you're struggling with a transaction - Go right to Ford Canada.
My sister, a mother of four, was shopping for a new vehicle they tried giving her 10k for her trade in. Four other dealerships offered her 30k and the one she went with 35k. Richard Beauchamp was her rep. These people are rip off artists.
Been there on 3 different occasions, a repair inquiry in which they ended up telling me it was safe to drive my truck a 45 min drive home with a broken rotor as they couldn't repair it for a few wks even though parts were in stock, shopping for a truck and left waiting over 30 min with a baby in the lobby before speaking to someone then went in to look at purchasing a truck on their lot and told they aren't interested in our 2012 F250 as a trade in as there is no market for it. I'll drive the extra distance to the Ford dealer outside of town that's offered us 15k for our truck and has great customer service. Bill Matthew's Ford dealership is rumored to not have a good reputation unless you bought a vehicle through them and not interested in doing business with you if your current vehicle was through them, I guess it's true.
Save your time and go elsewhere. I've tried on multiple occasions to do business with this dealership only to leave with a bitter taste everytime.

Purchasing my Escape was so easy with Julie. She truly is amazing at what she does. She kept an eye out for the perfect vehicle for me and contacted me as soon as she found something. The service department has also been amazing, they really do go out of their way to make sure my vehicle is safe for me and my family to drive. As for the support staff, you make us feel right at home anytime we go in (and sometimes even just in the parking lot). I highly recommend this dealership!
I phoned because I am looking for good used van. They didn't have any. The lady on the phone was courteous.

I must say that Bill Mathews is the most foul mouth person at a dealership I have ever met. I came in to ask about my Ford escape and then asked why they where saving new parts for his regular customers and refusing to fix cars of new customers. That was then he went NUTS on me. We got into a screaming match in the middle of the show room . Not one of his employees came to his defense, I guess they must be use to it. I submitted a formal complaint to Ford Canada. I would advise everyone Not to go to Bill Mathews Ford. Go to North Bay or Sudbury or Kirkland Lake. I hope for his sake he knows how destructive word of mouth can be!

The owner himself is very verbally abusive. I have called the business before only to have Bill “Educate” me by yelling at me and being very liberal with his emotions. Completely unprofessional and I high discourage anyone from going to this business for service.

This is family owned Ford dealership. As a result it is one of the best run dealers in Ontario if not Canada. The attentiveness to a customers needs is superb.

I have had the word experience ever so far with bill Mathews ford in new liskard. I am simply trying to buy a Ford F-250 off them and they are being rude to me over email. The sales guy is names armel labonte and he sends blank email messages over and over again like he doesn’t know how to use a computer, also he hasent even called me once out of 25-30 emails back and forth he has no problem being rude over email and then his finance manager or some lady called me asking for a Ton of info then they call my insurance broker without my consent I gave them the info yes but did not give them consent to call him. They went ahead and did that and my insurance obviously wasn’t ready yet because it was all within 24 hours. So I try contacting them over Friday no response then Saturday no response and now Monday keep in mind employee pricing ends today Monday and I will not get the 10-14,000$ off the truck I want. So I don’t understand what is wrong with this dealership trying to push it so the pricing ends then try to screw me at full price on the truck it’s really isn’t that difficult I want to buy the truck sell it to me. I highly suggest no one using this dealer there service is the worst and that’s coming from someone who lives in Toronto. The only reason I contacted them was because they had the truck I wanted in stock. Save yourself go to a different ford anything’s better than going to these guys.

I had a problem with a Wrench and engine service lights on Sunday and couldn't travel back home. The team took us in first thing on Monday and found the air intake issue and sent us on our way in less than one hour at a good price.
