Zarowny’s have serviced my Lincoln for approx. 5 years. The service performed has always met with my satisfaction. I’ve always been kept apprised by the service advisor as to the status of the repairs. All staff are courteous. As per usual when my truck was due for service I called and booked an appointment. When I dropped off the truck I mention a small issue I was experiencing. I mentioned it to the service manager who was familiar with the issue and clearly understood what I was trying to describe. I picked up my truck the service was completed, the issue was repaired and a complete report card was provided. Perfect. I highly recommend this dealership for all your vehicles.

I am very happy with my new 2020 Ford Escape, except for one thing. The handle is at the top of the window frame. My 2010 Escape had a handle half way up the door frame which my husband who is in a wheelchair used to grip to transfer into the car. It is now much harder for him to get in the vehicle. I do wish they had not changed this feature. Other than that I am really quite pleased with this car.

I just bought a used 2014 ford escape from Brian Trimble at Zarowny Motors St.Paul. the staff is extremely friendly, responsive with emails, and very informative. Brian helped us find our vehicle in a timely manner and wes extremely patient while we decided! The car itself is amazing when we received the car it was clean and ready to go! Zarowny motors tried charging us 3,600.00 to replace a rear exhaust manifold. Looking up the part it didn't come close to 1000. They said that part alone costed 3,000. One of the main mechanics there gave us that quote. We brought our Ford escape in because it was acting up a bit. Here it was a 60 dollar 02 sensor and a 40 dollar speed sensor. I had booked an appointment a week in advance to check and repair my vehicle. My vehicle was not worked on at the time of my booked appointment. It wasn’t until the next day that it had been worked on. A WEEK later my truck was repaired. It was a two hour repair, even though my part came in the afternoon it still wasn’t worked on until the next day.I was never offered a courtesy vehicle while my vehicle was at the shop for a week.

The manager is very understanding and ensures that you are satisfied. I originally gave 4 stars but due to the Service Manager's actions, I put 5 stars all due to his committment to ensuring a customer is happy.

Zarowny Motors is the only place I really like taking my car. They are always kind, helpful and have never treated me as less for being a female. Brandi, Lori, and Justin are who I usually deal with at the front desk and they always make me feel important. I love taking my car somewhere who knows me and my fusion. I'm grateful to have a dealership like them in the area.
This is one of the few dealerships that are ethical in the way that they do business with each customer. They have great service in each department and treat customers very well. The staff and management are very proffesional and friendly. It is worth the drive to St.paul whether its parts, service or sales. I live several hours away but I continue to deal with this dealership for all my Ford and Lincoln needs. I will not bother looking for another dealership closer to home since the service will be very difficult to beat !!!

The truck itself is great thus far, but I can't say enough about the service we got from Brian. After the fact, we found out from local friends that they ONLY deal with Brian when purchasing their vehicles...with good reason!!
I was able to use their shuttle service to do important business. I did not have to pay for my oil change as I accessed my loyalty points to cover the cost. Was a great experience.

The appointment was set up to have new tires put on the truck.
We arrived on time and the truck was taken in on time. That was very good. But when it takes 2 hours to have tires taken off and changed over????
Now that's a bit much. We've had the same procedure done at other businesses and the max time it took was 1 hour.
There is definitely something wrong there and should be looked at.

I enjoyed doing business at Zarowny Ford due to the straight forward and honest negotiations. I was offered a discount on a new 2018 F-150 and a trade value without having to haggle. The amount offered by an other Ford Dealer dealership was long and there was always a hidden agenda. After I informed the other dealer that I was offered a deal I could not refuse they started offering a competitive price realizing they were not going to make a sale. I told them that they had their shot at giving me their best price and did not take that opportunity. On August 8/16 I called Zarowny Motors, asking for Dave who was away. Spoke to Amanda and advised her I wanted to make a change and could I come in to discuss possibilities. When I got there, I did not have firm direction as to whether to purchase or lease and, am sure, made it more difficult for Amanda to assist me. Met her that day at 1pm and went through a few scenarios. She advised me she would have proposals by the next am and, by the next day she called me with prices and options and I had a more definite direction, to lease for 2 years and I changed from an Escape to an Edge. Amanda told me she found a 2016
Edge, deluxe unit and the next day I met again and decided to deal. When I asked if the car could be ready for that day, she said they would do their best and, sure enough, by 6 pm, I was driving away in my new vehicle. Needless to say, it has double the bells and whistles of my previous SUV and there is a learning curve for some of the more advanced features which for me were the Navigation and Back-up Camera. As four family members have purchased vehicles through Zarowny Motors over the years, my confidence in the dealership and, particularly Amanda was high. Thank you for the extra time you took to process my request within 3 days Amanda, so I could back to the blueberry patch - berries are as large as tame ones this year.
