Service was for a recall of the master brake cylinder. Service staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problem it was 9 days to get the repair done and no loaner car. Had to rent a car and took a lot of follow up to get reimbursed.

I thought the dealership was clean and nice. the staff were all friendly and helpful but do wish they would have washed the exterior of the vehicle again before pickup. I know this is a small thing and sounds very privileged (which it is), but when you pick up your car that you just spent tens of thousands of dollars on it just seems odd to still have water spots on the outside.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and all of the staff were great to deal with and very accommodating. Service was fine. The service advisors were polite. I did have one problem though. When I brought back my car to have the wheels re torqued they could not re torque the left front wheel. 3 lug nuts needed to be forced off and replaced. This problem never existed before over the years that I have had my tires swapped so I'm not too sure why I had to pay for the new nuts

The issue I'm having with the vehicle is NOT their fault and they have done everything they can to try to make sure that the problem is resolved and that I am happy with it.

Since it was our first time buying a Ford vehicle we had a lot of questions. Darren, Jody and Patricia were kind enough to answer all my questions. I’d like to specially thank Darren for giving me the best deal, Jody for answering questions related to the vehicle and the road test and Patricia for helping me with the financing process and answering all those questions via email promptly. I would leave 0 stars if possible. Had to get my window regulator fixed. The service rep lied to me at the end of the day saying they didn't have the part in stock anywhere in the city. So I called a dealership that is 5 minutes away from their dealership and confirmed that they DID have the part in stock. After confronting the rep again he said we called every place in Calgary and nobody has it. After returning for my next appointment ,dropping it off in the morning ,I was called and told it was just about done. It was then informed when the shuttle driver showed up that in might not be done when we get there. After arriving at the shop around mid lunch time ,I was informed it would be another hour or longer. I sat in the waiting room till closing time and finally got word it was finished. After getting in my car I noticed the chrome strip above my door handle was damaged. I told the girl in service about it and she told me to just email the service rep a picture. After emailing the rep a picture he would not reply or call me back. After many attempts to call him I finally got in touch with him and he said to me they are not going to fix the damage. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he already did. I was actually shocked how I was being treated. After checking with another dealership how much it would cost to repair the damage, I was shocked. They said they could not order the damaged piece became it was part of the whole door panel. You basically have to replace the whole door panel. I finally realized why they didn't want to stand behind there work. The door panel is around 2500$. Just want people to be aware.

Their service really touched me. I live in SK but I found the best deal at Marlborough Ford. After picking up the car and getting back to my home, I had to have out-of-province inspection done to register the car in SK. The local tire ship that performed the inspection told me that wheel lock nut key could not be found. So I wrote a letter to Marlborough Ford to mention the key and also factory keyless entry password that was not given to me. In two days, I received both of them via fast parcel service from them. What the best dealership to deal with customers sincerely!!!

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and was advised of what was going to be done to my vehicle how long it would take. My rep did advise me that for my next service, I should leave and come back as would be much longer to do. He told me where the lounge was and advised me of the coffee machine. I then just waited for my SUV to get done. I was advised an hour and a half was an hour and 45. So not a big deal. I most definitely will return.

I recently saw a garage in Airdrie and was redirected to booking an appointment with Ken Wood at Marlborogh Ford. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service Ken provided me. He was able to get my car in right away and kept me updated. The shuttle service was on time for both dropping me off and picking me up from work. I had to book my car in again to complete the work but it was completely covered by warranty which was a huge bonus. I will definitely be back for all my car needs!

I have a "low tire pressure" light come on in my car on Tuesday. We had a winter storm that day and I was advised to bring it in as soon as I could to be checked. Originally thought it was a bead leak and the staff was willing to fix on the spot even though I arrived at 4 p.m. Luckily through the mechanics thorough investigation, he found I had picked up a screw in the tire that was low. My tire was patched on the spot and I was happily on my way home. So impressed that they didn't just assume a bead leak and remove the tire, etc. which would have been more expensive and more time consuming. Marlborough Ford has always been there for me.

I purchased a 2013 focus three years ago at Marlborough Ford and I have been very satisfied with the whole experience, from the salesperson Bruce to all of the service staff. Any problems I have had, and there have been a few, have been totally taken care of.

Six years later the car gave me grief but after having it towed to Marlbourgh Ford, they were able to look at it promptly, repair it and it was covered under warranty!!!

The service advisor was well informed. He went through the whole service with options to change air and cabin filters if needed. We also did a transmission flush involving fill then a 20 minute drive followed by another fill. Everything was done quite quickly as I was told the transmission service would be a couple of hours, but they had the whole service done in 2 hours.

My 1.5 year old F-150 started having engine issues one day before I was leaving for BC on vacation. I brought my truck to the dealer for the opening the next day. I had reservations for visits, hotels, restaurants, etc. I could not delay my departure. Moreover, I had family that flew in to do the trip with us.

I told the service lady the situation, that I was leaving on vacation and I needed my truck. I was told they would tried to look at the issue during the day. I was not offered any replacement car or courtesy vehicle. The only thing I was offered was to be driven to a car rental agency.

I didn't had time to waste and I didn't want to screw up my vacation. So I had to pay for a car rental which doesn't make sense. This is not what I call great customer service.

Took an extra day because the tech working on my truck had the day off, but I'm not complaining. Had the smoothest experience at Marlborough Ford.

Last week I bought a new Ford Focus from this dealership. I chose this dealership because of the surprisingly good reviews (for a car dealership) on google. I must say, the whole process was seamless, pleasant, non-threatening and easy. They helped me finance the car with a good rate and Courtney - the finance manager - was super friendly, kind, nice and helpful. Bruce, who sold me the car, was also great. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car. Courtney and Bruce were great! I also love my car. It is perfect for Kensington! I'll definitely go back in a few years when I get a new car.

I was looking for a pickup and wasn't really considering a F-150 as I had gone to another Ford dealership and was ignored. I was visiting the other guys next door who would not listen to what I wanted in a vehicle afterwhich I popped into Marlborough Ford on a whim. I met with Sean who took the time to listen to what I wanted and then provided me with a solution. There was no pressure; none of that "what can I do to make a sale?" stuff. He answered my questions and provided me with a competitive price. Most importantly he took the time and did not rush me. This was great service and I am happy with the sales experience from Marlborough Ford. There never was any further pressure to purchase items that I did not want. I am recomending that at a minimum you give them a try.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Jody at Marlborough Ford and it was such a great shopping experience. This is my family's third vehicle purchase from him because he just provides such an exceptional, hassle-free shopping experience and wants to work with you to get the best deal possible that makes sense for both parties. No gimmicks and no games, that's it. Jody is very attentive to what your needs are in the vehicle you're looking for, and will show you model(s) that fit in your criteria (whether that be based on model, price, performance, etc.). I couldn't be more happy with my vehicle and Ford has come a long ways with their brand & product.

I can't write enough great things about him because he was such a pleasure to deal with and never once was I pressured to buy at any point. The whole car-buying process can be intimidating, but if you're looking at Fords specifically (which I highly recommend now, and this is coming from a guy that has converted over from luxury German automakers) then I implore you to make a visit to Marlborough Ford. This is the only place you need to go for your Ford-fix and be sure to ask for Jody. You won't regret it and it will be a smooth car-shopping experience. Although some of you folks may read this review and think it's too positive of a review, I am merely just speaking words of truth.

A+ overall for the whole experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Jody to deal with to any of my friends and family. This is our third vehicle purchase in our family and that says it all right there. Also, this is a testament to how great of a person he is to deal with. His 10+ years experience definitely has something to do with that. Maybe Marlborough Ford should adopt that cliche small business phrase of: "satisfaction guaranteed" and use that as their catch-phrase. I think it highly suits them well!

UPDATE - Aug. 8/14
This is an update to my review I wrote a few weeks ago for the purchase of my new vehicle. I recently been having some minor cosmetic issues with the car and brought it back. Without any hassle, Jody and Darren Jacula (Sales Manager) helped me out. They had referred me to one of their contacts for some minor scratch repair on the plastic portion of my bumper and he did a marvelous job at a very reasonable price. Also, today I noticed a slight issue with the alignment of my front passenger headlight and brought it to the dealership. Upon arrival, Darren got the body shop to look after it right away, no questions asked. All-in-all, it was real quick and I was out the door and on my way again in 30-minutes.

Darren and Jody are true professionals and the post-sale service they've provided has been phenomenal. With our family's two prior vehicle purchases, I never had any minor issues come up so this is the first time that I've had to come back post-sale (before the schedule service dates) and I was skeptical if they would provide me with the same level of attentiveness and service. I was blown away that they still attended to me as if I was a new customer and I can't say enough good things about them two. It seems as if they are into building a great business relationship and truly are trying to look out for their customer's best interests, and that the customer is not just another sales figure. They seem genuinely interested in building a trusting, long-lasting relationship with their customers and that is the impression I get whenever I drop-in the dealership.

Again, if you're shopping for a Ford vehicle, just do yourself a favor and go to Marlborough Ford. You can't beat the great experience and service. I am lucky that they've treated me so well to this point and they now have a customer for life right here.
