Great family owned dealership. Sales is an easy experience. The Service Department is knowledgeable and they always work with my schedule to fit me in. The Parts Department is second to none. I put a full center console in my last truck that didn’t come with one from the factory the parts team spent lots of time with me ordering in a ton of parts that were not easy to find to make it happen.
Excellent customer service and relations! I bought a used car, drove it off the lot and had some initial concerns. I contacted Brandon after hours and he got back to me quickly. We came up with a plan, brought the car in the next morning. Him and his team executed the plan, got back to me quickly and now I'm the happy owner of a 2015 Volkswagon.

I would like to commend the parts and service staff for excellent customer service I had received last week(Aug. 10-11). I had brought my Escape in to get a recall part done and then there was a couple other parts that had to be repaired afterwards. I dealt with Shelby and she was friendly and cooperative to work with. I have had nothing but a positive experiences at Big M Ford. Keep up the great work!

While traveling from BC through to Manitoba, our ford e250 camper broke down just outside medicine hat. We called Big M ford and spoke with Renee who advised us that if we could get the vehicle to them they would do their best to look at it. We managed to get there and within a couple of hours they had diagnosed the problem. We needed a new fuel pump but unfortunately they couldn't get one for a couple of days.
Renee was very understanding of out plight and suggested a cheap hotel close by. She even went out of her way to try and find a loaner for us, something we hadn't even asked for.
Renee was really helpful and sympathetic to our needs.
I hope other people get the same great service that we were presented with.

Went there for a simple alignment, was told the price was $125.00plus tax, and got call 3 hours after telling me my car is ready, surprise bill of over $300.00...after negotiating with them, they drop the price to $195.00. Still, I felt ripped off.

terrible went in for turbo problems among other things that i new needed to be fixed. was told everything is fine and charged me $1000 for a belt tensioner and trailer plug. then they triggered my interlock system when i specifically told them that they cant just unplug it and needed to call for a code, was forced to miss work and drive to lethbridge to get it reset the next day (2nd time they did this) and my truck blew up on the way back.... literally within 24 hrs of leaving the shop, had to get it towed. complete nightmare. been to big m a few times and its completely hit or miss depending on the mechanic. currently at gershaw auto, wayyyyyyyy better, muuuuch cheaper and consistant with quality work
Called 10 minutes to close asking for a wiring diagrams for my car, they were printed (all 20 pages) and left with my name and number with reception 20 minutes after they were supposed to be closed.

I was EXTREMELY satisfied with Big M Ford in Medicine Hat. I can't think of one negative thing to say about them! They looked after me, showed me the problem with my vehicle, covered under warrant, strongly suggested I not drive it due to a separated shaft in the front end of some sort, gave me a service loaner to drive, quick, responsive, polite, and above all EXCELLENT SERVICE! I would not hesitate whatsoever to take my vehicle back to Big M Ford!
