Worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase a brand new vehicle. I was given a trade in value, then it was changed by $4000 lower once the deal was being written up. Good thing I walked. The same day, another GM Dealer gave me $5,000. MORE than Dan Kan Chevrolet would. I will never return to this Dealer. Such a disappointment. I hope people learn from this. SHOP AROUND! - you WILL get a better deal elsewhere.

Worst dealer in town, every employee in there are full of lies and don't know what the hell theyre doing. I also contacted "MR".Kane to report my problem and he said he'll call me back in 5 mins but he it is after 6 weeks and haven't got a phone call

There should be 0 rating cause that's what I experienced from a salesperson. I was looking for black out Sierra 2016. I was just looking for the best deal and I told him I am only paying $92 a weekfrom the other store. He was being rude telling me I'm lying. He could have said it on a nicer way but instead he was being rude telling me that it's like comparing from Apple to thin air. He didn't look like he is trying to sell me at all, most likely wanting to get rid of me. So I showed him the printed paper for evidence that I was getting it for a lot less. I think his price was $105 a week. So he's checking the paper and comparing. He made some adjustment and lowered it to about $97. But once again he is not willing to sell and negotiate. And he was back again to telling me theirs is different from the other. They have more on their truck blah blah blah. I am pretty sure all black out edition has the same things that's why it's called a black out "package". He was just not willing to even match.Maybe they have very small addition most likely not even $500 and still he is not willing to even match the price. He could have showed me whats the standard options in the blackout package and this is what we added. In the end he told me $5 difference a week is a lot. He then pulled out his calculator and showed me how much they'd lose! I was thinking "WOW!" I am a costumer he should say I am saving this much not the other way around. Never encountered such a rude salesperson.
