I don’t accept their office there is too expensive and no deal anything
The internet staff seemed pushy and they lied about pricing to me and tried to push the extra $599 A’s expenses I had to pay. They said they were for licensing and register. Which is my expense not theirs.
Very great people to work with. They worked closely with me to make my deal work for both of us. Kept in close contact and kept me updated on anything that needed looking at to ensure we can close the deal. Makes me very happy to get the best deal possible that no other place would even look at my application.
Was in a bind time wish. Went to a major chain to swap out tires. Easy, right? Mistake on my part. Gave my head a shake regarding the summer tire swap. Went to a Ford dealer. Result? They have a customer for life. They were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Angeline and Connie. Professional throughout. Here's the kicker. Their quote, which was accurate to the penny, was way cheaper than the "chain". Thanks Koch.
Great service from Kelly and Pierre on the sale of our new Lincoln Corsair. Very friendly, no pressure sales and helped answer all our questions. Pat in the Business Office also was very efficient and helpful in getting our paperwork done in a timely manner. Overall a great shopping experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Lincoln in the Edmonton area.
The Koch service department went above and beyond to address an issue with our squeaky brakes. Blair, the service manager, was very understanding and provided a fare assessment of the issues and cost for the work. We have been customers of Koch since 1999. Over the last 23 years we have built a trusting relationship and have never felt like “just a number” which is so common with service organizations today. Kudos to Koch Service!
I’ve been having my car serviced at Koch for just over a year now and am so glad I found them. They are transparent with pricing, communicate regularly while my car is in the shop, and ensure any questions I have are answered. Danielle scheduled my recent oil change and service. My car needed some parts and after Danielle ordered them, they came early so she reached out and got me booked for the repair asap. Always a great experience with you guys!

just bought our new vehicle from Andre at Koch Ford Lincoln. We drove from Calgary to trade in my truck and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! The whole deal took less than a day and was impeccable. We had to wait for an extra hour while they completely detailed the new car so they paid for our lunch while we waited. above and beyond service. Well done!
I bought my first F-150 at Koch Ford used lot and drove it till it died, then went back again to them this time on the new side and leased a 2021 F-150. I’ve tried to service my Ford at a few other dealerships but no deal in the city did better than Koch. When it came to buying my new F-150 they truly made that process very easy and hassle free. I highly recommend Koch to anyone looking to get into a Ford. Monica at sales did an excellent job!
Pierre and team were great getting me into an 2022 Lincoln Aviator c/w Monochromatic Package. New vehicles are in tight supply now and I was lucky they had an available one on the lot as I drove up. Timing was also lucky as I got to customize the 3M protection package they apply to new vehicles to my specification at no additional cost. Very happy with the purchase, just waiting to get the winter tires installed so I can enjoy driving it on these January Edmonton streets.
My family and I have been with Koch Ford Lincoln for many years and it’s been some of the most pleasant customer service experiences we’ve ever received. Especially for Blair and Mitch from the service department who I have spoken to personally, they have always been so helpful and communicative and I greatly appreciate it. I called them up Tuesday to get a washer nozzle for my passenger side and they had one in stock, very polite and helpful! So I fixed my passenger side now my driver's is starting to go, so I called them today and asked if they had any, Mike told me they just sold out, and I asked when they would be getting more in and ask if he could put one away for me and call me when it gets in, and he was super polite and helpful! I'm so grateful for them and how helpful they are

We were looking for service for our Lincoln MKC which we thought should be under our extended warranty. Since it wasn’t being covered, this created some tension. Although it did not start out smooth, the service manager (Blair Martin) went above and beyond to give us a great solution. Very appreciative of how he listened to us and offered everything he could. Very nice/professional people and very easy to deal with. Pretty much made the deal over the phone as im about 5hrs away. Went and picked up the vehicle and only had to initial and sign a couple things and out the door. Vehicle was full of fuel and clean and ready to go. We recently picked up a new F-150 work truck from Koch Ford and it was an excellent customer experience. From the moment I connected with Federico (sales manager) who helped us find the perfect vehicle in a short timeframe, to dealing with Evan (finance) who helped us complete all the paperwork seamlessly, to Geoff (parts) who outfitted the truck with everything we needed after ensuring we understood each of our options, to Tyler (salesman) who made sure our gas tank was full and he even helped us transfer all of our stuff from the old truck into the new one. Recently had my truck serviced at Koch. Some was warranty work, some regular maintenance. The customer service has always been excellent in terms of scheduling the appointment and receiving regular updates on the service. I’ve always felt the Koch service department has been direct and honest regarding the work required and that they aren’t trying to tack on needless costs. When I consider my next vehicle purchase they will be my first stop.

Me and my family were looking for a new vehicle for quite some time, we were really interested in an Explorer ST and figured we should go to Koch and see if they had one. Craig Grimes, A salesman at Koch greeted me and my family and made us feel at home. He offered us coffee, sat us down in his office, and with his vast product knowledge answered all the questions we had about the Explorer. He showed us the Explorer and we fell in love. We ended up buying the Vehicle and it is safe to say that our experience with Craig was amazing. We got a good deal and an even better vehicle. Ups and downs through the process but ultimately left happy.
We recently bought a 2016 F150 from Koch and they hand you their inspection sheet before your 1st test drive. Every single item on the inspection was rated compliant. Although after looking over the truck there was a rear shock that was leaking and needed to be replaced. They covered the replacement cost for that shock as a condition of the sale.
The engine fan was insanely loud. You couldn't hear anyone talking if you were standing outside the truck with the engine on and parked. No mention of it on the inspection, but it could have been missed as there was no check engine light. This was also covered by Koch as another condition of the sale, but it was a pain to get fixed. We picked the truck up after it was fixed, only to drive home and the problem was still there. They took it back, spent some more time on it and figured out the problem.
After that 2nd fix for the fan issue we picked the truck up again and drove it for almost a week before a check engine light came on and the truck wanted to stall while idling. This now being the 3rd issue that came up it was the make or break moment for us. My wife wanted to return the truck completely and we find another truck at another dealership, while I wanted to keep the truck, but get it fixed.
This is where Blair Martin, the Koch Service Manager, stepped in. He contacted me and was amazing to deal with. Not only did he empathize with our situation, but he took the time to answer any questions, explain everything in detail, go over the service history for this truck, commit to another complete inspection and provide us with some options. The check engine light was investigated and fixed at no cost to us. The Sirius radio was cutting out and they even replaced that for us. We were provided with a new inspection, a picture of the drive line fluid quality and were told we could come in while the truck was lifted to visibly go through the inspection results. This kind of commitment and openness to making a customer happy has won us over with Koch. We now have a great working truck, with quite a few new parts, and will also continue our servicing at this location for at least as long as Blair is the Service Manager.
Kelly and Chuck were very helpful. Kelly went over and above the call of Duty. The experience was top notch and we didn't feel like we're being pressured into anything. Chuck went through multiple options with us and made us feel comfortable through the entire process.
The Service Department on the other hand.... left to be desired.
I just bought a vehicle from a private seller and unfortunately it had issues with it. I phoned Koch Ford to see what I could do and the service manager Blair was very helpful. He accommodated me in more ways than one, kept me updated throughout the entire process of fixing my car and was very friendly. He was committed to making sure my car was perfect when I picked it up. Although I was sad about my car having a problem, I am lucky that I chose this dealership to deal with.

But after she told me why, and how everything went, I was stunned.

Stellar service department! I needed to import my 2013 Ford C-Max from California. I knew nothing and put the entire process in their hands. Blair Martin and his team took mountains and turned them into ant hills, including a troublesome USA recall. I left a few days later with my car having passed both Canadian and Alberta inspections, the recall satisfied and coaching on my next steps with RIV and the Registry. Blair is amazing, as are all the team members I encountered. The shop is welcoming, clean and well organized. Coming to Edmonton from a small town with a generational family Ford dealership, I had no expectation that I would encounter the same level of service in a huge Edmonton. I am happily convinced that is not the case with Koch. Thank you all!
I would rather become a mechanic myself and fix and service my own vehicles than take them to any Ford dealership in Edmonton. Especially Koch Ford. No means no. Stop trying to upsell me every 30 seconds. And if you leave your tool under my hood after MY LAST MAINTENANCE PACKAGE OIL CHANGE DENTING MY HOOD, do not offer me 15% off a year of preventative maintenance. Preventative maintenance would have been not going to Koch Ford. Good bye.

I have always had the best experience with the service department. If I have questions, they always make sure that I get an answer to my concerns. I was working with Eddie and he was very helpful. I hadn't heard back from him, but he had called my husband instead, during which time I called and spoke to Blair who checked on my vehicle and informed me that it would not be completed today, which was no issue since I had a loaner vehicle. Then I received a call from Eddie and a text from my husband. All good, as I received a call the next day when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Excellent service and friendly people as always. I had submitted an application for finance knowing my credit wasn't perfect but had a cosigner on the app. I'd had medical issues in the past that took a couple years to overcome and in the process lost everything. My cosigner suggested he help me get a vehicle to start rebuilding. I spoke with Dax and gave him a brief history so he knew which banks to work with for my approval. He contacted me shortly after and said he couldn't help me. I was disappointed but also, a little confused. I had spent a few years in finance at dealerships and thought my chances would be likely but of course with a higher rate. I pulled my credit bureau to find he had only submitted to TD; not a choice I would have made with my current score. What a disappointment! There was obviously no thought put into my application at all. If he had done his job and put in an honest effort with financial institutions that would have been more suitable to my situation and still been turned down I wouldn't be upset but that was not the case. Obviously those with less than perfect credit are not those he wishes to deal with.
The sales service was great! I can feel the sales force have been trained professionally to their job. The website has been maintained very well. What I don't agree to some extent was/is to sign off a waiver of non-refundable credit payment, to which I don't know if it's legal.
After several months of searching for a vehicle and dealing with many shifty car salesman in the Edmonton area, I ended up at Koch Ford Lincoln. I was expecting the experience to be just like everywhere else (i.e. Salesman hiding the actual price of the vehicle and saying "how much can you afford monthly?" or "I'm hardly making any money on this deal", etc.). I was WRONG. The people I dealt with at Koch Ford Lincoln (Rob Watson, Chuck Hyer) provided excellent customer service. They provided friendly service and were willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle I was interested in (unlike the Subaru dealership across the street). I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Koch Ford Lincoln.
I have dealt with several auto dealers and have found Koch Ford Lincoln managing to stand out from the rest. They were accommodating. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. What I favoured most about my experience with them was that they were open to clients’ suggestions and opinions. They listened to my thoughts and heard my personal recommendations. They were unassuming of what I needed as a customer. Sure, they offered suggestions but at the end of all discussions, my wishes as a customer, were all met. The other dealers that I encountered had limited options. You get a feeling of being forced to just take whatever they had that could closely match your preferences. But, with Koch, the flexibility goes a very long way. You would be able to get what you actually wanted and not settle for what could only be available to you. There was even a bonus – they price-matched some accessories that I found elsewhere.

It was super simple to purchase a car at Koch Ford Lincoln. Bob Kondruk was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure that every detail was handled correctly. Took the car off the lot and drove to Calgary and Banff. Wonderful ride!
I started looking for a used Truck in June 2014 for a company vehicle and though I'd swing by and take a look at their used lot. I had a few minutes to scope out the lot before being approached by Jim the manager.
I described what I was looking for and while they didn't have it at that moment, he took a few minutes to give me some info on the various trim packages and some general questions I had. He also didn't try and push and sell me something I clearly wasn't looking for. Overall it was very pleasant and informative, and it came across both professional and honest, and far better than the sleazy salesman approach I got when I stopped at the Southside Ford Go Auto.
I'll be buying here when I see a truck that matches what I want for my field vehicle. I just got that good an impression from the place.
Everyone I dealt with at Koch Ford Lincoln were just awesome! Shelly did an awesome job spec'ing and finding the exact vehicle I wanted and then she arranged to have it brought in by truck. Then she put a great 2 way remote starter in it for me (and gave me good price on it). The finance people at Koch explained everything so I knew exactly what I was signing and they even took care of arranging my insurance on the new vehicle and transferred my registration for me - I didn't have to do anything. They had the vehicle I wanted ready when they said it was going to be ready, it was clean and perfect inside and out. Shelly took the time to go through the vehicle with me and show me all the major functions, then she handed me the keys, gave me a free tank of gas, thanked me for my business and sent me happily on my way.
