We just picked up a pre-owned F-150 and had a great buying experience. We knew what we wanted and found the truck on their website. When we went to the dealer to take a look, we were casually greeted by Steve. He gave us a few quick details and sent us out on a test drive. It was a quick, easy and fair deal. The truck was perfect and as promised when we picked it up. They even put all new brakes on because they were a touch less than 50%. Steve in sales and Dave in the business office were very laid back with no pressure at all. I would definitely recommend Ridgehill Ford.

Car Servicing

The last two times I visited the service department I feel I was ripped off. When they did my brakes they machined the rotors and the cost was more than replacing with new. Today to replace two tires on my Ford Focus they charged me $440.70 . When I changed the tires on my SUV at the GM dealership it was 800.00 for all 4 tires. I expected the dealer to be a little more expensive but 220.70 per tire in my opinion is a rip-off.

I recently bought a Ford Escape at Ridgehill Ford. It was the last option on my list, but it was the best deal I could find. The sales representative, Jay Sethi, was great. Straight-forward, efficient and worked with my budget/expectations. I felt safe buying with them because I felt a very low level of B.S, and low pressure to sign onto their post-purchase maintenance packages. They were also very accommodating in regards to add-ons I wanted that were not usually included with my car option. I had a very good experience and I do recommend this place if you are looking to buy a Ford.

Dealing with the dealership has changed my mind about dealing with dealerships. From the get go my sales guy was fantastic and got me the truck I wanted to the last few weeks where I had to get some service done. Dealing with Don in Service is a great experience. Keep it up. Other dealerships should learn from these guys.

I had a wonderful experience at Ridgehill Ford! I spoke to Don to set up an appointment and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The day of my appointment, I walked in and Don knew exactly who I was to see him! He gave me costing prior to my appointment, at the beginning of my appointment and at the end of the visit, it actually went down a bit. I have never been to a dealership/mechanic where the original quote actually stayed the same and there was no "hidden fees" or "additional costs" when I picked up my car.

Back to Ridgehill last week for the 100,000 km service interval. It's just so much more convenient to have my 2014 Subaru Legacy serviced at Ridgehill since they're just around the corner. Also like to have my son Mike do the work - I can talk to him frankly about service issues and questions I may have. Absolutely no complaints with this servicing dealer. Would recommend Ridgehill enthusiastically to anyone.
