The dealership is awful to deal with. Lie to me about incentive available. They kept calling (harrasing me) until I threatened legal action to a manager about it. Never again would I even consider going here.

My experience at Sherwood Chevrolet was awesome! Dale is friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful! He made buying a car a quick and painless experience! Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, all of the offers for coffee or water were greatly appreciated! Car was nice and clean when we came to pick it up, and again Dale was great, showing us different features of the car, even going so far as to help me pair up my phone!

Went to look at a used truck and when it was obvious that it was not the vehicle I would be buying the sales staff just started grabbing keys and test driving multiple vehicles until I found one that worked. The salesman was accommodating and seemed excited to be helping me, even though it was nearly closing time. One of the best buying experiences I have had.

I selected 5 stars because there is no way to select 10 stars. From start to finish the sales department was excellent to deal with. Truly a head above the other dealerships I shopped at. Management team is right there ready to help..not tucked away in some mysterious back room. Taylor knew the vehicle and the options and was happy to demonstrate how things worked. I did not feel pressured to buy which was refreshing. I'm now a Chevy owner again!

My family has dealt with Sherwood Chevrolet longer then I've been alive and it's always been amazing for them. My first time buying with them they took the time to find the exact truck I was looking for through Taylor with sales. And Richard did a great job finding all the accessories I wanted on the truck. Everyone was willing to work overtime to get me the truck as soon as possible. Specially the person who sprayed the undercoating, he stayed at work till 9pm on a Friday to make sure my vehicle got done for the weekend since I needed it. Highly recommend buying through Sherwood.

I went in to look at used cars and they gave me the royal treatment! Dorian listened to what I was looking for and took the time to show me everything that fit my needs (and nothing that didn’t)! He answered every question fully without over explaining and made sure that I was totally happy with my decision. I came back more than once, and each time Dorian took all the time I needed to be confident in my choice.

Great Car buying experience at Great price. Bought a Pre owned vehicle last week. Derek in sales was very helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for a great price. Trevor ( Sales Manager) was very helpful and gave the best deal possible as compared to any dealership in SK. They installed in a 2 way command start at half price, discounted oil change, tank full gas etc.

If you are thinking of visiting this dealership, RUN! , once I drove the car off the lot they didn't want to have anything to do with me. No response from the sales guy thought emails and phone calls regarding the car + had to hound them down for things they promised ex. Repairing a broken windshield that was agreed to be repaired upon purchasing the vehicle.
Just bought my brand new Cruze from the guys and I love it.
Clay my sales guy picked out a model for me and hooked up my Bluetooth. Which is great cause I can't do that type of stuff. They didn't pressure me and made sure I got what I wanted.
Only very few competent people there. Lyn from the front desk being one of them and Rick in sales is very friendly. The service manager, Rob is one of the rudest people I have ever had the disservice of working with. I would highly suggest another dealership, SMP is great! Took my vehicle in for an oil change and ended up spending a full day at another shop in Alberta because Sherwood "Technician" did not do the oil change properly and oil was spewing out of the vehicle. I am lucky the engine didn't blow on the road. Also, the tire rotation was not done properly- the tire pressure sensors were not reset and the tires were barely on there. When I got to SMP later that week they said one tire was barely on there. Sherwood is a joke!
Good sales support. Service was less then stellar. They have tried hard to correct the issues we had but it is still frustrating every time I go. Convenient location for me is why I keep going back.
