A pleasant experience overall. The salesperson was very accommodating in making two visits to our residence. The first visit was to bring the car to us to view and test drive. The second visit was to bring us the car again a few days later after purchase and to drive our trade-in car away. All paperwork was done online and we never had to visit the dealership. Possibly a rare perk of Covid and the pandemic. There were two issues that we wish we did not have to deal with. First, we were instructed to complete a registration authorization form allowing the dealer to act and transfer our plate from our old vehicle to the purchases vehicle and that registration papers would be provided to us. This did not happen as we still had to go to the registry office. So, the online form was a waste of time. Also, the dealership forgot to sign their section of the bill of sale/purchase agreement. We had to call the salesperson to have someone from the dealership sign the bill of sale and email a copy to the registry. The salesperson was quite quick to respond and have this taken care of, but it was still a bit of an unpleasant experience just to get registration. The second issue is that there were no screws left on the vehicle for us to mount our plate with.

The whole buying a car experience can be stressful for most people including for us. This time was different. It was so refreshing to be greeted by Shaddy, one of Metro Ford's sales associates. A very calm and relaxed person. Never did we ever feel pressured, coerced, persuaded, tricked or promised anything other than what we wanted or what we were interested in looking at. Shaddy, Jen (finance) and Sunny (sales manager) are all genuine people whom made us feel like friends and made the job of buying a vehicle so much easier. In such a calm and non- pressured way, the entire process of picking, test driving and making the purchase was low stress. The trade-in offer was also generous. Everything was upfront. No surprises. My father recently bought a Ford F150 and had a great experience with Jag and the finance department. However, when we went to go pick up our vehicle after the first service appointment we were treated very rudely by Sara (heavily tattooed lady in the service department). She was the only one behind the desk and when we asked if she could help, we received an eye roll in response and she had a very rude attitude the entire time she was helping us. I had called in and left a message asking for a call back so I could share my experience, however, I have yet to receive any response from the dealership and it has been over a month.

Coming from someone with 8 years of Auto industry experience in sales and finance, I can say these guys are the best around if you're looking for a transparent experience buying a new Ford go here. I went to 3 dealers first looking for my truck and they went above and beyond the scopes of their roles at the store to get me approved and rolling in my new truck. I'm a hard customer to deal with because I know the tricks of the industry and they not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Before you let another store turn you off to the brand just come here first. There's a reason most of the staff have been here for years. They treat you like a human being rather than a tick on the board. Going forward I will only deal with Metro Ford. If I couuld give ten stars I would.

Brought my truck in for a slow leak and a warranty repair. Very quick and efficient service. The charge for repairing the leak seemed fairly high but I could be wrong (I did not shop around) and it is likely in line with dealer prices (typically on the high side, at least in my experience), but I was pleased to see that they topped off the pressure in the other 3 tires to specification (as they should have) and they took care of two recall items. So overall they deserve maximum stars.

Within 2 minutes Travis from service had me drive into the service area. He identified and resolved the issue in a minute — and then took 10 minutes to remind me of all the great features on this truck. Well where to begin, I wish there was a 10 star rating to give this dealership and the people that helped me out. After wasting my time at 2 other dealerships and getting brushed off by salesman and getting treated with no respect as a consumer,I thought Id give up the idea of a new ford truck. Some friends from work told me to try metro ford with rave reviews and gave me a contact of a gentleman named Sunny Brar. As much as i wanted to give up on the idea of a ford truck due to the rudeness of the salesman brushing me off at the other dealerships i thought one time. Then I can give up if the results are the same.
I spoke with Sunny Brar on the phone and he was great, very professional. I went down to the dealership that evening and was met by my salesman Vid Athare He had the truck out front and all ready to go to take a look. Vid was great, he went through all the features of the truck and was very helpful with all my questions.The sales aspect was great, everything explained and laid out for me. They beat everyone's price with there approach of here's the absolute best we can do for YOU. I looked at the numbers and they beat the other dealerships by miles. Again I just want to say thanks to Sunny Brar,Vid Athare, Lucas Chui and Dave Halberstadt I'm loving the new ford f-150 raptor, and you guys have an extremely satisfied client for life. When you hear about dealership and the experiences most people have, it's sometimes the most stressful, horrible times people go through. But at Metro Ford - it's been a very simple, awesome experience each time. I own a small business and I lease my truck through Metro Ford. The first truck I purchased was an F-150. I told them what I could afford to pay and the term I was looking for, what others were offering... and without even blinking an eye, they made the deal on the spot. I'm sure they didn't make a ton on my purchase, but I was happy with the transaction and it was done smoothly and without any hick-ups.

Later on, I needed a different vehicle for my work - a diesel F-350 and they again came to the plate and within a week had found the truck. I dealt with Sunny and Johnny - and boy, these guys are amazing at their jobs. Johnny ran by the figures with me, and came up with an offer I could not refuse. The transaction was seamless.

Again, that following summer, my wife and I were considering a Ford Edge Sport. Johnny to the rescue and made us another fabulous offer on a lease that was spot-on. Dealing with Johnny was painless and Johnny was transparent and helpful through-out our search. We decided to hold of, but Johnny will be getting another call from us shortly.

I wish ALL dealership were as transparent and willing to make a deal as Metro Ford is. And their Service Team are helpful to the limits of their roles. Had a few issues with my F-150 but they were determined to fix it even though it took a couple of visits and squeezed me into their busy service centre. A+ dealership.
