Tammy was a pleasure to work with and was not pushy at all. I won't buy anything from pushy sales people. I told her what i wanted and she made it happen and had the perfect truck on the lot.

I was car shopping online and noticed an ad for a 2017 Ford Taurus Limited AWD. Called them to check inventory and test drove the same day. I live a couple hours away from Fergus so Carl did an application over the phone on the Monday. By the next day my car was ready to be picked up, insured, license plates and stickers. The car was immaculate and placed out front for when I got there. Both Tammy and Carl were amazing through the process as this is my first newer vehicle that I’ve bought. They knew what I wanted and didn’t try to steer me into another vehicle or pressure me into anything. I will definitely be coming back in the future when I’m ready for another car. I had to drive a little bit to Fergus but it was worth the experience. Jonathan Gilfillan the sales person was knowledgeable, personable and no pressure. He answered questions and assisted in post sales set up of some Sync 3 features that I had trouble with setting up - I really appreciated the assistance. I enjoyed the buying process with Jonathan as he responded to negotiation requests without having to review with anyone else. He was able to execute employee X pricing discount and front line worker discount as well. Truck was prepped and delivered in excellent condition with all the promised added items in a timely manner. I have already recommended Reliable Ford to some family members based upon my positive experience with Reliable Ford.

Did most of my dealing through emails and telephone, very polite, replied in a timely manner. When I went to pick up my vehicle the agent was very prepared had all our paper work ready. Showroom was clean, staff very polite nice to deal with.
The service team and Jim in particular are amazing. They always take good care of me, looking for ways I can save money, advising service that is a priority vs anything that can wait. I always feel like they go the extra mile. Very happy to recommend them.
I bought my first escape here three years ago this spring. I had zero pressure from sales. I left other dealerships with a headache. No screwing around here, just got me what I wanted without trying to talk me into a bunch of other stuff. Financing came through even though my credit wasn't stellar at the time. Three years later and I love my car. I will go back and I highly recommend them!

Hi Reliable Ford Service Department.
I am very concerned regarding the electrical/fuse box problem reported by Ford in September 2019 where Ford advised that the dealerships would be advised by year end what corrective action they were to take to remedy this condition. It is the problem where snow and salt can enter the fuse box in the engine compartment. To date I have not heard anything positive from Reliable Ford, other than to tell me they have still not heard from Ford Canada as to what corrective action they are to take.
This is extremely disappointing as I rely heavily on my vehicle during night time hours, the time where the fault could render my driving lights inoperable.
Will I buy another Ford? I am not sure! This is no reflection on Reliable Ford's service department at all, it is a Ford of Canada problem that I and many other customers are wanting action from.

Just had service done and roof rails added to the Escape. Great work as always and everyone was great to deal with. Everyone made an extra effort to say hello and had interest in how the vehicle was working out for me. Nothing better than home town service.
Sales here is top notch. Jonathan is a sales person I've gone back to for my purchases repeatedly. Can't say enough good about that. I was hoping to use him for my upcoming pick up purchase.
Service has lost me as a customer. Bought a brand new Ford Explorer for my wife. At 30000 km the rear brakes stuck and the wheel smoked. Service manager tried to tell me it's the new "brine" used on the roads and then tried to bill me over $900. After arguing he said he would put it through warranty. Fishy? Very insulting to me. Still charged me for new pads. Here I am in the second year and now 53000 km and the same issue. Really...a complete brake job each year?
Too bad such great salespeople lose customers over dirty service departments. I've driven Fords for over 30 years...time for a change. You all can form your opinion from this.

I have been involved with Reliable Ford for a few years working with them as a Lions Club member in our annual Toy Drive for the Food Bank. However, 3 years ago I was looking to lease a small SUV and I decided the Escape would be the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I. We visited the lot and test drove the Escape and found it had everything we need and was quite an attractive vehicle.
My lease was coming to a close and we had absolutely no problems with the car and thought maybe we could renew our lease and get another one. That was two weeks ago and we ended up with another one same colour and every thing only a few more bells and whistles.
So now we are happy owners again and I can't tell you how happy we
were with the whole experience. We used the young lady salesperson who treated us so well the first time and she again made things easy.
The people at Reliable are all good and very helpful when you do have a question or problem. They have been community oriented for many years as I know very well and I will deal with them again next lease period.
The staff at Reliable Ford are excellent - they know their business and can answer my questions. They give great advice and let me know what work needs to be done in the future. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.

As always, the service at Reliable Ford is very friendly, professional, and fast. We come up to Fergus from Acton for oil changes on our F-150 and no matter how busy they are, the wait time is very short. Reliable was recommended to us by someone we know who deals with them and we would recommend this dealership to anyone. Wonderful staff. Keep up the great service. Hard to find these days elsewhere.
In an industry where you dont know if someone is telling you the complete truth, these guys are very trustworthy. They understand vehicles and explain what needs to be fixed now and what can wait to be fixed at a later date.
I'm a little late writing this but Jonathan strikes again. I was so pleased with the last experience at Reliable that I returned to buy a new work truck. I had originally came back to get an F-250 but after explaining to Jonathan what my requirements were and what I need from a truck he once again educated me on my options. Ford now has a heavy duty F-150 that is flying off the lots which is perfect for me. I need more than a standard F-150 but less than an F-250. The new F-150HD suits my needs to the tee and I get the added advantage of the eco-boost. We love the truck.

Great staff and always friendly. I have been taking my truck to them for 9 years now and have never received bad service in that time. Family has purchased 3 vehicles since 2010, all of which have required general maintenance (oil changes, brakes, etc.) and nothing else.
