Mike was very helpful, it feels like im talking to a friend and he's always available to help even after business hours. he made it very easy to buy the ford fusion that i have now. i went to test drive it and the next day he got everything set up for me and i showed up to pick up the car and i was in there for an hour and drove away with it, it was very easy and he made sure to get a price that i was happy with. would recommend.
Brought my 2011 escape in because of a problem with the A/C at the end of April, they said it was an issue with the valve so they replaced that and I took it home. A few days later A/C was blowing warm air again so I took it back in and they said there was a leak in the line, they replaced that for me and I took it home again. Now a couple weeks later and my A/C is not working again. 1000 bucks gone just so I could be stuck without A/C on a 7-hour drive in 20 degree weather.
As always the staff throughout the entire dealership, the admin, Service Rep., Technicians and Parts Manager, who I personally dealt with are friendly, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way big time to get to cause of the problem on my F150. Glad to know that you can count on a dealership like this living in a rural area.

They went above and beyond with my visit. I had a problem with a piece on my vehicle and instead of putting it on the work order, Carol went out of her way to ask and look around to get the piece fixed so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket! When I came to pick my vehicle up they were giving it a courtesy wash!! Truly exceptional service!!
While driving from Edmonton to Fort McMurray we got a low tire pressure warning about 40Km outside of Athabasca, we made it to Ford and they got us in right away. Had our tire repaired and back on the road within half a hour. Great service
Recently had my f150 repaired here after a bit of a mishap. They were very helpful and plesent to deal with. The quote that I got was right on the money so there was no surprises and was fixed by the time they estimated to be done. If I need service like this again, I will definitely be paying them a visit
The service I received at this dealership was supreme , from the time I made the first call when I was having Issues on the highway right to the end. The service personnel the Mechanic that worked on my vehicle I have to say in all the years I have dealt with dealerships I honestly have to give absolutely thumbs up all around . The loaner vehicle I asked if could be available there was absolutely no hesitation they had one ready for me .The follow up from the service manager was well appreciated and his explanation was as detailed as it could get .
What really stood out on top was when I called the dealership and it was late in the day and asked if they could help with my Issue and when My truck arrived at their garage before I even had a coffee it was in the garage bay being looked at .

I had an appointment for 1pm. I dropped my truck off the night prior and by 11:00am the next day my truck was fixed. Great service! The technician also performed a courtesy check on all systems. this paperwork was reviewed with me upon picking up my truck. Thank you for prompt and thorough work performed.
We contacted Koch Ford after we bought our first F-150 Truck, this was the first time we bought any Ford brand & would have been the first time ever to experience the quality of service of Koch Ford dealership in our town of Athabasca (which many has endorsed over period of time). Anyways, we would love to say that our overall experience was superb, from the time of getting the appointment booked, till the time we got the truck back, it was an awesome reflection of dedicated & focused customer services, they did excellent through out the process & did a good job in proving that Koch Ford Athabasca has a team & a drive to provide its customers with a very high level of quality experience. Great service, the advisor (Christine) and technician (Trevor) stayed an hour late, being aware that I live out of Athabasca, to finish the big job of repairing the internal clutch of my Ford Fiesta! Very pleased with this dealership. Worth the drive and would recommend to anyone hoping for commitment to a job well done and great customer service.

Really friendly staff in a beautiful town. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I called in the late afternoon the day before and explained my situation being from Fort McMurray, they were quick to find a spot at 8:30 the next morning. Quick service too.
